I stayed here to go to Everland with my baby during the holiday~ My baby liked it because Lagomi greeted me at the door^^ Because it was a holiday, there were a lot of people, so the hot water was warm for a while, but it came out hot later~ It was close to Everland, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and I was satisfied~Overall, the staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and I was satisfied~ I want to stay here again next time!!

Fow what we paid it was a decent hotel. The room was clean and enough for 3 people. I used the gym which was small but good for a simple workout. The remote in our room didnt work when we arrived but it was a simple fix and staff was kind to come and help. The only complaint was the wifi. The connection was awful. Even though there were so many routers to choose from none of them would connect properly. The location is great. It's close to the outlet mall which has food and drunk plus the bus comes round often. The closest metro is Gaehwa by either bus or taxi.

We had a perfect night at this hotel. The room was very clean and confortable, the staff friendly. The location is next to the station, there are shops and restaurants around. The room is also soundproof. We really recommend this hotel!

This is in front of Yongin City Hall and next to Yongin University. The room is big, but the bathroom is small and the bedding is not comfortable. There are no good restaurants nearby, so you can just eat lunch boxes at See You. It feels a little expensive. I came back after resting well.

Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

Deluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.

Considering the price, the facility was not best. For example, it does not provide Netflix or other VOD services. It has not a bidet. It gave only a bottle of complimentary water. It's stuffy because the room is so small. In spite of all for these, the building and rooms are very clean and brand new.

Room no. 1811, stayed 9 nights for a big rest. Woke me up really early at first 2 mornings as railways and working sites are nearby. You have to plug the earbuds which the hotel provides to minimise the noise from these. Apart from that, the room is clean and modern, quite comfy, walkable to the train station and shopping plaza(around 500 meters). I didn't use the pool and restaurant so I don't want to comment but the room service were amazing especially the fries 🍟 and burgers. Thanks to the manager Sue who is accommodating and helpful to changed the room twice for me which let me have a good rest. Overall a pleasant stayed.

I went there twice in June and I am a resident of Yangpyeong, so I am a customer who has been using various facilities (condo, swimming pool, patio, etc.) since I was a former Daemyung. This June 2nd condo reservation is an acquaintance who came to Yangpyeong to go to bed in a hurry and book slowly at 10 pm??? I checked in at about that time, but I was so bad at the unkindness of the staff who checked in, and it was still ridiculous, so I finally left a review. Since I said that I made a reservation through Trip.com, the slanderous tone and eyes that they said they could only check again with a ridiculous expression are still vivid. It was ridiculous, but I booked Trip.com again. I said that I had booked Trip.com in early June, so I was once again answered that I only made a reservation with Agoda. Anyway, the reservation was confirmed and the key was delivered, but I asked as I received it. If the site you booked is not Agoda, so you can't confirm it, how do you deal with it? He laughed and said, ”You have to find out for yourself.” Suddenly I got so angry, but I was afraid that my acquaintance would be embarrassed by the side, so I quickly got the key and went up to the room. And then I thought about it. I remember that I made a reservation through various routes, whether it was Daemyung Condo or Sonohu. Here, Yanolza, Naver reservation, etc. Even if I think about it, the service mind, the tone, the bullshit of the male employee is so angry. After that, I went to the patio with my family about a week later, and the patio staff did not say hello even if the guests came in, and I pretended not to know if we could eat. I was guided to the table . It's a place I love Sonohu, but I wonder if there was a manager of Yangpyeong Sonohu. I ignored Trip.com, but I may see this review, but I think I have to make a review that is sure to make a reservation while trying to call the headquarters, so I leave a long article through this place. Certainly, Yangpyeong Sonohu is urgently improving service.
