Excellent pool, and beautiful view from balcony the room. Enjoyed the roar of the waves throughout the day from your own balcony.
The service is friendly, fast and good.
Love the smoothies and milk shakes in the cafe.
Enjoyed the infinity pool views.
Lovely and romantic hotel for couples. We decided to stay a full day inside the hotel enjoying our balcony jacuzzi as well.
I will definitely return again just for the relaxing views !

We recently stayed at Kalima Resort with our 10-year-old daughter in early June 2025, and despite some challenges due to the rainy weather, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The resort's hilltop location offers stunning views, but it's worth noting that the steep slopes and stairs may make it less accessible for wheelchair users. Additionally, some corridors aren't sheltered, so you might get wet walking between buildings during rain.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Our twin-bedded room with a sea view and balcony was perfect for our family of three, and the bathtub was a hit with my daughter. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and spoke excellent English.
The pool area was a highlight, with a pool bar offering breathtaking views of the sea. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, including halal and vegetarian options. The Italian food served in the afternoon and evening was delicious.
The resort's shuttle bus service to Patong shopping malls was convenient, taking just 10 minutes.
Overall, despite the slippery floors during the rainy weather, we found the stay to be comfortable and family-friendly. We'd definitely consider returning to Kalima Resort.

Had a really great stay at SAii Laguna Phuket! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The pool was a lot of fun, especially the water slide – we all loved it. The resort also has a nice private beach, perfect for relaxing and catching the sunset. Even though it was rainy during our stay, we still had lots of fun. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of choices, and we also enjoyed spending time at The Club, where the afternoon tea and evening cocktails overlooking the lagoon were peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a short but very enjoyable trip, and I’d definitely come back again.

The views are truly spectacular, but it's crucial to get a centrally located room. Despite insisting twice with the hotel, I still wasn't given a central room. I checked in at 2 PM and was assigned a room at the very end of the wing, with bugs flying around nearby and what appeared to be a renovation site or service area right next door. I had specifically asked for a high-floor room during check-in but was told none were available. The room was simply unacceptable, so I called the front desk. They asked me to wait and eventually moved me to a room on the 7th floor, which I could finally enter at 3 PM. Even from this room, the sea view to the right was still partially obstructed. While waiting, I observed staff providing exceptionally attentive, almost subservient service, to some Western guests. My strong recommendation is to clearly communicate your preferred room location when booking. On a positive note, the bellboys were all incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. I rented a motorbike through the hotel for 400 THB per day, only requiring a deposit. The breakfast selection was decent and could easily double as brunch.

