The room was clean and comfortable. Toilet was spacious. The location is perfect, it had a beautiful view overlooking the city. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast! Everything about this place is amazing! Would definitely visit again

What was shown on website ia not quite what I expected. The room was ok, no mat at door, so keep tracking dirt in especially after rain. Bathroom waa musty and saw cockroaches, small ones. As it was nestled among trees, lots of critters which I don't mind, except was told on first day, there are monkeys, which kind of twrrified me. Overall, lacked ambience. Staff were superfriendly and warm.

The room was huge and clean . The problem were that there was ants in my room , I had to buy a product. Also there was the horrible sound of construction which would wake me every morning

Huge room with a nice little balcony and spacious toilet, great shower with strong pressure too. In a great location, not too close to the beach/central so slightly less noise (if that is what you preferred) but reasonable walking distance to the beach, plenty of 7-11 closed by and food. Form bed and pillow, fridge available and bottle water provided daily. Receptionists spoke a little bit of English only but not an issue at all, they were good and helpful.

Good location right in the centre of Krabi Town. The check in was smooth despite late arrival. The owner was very courteous and knowledgeable about the area.
The room was spacious and clean. Wifi works well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at K.L.

Great choice for people looking at clean and quiet accommodation. Rooms are not overpopulated and have only 6 inhabitants.
They have a fridge and cold water refills. And generally cheerful and positive people. Running an honest business.
Though it is a bit of a walk from the beach, but you ideally want to walk around and explore the shops between the hostel and the beach. Or you would be taking yours which have hostel pickup. Or you have a rental bike.
Lotus supermarket is around 100 metres away and accepts foreign cards.

This is the best value hotel in Krabi. The rooms are basic, but above what you would expect for the price you pay. I totally recommend if you are on a budget.
They also sell very good coffee and beverage.
We liked to stay here.

It's very convenient to go out, there are many places to eat nearby, there is a lively night market not far away, the room is generally good, we have also been to many islands, Phi Phi Island is really fun (Grand Island is also fun, we stayed on the island for 5 days)👍
The best hotel of my entire trip! I liked it very much. Very clean, well-kept green territory, gorgeous clean pool around the houses. The houses themselves are in the shade of palm trees, which is great! The house is clean and cozy, everything you need is there. Very cozy verandas. Two kindest and sweetest dogs live on the territory, I immediately became friends with them. The family running the hotel became like family, very nice and kind people. Next time I will definitely come back here, only with my family.

