- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep. - Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. - Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern. - Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.

The panoramic views of the city skyline were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Whether you’re enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar or taking a dip in the infinity pool, the atmosphere is pure luxury. The ambiance, music, and lighting create the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s restaurants also offered a fantastic selection of gourmet dishes, with impeccable service to match. I recently stayed at a hotel near Chaengwattana Road and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything from the bed linens to the bathroom was spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It's within walking distance of Central Chaengwattana, which is perfect for shopping and dining. It's also very close to IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, so it’s an excellent choice if you’re attending a concert, event, or exhibition there. What made it even more convenient was the nearby BTS Pink Line station, making it easy to travel around the area without needing a car or taxi. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay in the Chaengwattana–Muang Thong Thani area.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice. 

I had urgent trip booked room 48hrs before arrival. My flight arrived 00am I arrived hotel 1.30am. I present ID card at counter then staff didn’t look at my ID, said I just booked not long ago if wanna check in must be 2pm not tonight. I was wondering then check my email. This is first time in my life meet unprofessional staff like this. Next day morning the water in bathroom only hot water including sink, nozzle when I reported to front staff said I didn’t know that. Breakfast all staff just standing when I access they just walk away didn’t ask my room info. Overall this hotel only good location who have business around that area , service really need to improve. I will not return here again.
