The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was offered a beautiful room. The room itself was immaculate in its cleanliness and provided comfortable bedding, and all the amenities I could possibly need. The attention to detail was impressive. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was arranging transportation (they provided free drop-offs and pick-ups from Disneyland during a stipulated time), offering local recommendations, or simply ensuring my stay was comfortable, they truly made my visit special. I also loved the convenient location—close to major attractions, shopping, and dining options, yet tucked away in a quiet area that made for a peaceful retreat. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit. Otherwise, it was truly worth the price offered! Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

The location is good, right next to the Hongqiao Railway Station and next to the National Exhibition and Convention Center, with convenient transportation. The housekeeper also carefully directed me to a super cheap parking lot nearby, which was nice. There is no front desk, but there are video guides everywhere, leading all the way to the door. The door lock is a public security lock, which gives me a full sense of security. The room is clean and tidy, with two floors, the same layout, and the hygiene is reassuring. The housekeeper's service is considerate and answers all questions. This kind of stay experience must be praised.

Convenient transportation. Metro Line 2-3-4. Exit 10, cross the road and walk left up the Zigong escalator to the 2nd floor hotel reception. Stayed during the 2025 Spring Festival. Stayed for 3 nights. It cost a little over 200 yuan per night. The price/performance ratio is very high. Clean and hygienic. The kettle has no scale. The clothes were washed at night and dried the next morning. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, smart toilet, very convenient

The projection effect was comparable to that of a movie theater. The room had smart devices. I could turn on the lights with voice control if I wanted. The heating of the smart toilet made the winter a little warmer. The staff had a very good attitude. After checking in, they saw that I had a lot of luggage and helped me get it to the room. The beautiful boss upgraded the room to a 1.8-meter king-size bed with an independent bathroom for free (it was originally a three-bedroom, one-living room room with a shared bathroom, but I didn't realize it in the rush of booking). The boss was worried that we couldn't find it, so she waited in the parking lot in person. It was so considerate... The B&B is really close to Haichang. You can leave at 9 o'clock in the morning. It's about 500 meters away from the west gate of the community. Parking at the B&B also saves 80 parking fees. The remaining money can be used to book a killer whale VIP ticket, haha, saving time waiting in line
