GGuest UserStaying at Novotel Living was a pleasant surprise during my trip to Shanghai. I had originally booked the Novotel hotel, but when I got to the front desk, I found out they also had apartment rooms. For the same price and with the same buffet breakfast, the apartments offered newer and more complete facilities. I immediately switched my booking to the apartment. The front desk attendant, Yao Yao, was not only beautiful but also very kind, and she even upgraded me to a suite! It was an amazing experience. Plus, the hotel's location is great – quiet yet central – and the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely choose Novotel Living again for my next business trip to Shanghai.

JJaney__I've stayed here many times. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so dining is very convenient. The room was quite spacious, but the window in my room this time wouldn't close properly, so it was a bit noisy. Parking costs extra, with a maximum charge of 45 yuan per day.

HHuaxingdaoqifeiFor this business trip to Shanghai, I opted for a smart projection room, initially out of curiosity, but once I checked in, I didn't want to leave. The lobby is right outside Metro Exit 2. After checking in and getting to my room, the first thing I noticed was the massive projection screen, almost taking up an entire wall. After getting back from work late, I cast photos and videos from my phone onto it, just staring at the screen by myself. Suddenly, being on a business trip didn't feel so bad. The smart home experience was seamless. No need for a key card to activate power when entering; the sensor lights came on automatically. The curtains were electric; a simple voice command and they slowly drew open. The AC temperature could be precisely adjusted by remote control. What surprised me most was the projector's excellent color accuracy; watching documentaries, the landscape scenes were so detailed it felt like I was right there. The room also had a microwave and a hob, so I bought frozen dumplings from the convenience store downstairs and heated them up for a late-night snack. The location was also great, making dining and shopping convenient. The only minor drawback was needing a membership to watch videos, but I mentioned it to the front desk, and they immediately scanned an account for me. For all three nights of my trip, I watched a movie on the projector every evening; it felt like I had my own mini-cinema. I'll definitely choose this room type again for my next business trip; it's so much more interesting than a regular hotel.

AAng_ieStaying at Green Court Premier Jinqiao serviced apartment felt comfortable and well thought out, especially for a longer stay. The overall setup made it clear that this place is designed for people who actually live there, not just pass through. The compound itself is large and very well equipped. There’s a sense of space and order that makes daily life feel easy, almost residential rather than hotel-like. Walking around the grounds felt relaxed and well maintained. Inside the apartment, everything was spotlessly clean. It was the kind of cleanliness that immediately puts you at ease and makes it easy to settle in without hesitation. The kitchen was especially impressive. It wasn’t just functional—it was genuinely well stocked, with quality details like a Zwilling knife set. Little touches like that made cooking feel enjoyable rather than like a compromise. The location was another strong point. Having an underground station nearby made getting around Shanghai very convenient, whether heading into the city or back home after a long day. The only real downside was the swimming pool closing at 8 p.m., which felt a bit early. It was a shame, especially on busy days when an evening swim would have been the perfect way to unwind. All in all, Green Court Premier Jinqiao offered a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable base with just one small disappointment. Everything else made it a place that felt easy to live in, not just stay in.

**BCan’t beat the location. Super central to all the main sites on either side of the bund. Attentive staff and spotless facilities. Easy access to IfC mall and attached metro lines 2 & 14. Little less convenient for food/product deliveries (compared to some other properties) but nothing more than 5-10mins added time for delivery service to run up the driveway. Great view as well.

CChoupihuaniuThe room is exquisite with many lovely soft furnishings, and they're well done too. There were also some fruits and snacks, very generously provided. Although the hotel is quite old, the owner has clearly made an effort to perfect the details and ensure cleanliness. The staff were also very nice. Coupled with the excellent location, it's really quite good. My only complaint is that the duvet was too thick; I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot.

GGuest UserWhen I initially reserved a room at this hotel apartment, I planned to stay just one day before relocating to another serviced apartment. Yet, the exceptional comfort, pristine cleanliness, and comprehensive modern amenities persuaded me to extend my stay to a full two weeks. Upon arrival, I encountered a hiccup that nearly drove me to seek accommodations elsewhere, but the issue was swiftly and adeptly handled by a courteous gentleman at the front desk, likely the manager. His prompt resolution and eagerness to address my concerns not only resolved the immediate issue but also instilled a deep sense of trust and satisfaction with my stay. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, a rarity in this country's largest and busiest city. Despite its peaceful setting, it is conveniently close to Metro Line 11, ensuring easy access to the city’s vibrant heart. The option to open the windows in my room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It allowed me to enjoy the fresh breeze without leaving the comfort of my well-appointed room. Speaking of the room, it was a perfect blend of luxury and practicality. The cleanliness was up to the high standard, and it felt like the facility was brand new. The room was equipped with a small kitchen area, complete with a stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, and even a washer. Although there was no dryer in the room, a quick trip to the second floor opened up options not only to dry clothes but also to access private dining/meeting rooms and a well-equipped gym. Every night was a peaceful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, rivaling the peace of my own home. The tranquil environment contributed to undisturbed nights, ensuring restful sleep and rejuvenated mornings. The housekeeping staff, particularly two young men, were notably diligent and affable, keeping my room clean and well-supplied. The front desk staff were equally helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Assistance was dispatched via a charming, albeit slower, robot—no tipping required. This hotel apartment not only met but exceeded my expectations, making it a top recommendation for anyone seeking a 'home away from home.' For those considering a longer stay, here's a tip: contact the hotel directly to speak with a salesperson. You might secure an excellent long-term rate, potentially including breakfast.

PPablo LuzWe stayed in room 219 (Standard Duplex Studio) and had a good experience. The shower has excellent water pressure and the drain worked perfectly, with no clogs. The mattress is firm and comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The room was clean and received daily housekeeping, including bottled water replenishment. It also has a kettle, a mini-fridge, a small workspace with a simple chair, and central air-conditioning with individual controls that cools the upper floor well. Despite being on a busy avenue, the soundproofing is effective and we didn’t hear any noise. The room has a small window, and there are larger windows in a storage area or narrow internal corridor that isn’t very functional. The hotel itself is quite convenient. Most of the front desk staff speak English, except for an older gentleman who works the night shift, but if needed, you can go to the reception in Block A, where there’s always someone who can communicate in English. The location is very practical, centrally situated for getting around the city, with a subway station in the building itself and another just across the street, as well as a market nearby and a convenience store at the entrance. Among the amenities, there’s a good free gym and at least two laundry areas with free washing machines and dryers, which was a big plus. Each floor has a guest kitchen equipped with good utensils and appliances, though it has few plates, no cutlery, and, unfortunately, is a bit dirty, with dishes left by other guests and many old items piled up. There are also several comfortable spaces to work. Access to the elevator includes a small set of stairs, which isn’t much of an obstacle. Overall, the stay was pleasant and convenient, with highlights in the room’s comfort, the location, and the hotel’s facilities, despite a few small details that could be improved.

_____ali__en___Hello, everyone. It's the best hotel i ever had in my life at this moment 😅 I stayed there from Feb 26 till Feb 28. they have 2-floor rooms what makes it look bigger like the whole apartment. They have shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel with tasty smell, body lotion, towels, slippers, hair dryer, even umbrella, everything for cooking, etc. The hotel room is so clean, they clean it every day. The metro station is in 50 metres. I didn't wanna leave it actually😅

IIsse in viaggioThe location is close to the metro, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. The room is large, a studio apartment with a small kitchenette and a washing machine. If you're looking for simple, independent accommodation, this is the place to stay. A few small renovations would improve its value.
