5-Star Hotels in Phuket Province, Thailand

It was super nice hotel. The room was super clean and the service was so good. The service guy can speak little bit of Japanese. The rooftop bar was good and the main pool area was just like I saw on Tiktok. Private pool inside the hotel was small yet it was facing the ocean so it was nice when the sunset. Only few minutes walk from nice beach and local markets in 10mins walk were super cheap. But I wouldn’t recommend the hotel restaurant food it was super mid.

Pros: The hotel is about an 8 min drive to the airport and 10 min walk to the beach. Rooms are more holiday-apartment style with a kitchenette and lounge area + bedroom. Our room was cleaned daily & check-in was a breeze. They have hourly shuttles to the beach and back. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of meals. There’s a Sabai Massage and a 7-eleven just around the corner. Cons: The main lobby is not wheelchair - friendly they don’t have a ramp and you will have to lift your heavy suitcases over the steps to and from reception!!The shower gel & shampoo are tiny only enough for 1 person to use just once.They provide only 1 gown and sleepers to use for 7 days. There’s a laundry service that only takes 10 baht coins and you need to go to the bank to get them if the 7-Eleven doesn’t have enough! Waisted a whole day tryin to get coins cos the hotel didn’t have any & the banks were closed. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel with pool right in front of the door. We were in A2 Pool Resort for 4 days. Specially we liked the facility because of the pool directly on the terrace. I found it great to sit on the terrace evening with view of the pool :) Reception very friendly, staff always friendly and premature. Breakfast we were not, so I can't comment on :) Rooms clean and clean. Only the evening bathrooms of families with kids were somewhat nervous, as they went partly until 0:30 pm, although the pool is “open” only until 21:00 pm. Interesting for fitness freaks vll - about 300m from the hotel is a very good location Equipped studio, which opened 24 / 7 :) Daypass about 5€ :) Right to the “Chillva” market where you can eat and shopping wonderfully :)

Laya Resort is a gem on Phuket Island! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The resort's stunning architecture and lush surroundings create a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Our room had a spectacular view of the ocean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool and sipping cocktails from the bar. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. We had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend Laya Resort to anyone visiting Phuket.

Front desk: first we checked in everything was great but hotter around area at the Lobby. Concierge: was helpful, bit if bellboy are nasty not good of service mine.( shall improve by FO) F&B: breakfast was cool shall have a machine for a coffee (5star hotel) Splash water park: was OK but not excellent Location: it there quite a pretty good located easy to walk out right front of the hotel and fine something to eat and buy some cheaper from local grocery local food,there is plenty of restaurants too. (Inside around the hotel it pretty Huge so need a buggy car lol) Overall it's ok worth of money what I spend it for. It's a gem when we checked out!! Deffo! GSA

Отдыхали в данном отеле в феврале 2023 года 11 ночей. Знали куда летим и все нюансы, но приятная цена за новый отель сделала свое дело) При заселении взымается депозит 100 $ или €. В период нашего проживания частично работали 2 корпуса с однокомнатными номерами. Но к концу отдыха, корпус с двухкомнатными номерами у бассейна начали отмывать и заселять. Всего будет 8 корпусов. Мы жили во втором корпусе, в котором находится временный ресепшен. Все корпуса построены. Есть внутренняя отделка и даже мебель. Никакой стройки и шума нет. Полностью отель начнёт работу только в марте 2024 года. Наш номер находился на втором этаже, окна выходили на дорогу. Но так как корпуса отеля расположены на тупиковой улочке, всегда очень тихо. Напротив нет построек, растут бананы и по утрам поют птицы. Это теневая сторона. Окна противоположных номеров выходили на бассейн, там всегда солнце. На мой взгляд отель вполне готов к размещению гостей. В нашем номере мы жили первые. Все новое, чистое. Приятный интерьер (качество ремонта не самое лучшее, но это мелочи). Сами номера довольно просторные. Есть все необходимое: халат, тапочки, питьевая вода, гигиенические принадлежности. Кухня особо не нужна, но в целом было удобно мыть и хранить фрукты.. другую еду и напитки. Ничего из кухонной утвари там нет, кроме 2х кружек и ложек. Но мы сами купили все необходимое (нож, доска, губка, фужеры и тд), цены там на все копеечные. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Из тв каналов работал только Первый. Убирают прилично, вопросов особо не было. В первый день показала, где получше помыть - все сделали. Единственное, что меня немного смущало -это, действительно, громко работающий кондиционер. Но,в целом, к нему быстро привыкаешь и перестаешь обращать внимание. И еще не понравилось, что в жилых корпусах до сих пор не отмыты окна на лестницах, очень портит общий вид(( Бассейн многоуровневый, у каждого корпуса. Уже полностью функционирует. Есть детский бассейн. Бар у бассейна работал, но были только напитки. Местоположение отеля на мой взгляд очень удачное. До кафе, магазинов пешком несколько минут, но при этом сам отель стоит в очень тихом месте. В целом нужно понимать, что район Раваи и Найхарн будут прилично отличаться от районов Карон, Каты и Патонга. Здесь более тихо и спокойно. Но, лично нам наш район очень нравился. Рядом хороший пляж Найхарн, множество кафе с самым разнообразным меню, рыбный рынок со свежайшими морепродуктами. Находится в самом начале пляжа Раваи, где пирс. Покупаете морепродукты и там же в кафе их готовят. На удивление, всегда вкусно в основном. Приготовить 1 кг морепродуктов -100 бат. 0,5 кг -75 бат. В отеле есть бесплатный трансфер на пляж Найхарн. Добираться туда максимум 5 минут. Пляжные полотенца можно брать на ресепшен. Пляж красивый, широкий. Море очень чистое. Есть лежаки по 200 бат за 2 шт. Так же недалеко расположен пляж Януй (находится между пляжем Раваи и Найхарн). Но он очень небольшой. Там можно взять в аренду каяки или поснорклить. Мимо него пр

Stayed cottage sea view. Despite the remote room location from reception to room (its up the hill) there is shuttle bus service at your beck and call, so that somewhat solves the issue of convenient travelling. My biggest irk is that the jacuzzi only has cold water, and when your up high and no tree blocking the wind, its kinda pointless to have a jacuzzi because its freaking cold. Would stay here again if they provided hot water jacuzzi, otherwise, just dont pick the cottage room type.

Hotel is outside old town. Old but big hotel with very spacious lobby for check in. Bed room also big and clean. Nice breakfast at 19th floor with good views of surrounding.. Hotel is walking distance to airportbb bus terminal.

The hotel has nice pool and spa facilities. It welcomes family too, so it has children in the pool. We arrived in the hotel in the evening. Some negative things happened The room has water leaking issue from the fridge, The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages. The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Also the room and bathroom lighting is too romantic(dark). i think if they could be much more bright would be better. Restaurant staffs, front desk staffs are very nice.

A lovely resort and an amazing time. My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights as part of a fantastic Luxury Escapes package deal. We were quite fortunate with the scheduling, as it appeared to be the last nice week of weather before the wet season began. So the resort was very quiet, but this added to our enjoyment. The resort is located across the street from Karon Beach among the most stunning tropical botanical gardens. It is also a 15-minute taxi ride to Patong Beach and a 10-minute taxi ride to Kata Beach. Our room had been recently renovated and offered a stunning view of the pool, gardens, and the beach. Both restaurants provided good food and the pool was a wonderful place for a cocktail or just relaxing. The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
