I still like this hotel, I wish they'd invest a little money to buy new towels and pillows though, they are just old and smelly. Other than that, a great team and a great location at a reasonable price
I've already stayed here twice and would likely return for a third visit. My only suggestion is for them to add a refrigerator; that would be a fantastic improvement! Everything else is perfect, but the lack of a fridge is the only small drawback.
The location is very good, close to Thung Si Muang and Nong Prajak, but unfortunately there is no parking. The room is very good, with four pillows, comfortable sleep, good power plugs, good bathroom, good water, and fragrant towels.
Being close to the airport and convenient for traveling is the biggest advantage.
There are several free parking spaces outside the door, first come first served.
After all, it is a simple hotel. The requirements for facilities should not be too high, but it should be worthy of the corresponding price.
PPimodismimigirlI stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the location to be very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the bus terminal and Central shopping mall, which made getting around super easy. The hotel also has good parking space, which is a plus for those traveling by car.
The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few downsides. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a hassle. The amenities provided were very minimal — just two bottles of water and two small bars of soap. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.
One thing to note is that when you check in, you need to leave a 100 baht cash deposit for the key. You’ll get it back when you check out, but it’s something to keep in mind.
The staff didn’t seem to speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly, which made communication a little difficult.
Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of basic amenities and service left something to be desired.

GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and perfectly located—but what truly sets it apart is the owner’s kindness and hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable, offering thoughtful conversations that made me feel more like a guest in their home than a customer.
If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort with connection, this is it. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserVery hospitable, I had to use an early flight into Udon, the hotel kindly made arrangements for me to check in at 11am,perfect..location is away from the noisy bars but close to Central Festival.. Thank you,
TTiantangzuowoyouThe room is nice, the price is very cheap, the location is good, it's close to the night market, shopping malls, and the bus station, it's convenient for eating, and it's very lively when you go out at night, which is pretty good.

GGuest UserThe facilities are old, but the bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is like an old Thai inn.
The restaurant right next to the entrance is a famous local restaurant in the Isan area. Teppanyaki and pork dishes are also good for Korean tastes. It's right across from Udon Town, so it's great for shopping or eating.
AAnonymous UserIf I have to stay in the city or suburbs, I will choose Hop Inn first because the room size is compact, clean, and the price is not expensive.
