Facilities excellent, rooms always clean. Very good varied breakfast, the only novelty was presented at the entrance because it did not reflect the reservation, I do not share the alternative solution by the establishment because they demanded a guarantee until the novelty was resolved, value that was refunded on the 3rd day.

Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down. Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food.

Wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was okay very lacking. Breakfast was boring, and monotonous ended up just getting breakfast at the malls. Valet basically non existent, annoying taxi service at entrance, really annoyed that there barely were any floor staff especially upon check in. Will stay again because of location and price.

We liked the location as it is walking distance from metro and all the attractions or you can take an Uber for under $10 for most places. Breakfast had good variety and included vegetarian choices of fresh fruits, eggs, cereals, breads, coffee, tea etc. There is a travel agency in the lobby to help you plan the trips. Very clean. Rooftop pool is quite big and clean.

Everything was great, it is located in the Cangrejo neighborhood, a very safe neighborhood. Next door there is a supermarket, a casino, many shops and restaurants and the metro stop. The room was quiet, with air conditioning. The pool and jacuzzi had warm water, if it wasn't too hot, you would get cold when you bathed. The buffet breakfast was very very small, with little variety and always the same. For everything else, perfect.

The hotel is very old, and the stale smell plus the smell of disinfectant are choking. The hotel does not provide bath towels, and no hair dryers are found. There are many kinds of breakfast staples, but it is not self-service, and you need to wait for the staff to serve the food. There are quite a lot of shops nearby, and there is a panda restaurant with delicious chicken nuggets 😋
