Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants

The location is very convenient with a great view of the palace of culture and science. Only 10 min on foot from the main train station. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff are friendly and polite. If you arrive early, you can check in early. Although the hotel is not close to those famous attractions, there are several bus stops outside the hotel, which is very convenient!

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in Warsaw. Very comfortable, clean, modern with friendly staff. Location is also great and there are nice restaurants / coffee shops close by. Highly recommended.

Stayed two nights in a Classic Double Room with river view. Very clean, with a spacious shower and toilet room; bedroom is small but well designed with quality finishes. Kettle and tea provided in the room. Reception staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Nice indoor area with free tea/coffee and pleasant outdoor seating. Excellent location next to Elektrownia Powiśle, Copernicus Science Centre, cafés and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with great service.

Very comfortable for business trips! There is a bath where you can relax after a hard day or a long journey. There is a mini kitchen where you can cook food or tea/coffee. The room is clean and cozy and there is a large balcony. The staff is attentive, and the reception is open 24 hours a day. The location is excellent, the train and bus stations are not far away. There is also parking at the hotel. There is a restaurant and a beautiful exterior of the hotel. I liked everything very much. I will recommend it to friends. Thank you

Great hotel with the atmosphere of the old time Polish house where you are treated friendly and with respect.
Special thanks to the owner of the hotel with whom I had a nice chat about destiny of Ukraine and to the team of Ukrainian women who cook and serve wonderful breakfast!

Location is quite good for the travelers who want to go to the other city from Warsaw in poland. It was good for staying one night. The price is affordable compare with the other hotel nearby the Warsaw airport.

Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off.
next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me.
this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up.
eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training.
the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities.
第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。
由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。
再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。
可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。
說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。
最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

GGuest UserRoom is modern with big windows. But the bed is not comfy. Only 3 in 1 shampoo is provided.
Breakfast is considered good in Europe. Around 4 selection of hot food, a section of salads, a good selection of cheese, bread and a wide spread of fruits.
Noticed many business travellers stay here.
Hotel is opposite the main train station, with some walking. Hotel is also near the mall.
Will recommend.

Cching ching.chingThe hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout.
The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time..
Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper....
The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open...
The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason....
It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

ППавел ГолузовRoom was very spacious, but you have a view from your bindows directly to the next high building, and you can be seen from offices through the windows. Conditioneer is very very noisy. They use some kind of air freshner in the elevators, but it smells awfully - for me it would be much better without this awful smell.

MMartin Anthony MiszerakHotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

IIris-kaThe hotel is just a short walk from the arrival hall at the airport, you can just go into the parking house and it is marked inside where to go. The hotel is perfect for a long layover flight. I had 16 hours to kill so it was nice to rest in the hotel room. Clean and nice and lot of options for food delivery to the room.