Very Good
FFadilaThe location is absolutely great, nearby all you can eat especially Halal food is all around, below the hotel is also a great Halal restaurant. 7-11 is just 2 minutes by walk. The staff is really helpful
CCassandra travellerGreat hotel the comfiest bed I've stayed in travelling Thialand so far and it's been a few weeks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the river and only costs 150 baht per person to get to Railay beach from right outside on the river by long tail boat which I highly recommend, I also went to Ao Nang beach by motorbike grab which was also a nice beach and a busy place. Was happy to stay in Krabi as I preferred to be in the less touristy places also really enjoyed the bar which is close by the hotel. The only thing I would say about Krabi River Hotel is that the restaurant upstairs didn't understand my vegan needs and struggled to accommodate me I don't know if that's a lack of communication but all I wanted was avo on toast from the menu and they Brough me croissant with scrambled egg and cheese so I used Google translate to explain to the staff that I didn't order that and all I wanted was toast with avocado no butter and they brought me toast with cheese on it and avo so I just ended up asking for my money back... such a shame because the roof top hotel restaurant and bar has only just opened up and looks amazing! I can't complain tho as that was a minor issue and I ate out most the time anyways that morning was just because I wanted breaky before my bus picked me up early to go to my next place... so must admit I was so hungry after having no breaky because of that but as for the hotel and my room I loved it! Good value for what you pay for obviously more expensive than some other places in Krabi but you get what you pay for and here it felt like you got more. Thanks for an enjoyable 3 nights! I now know where to stay when I come back :)
NNatyunaIt's a nice hotel. The room is big, have small swimming pool, but who needs pool on Krabi. The location is just few minutes walking to the beach. Everything is great, except one big thing - there is NO safe!!!not in the room, not at the reception. I was shoked and if I knew this I would never book. I asked if there is any secure place I cam keep my documents and other important stuff coz I am not a backpacker. They said they don't have and who needs to rob it. Hahaha. And there are no cameras facing tye rooms. And so easy to come to your rom from the street. So if you have something important to put in a safe- don't book.. if you don't have - its a great place to stay. I also have been told they have safe rooms in better rooms, but I didn't see them when I was making my booking and I see they are always empty, there no guests. So maybe not only I couldn't book a room with the safe. It's on the photo ( the room with the balcony and sofa, 3 floors building)
GGuest UserThat was the best accommodation I've had in Thailand so far.
The room was big enough, well equipped and very clean.
I was warmly welcomed. It was pleasantly quiet. A good location, everything within walking distance.
The woman even drove me to my ferry without asking when I checked out.
Always happy to stay again 😊
GGuest UserWas given the beachfront unit next to the resort’s restaurant and just in front of the dining area.
1) IMPORTANT
- I had booked the room under Palm Resort Krabi. However the driver and myself could not locate the resort as there was no signage! I realised later that Palm Resort was also Bliss Resort as they both shared the same address. It seems that the beachfront units are booked under Palm Resort, while the non-beachfront units are booked under Bliss Resort.
2) WHAT’S GOOD
- Room is clean.
- The bed is big and comfortable. There’s also a day sofa which is good for sleeping.
- The bathroom has an attached dressing room.
- Useful amenities such as a safe, fridge, hairdryer, beach bag for a day out, mineral water, drink sachets, toiletries, plenty of power points.
- Spacious verandah with lounge chairs. Great for lounging and enjoying the night.
- I also enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves as I laid in bed at night as the seawater is just a few metres away when it’s high tide.
- Many restaurants and convenience stores around the area!
3) NOT SO GOOD
- The dining area is just in front of the unit so you can might hear some muffled conversations and music. But it wasn’t too bad.
- There are gaps around the wooden framed glass doors and a few mosquitoes can get in. Come prepared with a repellent plug-in for the room. The resort staff will also provide a spray if you ask.
- The bed is directly opposite the doors, so you have to keep the curtains drawn fully.
PPB__4Decent hotel and very spacious balcony’s. Bed was clean was just confused about the green sofa in the room. Couldn’t fault it for the price, bit of a walk to the beach. Taxi is better option at 70 baht.
GGuest UserThe room wasn’t bad considering the price and the view of the area ,but the mattress was a Little hard, there was a problem with the toilet flush but we called them and they fixed it ,there was a safe that we could put our belongings in but it wasn’t working ,
the staff were okay and you get two bottles of water every day in the morning ,the area had alot of mosquitoes though so the spray is a must at least 30 mins before entering and do not open the door unless u have to espacially at night as many of them will come inside

WWanderingIrEhSThe location was central at Ao Nang town centre area. But taxi drivers would usually get confused as there’s another place called J mansion which is different from J hotel. It’s a small place but decent to sleep or stay at for a few days in Ao Nang. The place is somehow clean but still needs improvement.
The pro though was they have upgraded our room to a king bed. It was somehow comfortable & clean, the room was also spacious enough. So grateful for that.
Downside was there’s no view from the room & no elevators, only stairs & there were no male staff to help us lift our luggage to the room. They were also strict with the check-out time. Staff need to smile more and be more friendlier to tourists though.
Good thing there’s a laundry service for a fee. And hotel is too close to the shops and restaurants, tours, etc., only walking distance. Hotel also offers their own tours but we book our tours already elsewhere for a good discount.
Overall, if you’re on a budget, I think this place is somehow okay to stay with for a few days in Ao Nang.
