The hotel is way too amazing. There are various amenities for free, like coffee machines on the 1st floor, and welcome drinks for free on the 2nd floor. Also, the bathroom is a lot more surprising with a large bath tub and a multifunctional spray. I would def choose this hotel again if visiting Kanazawa in the future.
Only hotel in Japan that offers us free flow alcoholic drinks for 6 hrs daily. Located conveniently where we did not need to drive to get to places. Only minus point is it did not have a coin operated laundry service and the nearest one is 5 to 8 mins walk away
The location is fantastic, just a few hundred meters' walk from the JR station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor. The hotel lobby, situated on the second floor, is spacious and brightly lit. They provide a good selection of complimentary toiletries and skincare products. Rooms are a decent size, not cramped at all, and kept impeccably clean. However, due to its proximity to the railway tracks, there can be some noticeable noise, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
This is one of my favorite Dormy Inn hotels, boasting a distinct Japanese style. Our last family trip before the pandemic fully broke out was during Chinese New Year in 2020, and we created wonderful memories at the Dormy Inn in Sakaiminato. That's why we chose this hotel again for our return trip to Japan. Both check-in and check-out are entirely self-service via machines. They even allowed us to check in early on the day of arrival, giving me more time to explore Kanazawa Castle. The rooftop hot spring bath is beautifully designed, with an ambiance reminiscent of Kenrokuen Garden. After a relaxing soak, complimentary drinks and ice cream are available, not to mention the late-night ramen that left us with such fond memories from our 2020 visit. With an extensive breakfast selection, everything was just perfect.
The hotel is super convenient. You can see the hotel right in front of the exit as soon as you come out of Komatsu Station. So it is very convenient even if you arrive late. It has a self-service check-in and check-out system, so you don't need to worry about anything else. There are also many places to eat nearby, and there is even a department store. It is very convenient for traveling alone, on business, or with children at full price.
The hotel is clean and tidy, and it's very close to the parking lot and Omicho Market. A taxi ride from Kanazawa Station costs about 1400-1500 JPY. For Japan, the room size is decent.
Throughout this trip, I stayed at two Mitsui Garden Hotels, and the service at both was rather disappointing. Housekeeping forgot to restock the coffee, and I had to ask them to. I stayed for four consecutive nights, and even when I left the yukata in the bathtub, it wasn't collected, nor was a new one provided. I'm not sure why.
Location: While the hotel is a bit of a walk from Kanazawa Station, the underground passage makes getting there quite convenient.
Room: We were incredibly grateful for the surprisingly spacious room, a rare find in Japan. It even came with a convenient wet bar. There were also two comfy sofas and footrests, perfect for unwinding and reflecting after a long day.
The only minor drawback was that room cleaning is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Since we only stayed for three nights, we had to take our used towels to the front desk for replacements. However, we could bag our trash and leave it outside the door for housekeeping to collect. For those who don't mind this policy, the overall experience was excellent. It was incredibly liberating to have enough space to keep our suitcases fully open throughout our stay. The price was also very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money.
Before i arrive the hotel i did email to hotel provide a bedroom in upper floor and not facing to the main road to avoid the traffic noise
Maybe this request, hotel arrangement my bedroom with a narrow windows, that means to say that the bedroom lack of daylights into the bedroom
Honestly the bedroom a bit dark, make you feel not comfy much
The bedroom size is 0K large, i like the toilet 🚽 and the shower room, they separated
Hotel provide free drinks, they provide 2 kind of health herbal tea and a pretty nice automatic coffee machine
With a decent large public spa with well cleaned shower, changing room facilities inside
From your bedroom TV can have a look the Spa occupiers and the washing machine occupied or not
The location a bit far from the downtown
But beside the hotel lots of restaurants not necessary go to the Kanazawa JR Station to dine out
The rental price is reasonable if you don't mind hotel a bit far away from the JR Station
5-6min walk to the MRT station exit
Great service from the reception.
Wonderful breakfast that all must try.
Tip is to book one day earlier, need to pay cash to have a discount.
Very nice in house onsen.
Nice room with great tea.
All these for a reasonable rate of less than 90 usd.
My only gripe is that because I did not stay in the more premium room, they did not have instant coffee provided.
Also, there is no lounge for use. This means our family of 5 have to squeeze in an 18sqm room to have supper.
Will I book this hotel again? Absolutely YES!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at the east exit of Kanazawa JR Station, with extremely convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go to Kenrokuen Garden, Higashi Chaya Street and other attractions. The Omicho Seafood Market is within walking distance. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Kanazawa in the future.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located around 10pm walk from Kanazawa station. There are a series of stores and landmarks located along the road walking there. One convenience store right next to the corner. And about 15 min walk to Kanazawa castle and Kenroku Park. The room and the bath is clean. Customers will need to scan with their cards to get access to their floor. Security is good.

YYuk WaiThe equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. .
Therefore, I advise everyone who plans to book a hotel on Trip.com not to trust the photos and information on the Trip.com website!
RRm Travel is funThe hotel is at a prime location on the main street and close to most of the attractions. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They served western style breakfast. The spread was good and tasty. The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The occupancy of the restaurant, public bath and other shared spaces can be checked from the room on the tablet. The only issue was that the blinds in the room did not block the outside light. Hence, it disturbed the sleep.

JJiafeimaocarfieldIt's great to see more high-quality apartment rentals becoming available. This place is perfect for extended stays, and having an in-unit washer-dryer is incredibly convenient. Since it just opened, all the facilities are brand new. Our high-floor apartment was very quiet and offered a nice view. Being able to cook your own meals is a big plus. It would be helpful if the host could offer more kitchen equipment for rent. The YouTube and Netflix streaming options were very convenient, and there's a self-service coffee station downstairs.
