Excellent facilities in the rooms. Notably, breakfast is also unparalleled in its variety and quality. The bellboys are very attentive and look out for their guests. Especially I would like to express my sincere thanks to the last bellboy I came in contact with. If I had to mention a disappointment, it would be a very small portion, but there were some staff members in the restaurant that showed glimpses of inexperience. When I visited the restaurant in the evening for a la carte, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished. Since this restaurant does not have a table system where the staff is in charge of the table, it is still a bit of a turn-off to be asked by more than one person. I also happened to see them in situations where they carelessly bumped or dropped dishes and broke them.

Novotel Cairo Airport offered a convenient, if brief, respite. Proximity to the terminals is its strongest asset, ideal for layovers. The rooms were clean and functional, though somewhat dated. Service was efficient, though not overly warm. The breakfast buffet provided a decent selection. Noise insulation was adequate, minimizing airport disturbances. Overall, it's a practical choice for transit passengers prioritizing ease of access over luxury. A solid, reliable option for a short stay, fulfilling its purpose as an airport hotel.

For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand.

The room is actually very good, with two bedrooms and a living room. It is very large. It is a room between two buildings. The space is very good. It also has a kitchen and two bathrooms. The front desk guy is also very good. He helped us carry our luggage and set up the broadband. Everything is fine. The air conditioner is not hot, which is not a big problem. But the most speechless thing is that the hot water for showering will pulse cold, hot, and hot again, over and over again. It is too difficult to take a shower. It is really weird. There are hairs on the sheets. We have to wait for check-out. They said they are afraid that we will lose things. I am in a hurry to catch a flight! ! !

The hotel is old but the size of the room is big. However, the room service is not detail. They either forget to refill your water on one day and another day will forget to change your towel. They will forget one thing on everyday.

Except for the proximity to the Egyptian Museum and the hot water in the bathroom, everything else is pretty average. Facilities: I decided to stay here because it is close to the museum and not far from the Nile River after a night cruise. I didn't expect much from it. The room is very small and it's inconvenient to move around. And there's no place to put things. The hangers can't be taken out, so it's troublesome to hang clothes. It would be better if there were more hooks. Hygiene: The sheets are not very clean, and shoe and lipstick marks are clearly visible. Environment: For the price in the city center, the hotel was opened only last year, so it's pretty good and new. I don't ask for too much. Service: Still good, very enthusiastic.

Among similar price, I think it is quite good. It is the best one I have stayed in Cairo. Although the room is not very big, the furnishings and bathroom are quite good. I recommend this one. The location is also good. At least when you go out, there are no children chasing you for money and food.

Second time staying here. One day when I was having breakfast, I forgot my chest bag with my passport and money in the breakfast room. I remembered it an hour later. I rushed to the front desk and found that the chest bag was well kept by the front desk manager. This service level is beyond words. Thank you very much! This time, we also changed to a bigger room. The room is well decorated, clean and quiet, very satisfied. There is a small supermarket downstairs, where you can buy water and snacks at normal local prices. The Chinese restaurant next door is as delicious as always.

GGuest UserLovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

Tteachutube1Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
