4-Star Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Semen (male ejaculate) on the window was a disgusting surprise, but it fit with other problems (usb ort needed fixing & only worked with TV on, dreadful cold watery ”alfredo” that had no spoon for tasteless sauce, demand for cash to pay room service that robbed me of taxi money I'd saved to see souk, disappointing breakfast with ”beef bacon” a whitish chemical sausage, inedible noodles & boiled ”curried vegetables” & general vibe that was creepy for solo female. Novotel in Abu Dhabi did so much better!

Excellent facilities in the rooms. Notably, breakfast is also unparalleled in its variety and quality. The bellboys are very attentive and look out for their guests. Especially I would like to express my sincere thanks to the last bellboy I came in contact with. If I had to mention a disappointment, it would be a very small portion, but there were some staff members in the restaurant that showed glimpses of inexperience. When I visited the restaurant in the evening for a la carte, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished. Since this restaurant does not have a table system where the staff is in charge of the table, it is still a bit of a turn-off to be asked by more than one person. I also happened to see them in situations where they carelessly bumped or dropped dishes and broke them.

Overall good spacious rooms, good breakfast spread and a nice pool area and we would have had a great trip only if it had thinner pillows. Unfortunately the hotel only had one type of pillows and they were quite thick and difficult for us to sleep comfortably and that spoilt a bit of the experience. That's the reason to cut one star from amenities. We had a great city view room and picture shows the view with the cairo tower .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton in Zamalek, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled on the tranquil island of Zamalek, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Nile River. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice in Cairo. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. ---

The staff was very kind. The cleanliness and amenities were not great for the price. The dogs were howling at night. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area where the archaeological museum is located. The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Amazing stay at the Swiss Inn. Staff are beyond helpful. Pool is amazing. Room are clean and literally the best air conditioner in Egypt.

Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

Perfect. If there's no need to keep warm How about living in a slightly cleaner area? There is also a supermarket within 30 seconds walk.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very good, suitable for long-term stay, with pots, refrigerators, microwaves, gas stoves, kitchenware, etc. But there is no hair dryer, and disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. The front desk said that the swimming pool can be used, but the security said it cannot be used when I arrived. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are also very good. Service: The service and security are very good. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there is a row of supermarkets and restaurants about five minutes away. (I found a few pictures of the same room type as mine for your reference)

The room was clean and big with all kitchen utensils included a washing machine, very convenient if you have a car easy to reach all the places, many malls near by with a good service restaurants

You have to bring your own toothbrush and everything, because it is a B&B, but the owner is very hospitable and the staff will help you carry your luggage. The overall environment is okay. Because I customize oil, I have a special car to pick me up. You have to consider the transportation. It may not be very convenient here.

The hotel selected for the exhibition is a little older. The service is good. The breakfast is normal. The hotel environment is not bad. It is unexpected that the upgrade has become a suite.

Lovely place I like it and my family I like it and good location 

Frankly, I thank the workers in the place, especially brother Amr and the building guard. They were very kind and the place, frankly, does not need much, so they deserve a great word.

因為原來定的房間被臨時取消，在客服的協調下改的這家。房間很寬敞，設施很齊全，門口保安非常友好，整體還不錯。邊上就是富人區Al Rehab。
