Customer service 10/10 facilities 7/10 (no hot water, the room can smell very damp, the restaurant food is delicious and very good, the elevator usually has a very strange smell, the location is excellent...

This hotel was so beautiful, and very comfortable. They say the area is not safe to walk at night, but I didn't find it inconvenient. I really liked my stay and would love to come back

Excellent place to stay, I would recommend

Although it is in the old town, the surrounding area does not feel like an old town. The window looks out to the iconic building. The room is large and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The transportation is also OK, about 15 minutes walk from the subway station, and Uber is not expensive.

Because we were worried about being blocked on the 20th, we had to leave the hotel early (5 am), and the two people didn't eat breakfast. Can we refund some money? Two people have a breakfast and check out early.

The hotel is not terrible, good price and location but there are better hotels in similiar price ranges. Definitely not worthy of the Ramada name. I know they were closed for a time so maybe given some more time they can make necessary improvements. As it is everything just feels old and outdated. The room was small and felt cramped, though the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good.

We liked the location as it is walking distance from metro and all the attractions or you can take an Uber for under $10 for most places. Breakfast had good variety and included vegetarian choices of fresh fruits, eggs, cereals, breads, coffee, tea etc. There is a travel agency in the lobby to help you plan the trips. Very clean. Rooftop pool is quite big and clean.

The restaurant is very good, the room is clean, the price is very good, the transportation is convenient, the receptionist in the hall and the restaurant can speak English, and the young receptionist at the front desk is very patient. However, it is recommended that you open the window to check the safety of the window. Some rooms have windows that are not locked. Another room with a shared balcony can turn over the balcony to enter another room.

internet connection isn't great and that could be a problem. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room either. The location is not really far from the Via Argentina metro station and staff is very polite and helpful.

The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. The cleaning is timely and clean, the sofas change in time and the pool is regularly disinfected and filtered. The kitchen is very well equipped and very well equipped. I have been here for 20 days. Easy to buy around, excellent price and good price-quality ratio. I plan to stay here and I hope to see my friends commented come to live here. ¡It's really good!
