I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the fitness center and relaxing spa. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I can't wait to return to this hotel on my next visit – it exceeded all my expectations!

Went for tomorrowland weekend 2 and booked a hotel in brussels to re energise for a night. When i entered the hotel, i was so shocked that it was a Tomorrowland themed hotel. Prior to arriving at the hotel, when i was saying goodbye to my friends from all around the world, i was crying because i knew that it would be another year till i see them again. The moment i arrived, our concierge gave us a post card to write about tomorrowland and hang it in the middle of the lobby. I wrote down all my friends name from all different countries and it was really a core memory. I took a picture and sent it to them to let them know, they will always be in my heart and mind and our friendship is forever

We thought our stay at the hotel was close to excellent. Our only issue was that housekeeping did not refill the coffee station everyday. We were missing coffee some days and creamer on others. As Americans, we would have loved an ice machine but understand that that is not as important to Europeans. The location was great and in a nice area. Staff was helpful.

A lovely hotel with great facilities and hospitality. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent too. We had cocktails in the bar and found bar and restaurant prices to be reasonable.

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

The hotel itself is good. But there is a problem. I asked the hotel to arrange a car before, but the hotel's response was too slow, so I had to book a car from a third party. But! The reversal came! The hotel sent a payment link late at night on T-2 days, notified the payment on T-1 day, and threatened that if I didn't pay, I would charge the credit card used to stay at the hotel! How can I confirm the car without paying? ! Can't cancel, 0 refund I had no choice but to cancel the third-party company car. Not only was the deposit deducted, but I also had to pay the full amount for the car booked by the hotel! Amigo's concierge team is really unprofessional!

Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms are very good size. Breakfast is definitely not worth the $30euros food is bland, congee is like soupy water. Definitely recommend the hotel but not the breakfast.

The hotel recommended by a friend has also been compared with several other hotels on the Internet. This hotel is very satisfactory regardless of its location, facilities, sanitation, environment, and service. It is a five-star praise.

Located in the city center, the location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walk to the palace. The interior decoration is exquisite, and there are many Chinese elements. The service is particularly good. The line suddenly short-circuited in the early morning, and the repair was very fast. I personally think that the breakfast variety is not large, but the ingredients are fresh, and you can make waffles by yourself.

The overall design of the room and the hotel is actually very good, but even if it is just opened, the overall service is unprofessional. The waiters from the housing department to the restaurant are as inexperienced as temporary workers.
