An incomparable place, Karuizawa, super fun, very good skiing, the entire ski resort and several surrounding hotels belong to the Prince Hotel, Prince West is more convenient, you can actually take the free shuttle bus to the hot springs Ski resorts etc. Very nice experience.
Spacious space, plenty of lighting, push the window to see the mountain. The facilities are complete and the hygiene is first-class. Especially equipped with a high-end laundry and drying machine. Solved the big problem of changing laundry in summer, making travel more comfortable. The machine has a first-class washing and drying effect, and the clothes are flat and there is no need to iron. Very satisfied.
This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. If you are reading this review, it means you already decided on going to the middle of no where Japan. Byaku more or less owns the town. There are other ryokans but nowhere close the the quality of this. They also have the only restaurant open late and it is amazing!!! Furthermore book it on a Friday/Sat/Sunday so you can enjoy the sake brewery next to the hot springs. Also get rooms with your own Onsen, it’s worth it the public ones aren’t co gender
The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .
The room looks more stylish, but the bathroom is small and smelly... The design of the suite is also strange. You don't need to take off your shoes in the bedroom, but you have to take them off in the living room... The service is really good, and you can pick up and drop off the ski resort at any time! The restaurant is French, you can eat light meals, and the food is pretty good!
I have been to Karuizawa many times, and this trip in late autumn and early winter was very impressive. We booked a trip on a whim, which made our trip feel so wonderful😊
Karuizawa Hoshinoya Hotel is worth staying in. The one-to-one butler went to the room to explain the various services of the hotel in detail, and the experience was particularly comfortable.
The hotel is very large, with different types of rooms scattered on the mountain. There is a small stream crossing the mountain and running to the distance. The sound of running water is like beautiful music surrounding the ears. The water wave room is right by the stream and is also the most expensive room. The lobby is connected to the restaurant, with spacious and high-ceilinged large glass. When eating breakfast, looking at the autumn scenery outside the window, it is really worth it! There is a small bar, next to which is a row of lazy sofas, coffee, various Japanese teas, and snacks are available at will. Champagne has a time period in the afternoon, and guests staying in the hotel can also enjoy it at will. The details are really comfortable. There are two hot springs in Hoshino Hotel. The Hoshino Hot Spring is relatively large and famous in Karuizawa. It is open to the public at the hotel entrance (free for hotel guests). There is a smaller hot spring inside the hotel. Hotel guests can go there at any time by pressing the password. I went there to experience it. There were few people and the feeling of comfort was beyond words.
The scenery of Hoshinoya Karuizawa Hotel is really beautiful. It is so beautiful. There is a view at every step. The air is very fresh. I really want to be drunk in the autumn scenery and don't want to wake up. This is a hotel I still want to stay in if I have the chance.
Finally, I still want to say that the world is worth it~

They will send it to us to pick up at Ace Inn.
■Free drinks from 15:00-20:00: Tea, coffee, fruit juice, beer. / Welcome drinks are tea and 3 types of pickles.
■The Panorama View Onsen alternates between men and women. / Another onsen is separated for men and women and uses the same time.
Pros:
1. The room is very spacious, with a tatami bed for the third person. It was clean and well-equipped.
2. Convenient and free parking right outside the hotel entrance, although spaces are first-come, first-served.
3. Complimentary rental of umbrellas.
4. The private onsen was enjoyable, especially considering the public onsen at the adjacent building is unsheltered (hence the need for umbrellas).
5. Excellent location near Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and Kyu-Karuizawa Main Street, providing easy access to numerous local shops and eateries.
Cons:
1. The breakfast was quite disappointing considering that this is a 4-star hotel and the other aspects are good. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to tear, and did not seem fresh. The overall variety of food was limited and not particularly appealing.

GGuest UserIf you come here by car, and want to be close to nature in a quiet place, these small villas are the ideal place! The nearby 711 can buy everything you need for a short-term life. Our family spent two happy days here like a home!
TTeddyOverall, our stay was enjoyable, and the chalet matched the photos. However, I’d rate it 3.5 stars due to poor value for the peak-season price. Check-in instructions were unclear, leaving us to search for our villa in the cold. There were no manuals for the heater, boiler, or washer, and the boiler kept turning off unexpectedly. The concierge was attentive, but these issues dampened the experience. These manuals / improvements / attention to detail should be easy fixes for the management company, but a major oversight for a company that prides itself on hospitality.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the sound insulation is very good. Overall very comfortable. The breakfast is mainly Japanese style, with a lot of varieties, including coffee and bread, and the restaurant environment is comfortable. However, the location of the hotel is relatively remote, and the nearby restaurants close very early.
