This was my second stay. Overall, it was clean and the service was excellent.
The hot springs were very relaxing and I enjoyed them.
I would like to stay again.
Quite a good selection on amenities, especially if you like taking baths (different kinds of bath salts)
Many choices on the types of pillows you want, and the room was much bigger than I thought, with a very good view... and I liked the balcony. They also have many snacks to choose from at the lounge to welcome the guests. Very convenient location too. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Facilities: A very new hotel with complete facilities
Sanitation: Clean and tidy
Environment: The location is very good, just 5-7 minutes walk to the right from Matsusaka Station, convenient for travel; you can hear a small sound of railway trains in the room
Service: It was raining outside when we went out, and we wanted to borrow an umbrella from the staff. The service staff was very enthusiastic
The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. However, they have a small translation machine, so communication was manageable. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay there again.
A hotel where you can come empty-handed because everything is ready even if you don't bring anything. Convenience stores and Donki can be reached on foot.
Take a high-speed boat from Nagoya Central International Airport to Jinshi and stay in front of Jinshi Station. Very good budget hotel, clean and cost-effective! The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The breakfast at the budget hotel is Japanese-style, and there are some. The restaurants in front of the station are also available, and the surrounding convenience stores are within easy reach.
Location was decent - about 8-9 min walk from JR Iseshi station.
Hotel lounge area was super. Just refurbished/looks modern and trendy, with a 24/7 coffee and tea bar.
Room itself - clean-ish, felt alright, but I get what other reviewers mean when they say it is old.
The rooms are clean, very basic but not modern. Wallpaper slightly peeling but they are trying their best to keep up appearances.
Bathroom was clean.
Reception lady was really earnest and nice.
Overall, for the price paid in this area, I have no complaints and would stay again unless I find something better at same value.
I used this hotel to go to Ise Shrine and Senshu-ji Temple. It was a month before Golden Week, and it was difficult to get a reservation, but I was able to get a reservation at this hotel by chance. It was easy to get to Senshu-ji Temple by car in about 15 minutes, and there was a delicious yakiniku restaurant next door where I could enjoy Matsusaka beef. There was a family bath where I could relax, and breakfast was included, so I was satisfied with being able to stay cheaply during Golden Week. Thank you very much.

MMilktea LeeThe hotel location is very good, close to the outlet. The hotel price includes admission to the Nabana-no-Sato Gate, hot spring bathing, entry to the theme park, and breakfast and dinner buffet. The hotel has a shuttle to Nabana no Sato/outlet, which is very convenient.
All staff were very polite and helpful. Thumbs up.
KKennyDuring my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks.
One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness.
Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel.
Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay.
In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.
GGuest UserThe food was delicious and although it was a quiet town, I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
Ccotton_fromokinawaIt was a very beautiful room with good cleaning.
I stayed in a family type room with two people, so I was satisfied with the size! Even if I spread a large suitcase 2, it didn't get in the way at all ◎
There is no room key, unlock it with the password given at the front desk and enter the room.
It was comfortable not to carry a key card on purpose ♩
There was a mini kitchen and cooking utensils and tableware, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer ・: * +.
There are not many rice shops in the neighborhood and it closes quickly, so I think it's good to buy ingredients at the supermarket and cook for yourself before going to Ise City.
JJose隔壁鼻竇炎的青黛The room is located with the mountain at its back and the sea, and the room is warm.
The Western-style bed is a single-size bed, and the Japanese-style bed is also large enough to roll around on. The hot water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient and the water temperature is hot enough. It is very quiet at night, with little noise, and the reception staff is kind.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English.
The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.
GGuest UserAmazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing.
We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own.
The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.

TTravellingAllTheTimeLocation was less than 5 mins from JR platform. Note if you are arriving onto Kintetsu platform, remember to cross the overhead bridge first to JR platform before exiting the station otherwise you’ll need to walk 15 mins to cross the railway crossing in a roundabout direction. Room was 15msq but didn’t feel tiny as we brought a small size luggage. Plenty of food options and familymart nearby. A must eat restaurant for dinner (washoku sato) great variety and very reasonable prices. Outer shrine was 15mins away and inner shrine was a 25mins bus ride. Great weekend getaway!!