I truly loved this hotel!! And would come back here once more. The direct enter to the beach, three pools, free sport classes for guests. I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍
Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%.
There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance.
I absolutely love this place. It’s beautiful and so relaxing. Everything in one place, there’s no need to leave. The food, drinks, atmosphere are top tier. Not forgetting the stunning rooms. No matter which room you get, you get a beautiful experience well worth the price. It’s my second time here and I’ll keep coming back cause, wow… WHAT A VIBE. Make sure to visit the adult only pool (M Bar). Great food and margaritas and Mocktails.
This hotel was amazing. The entrance looks nice and has a restaurant (very good prices). The rooms are either on the left or the right of the hotel area and both are connected to an individual pool. The pool is very big and even has a kayak haha. The room is also very clean. The rain shower is amazing, so is the toilet. But be aware that you shouldn't use toilet paper as this isn't very common here. They use an extra showerhead for that and after a few days you really grow to love it. Don't even want to go back to toilet paper.
The room has a fridge, and water and tea is freely supplied on a daily basis. The cleaning staff which comes daily is also very friendly. The TV unfortunately is not a smart TV and doesn't offer many programs. The WiFi for our room wasn't great, but our friends had good internet there.
The hotel itself is pretty far away from major attractions, but this makes it a perfect and quiet place to relax. You can take a bolt to the city for a few hundred Bhat. Don't use the hotels taxi service though as in my opinion they overcharge 50% and don't pick you up at night (driver gave us wrong details and we had a lot of struggle with that). The staff sometimes also speaks English very poorly, so when we called them during the night for a pick-up they couldn't help us. But if you are prepared to use a ride hailing service like bolt, then I still really recommend this hotel.
Great room, service staff are very friendly. We had a 3 night stay, my issue stems with our first room lacking hot water, we contacted the staff and we got changed to a bigger room. Upon testing the hot water in the next room, the hot water was a filthy yellow colour. We contacted the reception of this issue and they sent someone down, however said they had no immediate fix as the fix needed was to run the hot water taps until the water turned clear. This took the whole day, for the 2/3 nights of our stay we did not have hot water, very disappointing. Manager explained that the repair of the hot water tank lead to dirt and mineral buildup in the hot water tank, hence they needed guest to run the hot water to clear the water colour, considering that phuket’s water is not the cleanest, we refrained from showering in the yellow hot water.
Additionally, during one of the housekeeping services, my jacket got swept into the laundry cleaning through the bed sheets. We only noticed the jacket was missing upon checkout and notified the hotel. IMPORTANT: They said they’ll contact us if found.
We had time to kill, around 5hours before heading to the airport and upon security screening, through no fault of theirs, I realised i also left my Ipad at the hotel. I was in the terminal at that point and called the hotel.
They said: “Yea we found an ipad in your room, also you were missing something else correct?” I said yes my jacket as well.
Turns out they had found both my ipad in the room and jacket in the laundry, and did not bother contacting me after checking out until I called them to ask about it. If they had notified us about this, we could have returned to the hotel and picked it up, instead we were stuck in the airport terminal…
They did manage to return us the items through the great help of the airport staff and swift concierge service, but all this could be avoided if they called me? Or emailed me as they said they would if they found something?
Truly disappointing.
Veranda Resort Phuket, Autograph Collection (Marriott International)
Location: 8.5/10 – It is about a 20-25 minute drive to Central Phuket and Phuket Old Town, which is convenient. However, I recommend renting a car if you plan to stay.
Service: 9.5/10 – Smiles are everywhere in the hotel, which is the most important aspect. All staff are very helpful and proactive, especially when traveling with a 4-year-old. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Mira and Ms. Am in the kids’ zone; they helped take care of our son during the kid activities, allowing us some much-needed ”me time.”
Room: 9.5/10 – The room is very spacious for two adults and one child, and the sea view is excellent for enjoying the sunset.
Environment: 8/10 – The lobby features a stunning sea view, which surprised us upon check-in. However, some areas have drainage odors or strange smells that the hotel needs to address.

How do I start? Hmm, okay... The resort was superb! Im a person that will look into reviews comment about specific hotel. So I choose Mandarava since I read a lot of positive review about this resort! It was my superb time at here! The staff was friendly and kind! I love their foooodddd it was so damn nice and super fast!!! 💕💕💕😍😍😍 but the thing that need to be improvise is communication. I was a bit dissappointed when I have to bear the trouble becuase of their miscommunication between hotel and trips.com agency. But nevertheless I enjoyed my time here!

SSamuel HandWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our daughter loved the pool and loved playing in the 'Kids World'. The facilities are excellent, for example there is a good-sized gym with plenty of equipment, and a restaurant with lots of choice. The breakfast is delicious.
I would strongly recommend this hotel. It is also only a short walk away from the beach.
In the interest of balance, I would just like to mention a few things that could be improved upon.
1. The room did not look like the advertisement photos on the booking website. The staff were very helpful and added some things to make it a closer resemblance. However, the photo of the one bedroom family suite shows lots of toys and extra items in the room that are in fact not included. There is a bunk bed and a kids tent.
2. The local area is quite expensive. Due to there being no 7 eleven nearby and the northern part of Kamala being quite relaxed, the prices of things in the local shops are pretty high. I would advise to get a ride to the nearest 7 eleven as soon as you arrive and stock up on supplies!
These 2 things are small in comparison to the great things this hotel has to offer. We had an amazing time. We want to thank the staff for a lovely holiday!
AAmir JamaliWe stayed at Phuket Graceland Resort for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of local attractions. The facilities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.
OOdayEverything was perfect, from the service, reception, breakfast, public and private pools and the general cleanliness of the resort, I would like to thank the reception staff sol, assary and farouk, as for the bad things in the resort is that the daily cleaning of the room was not good, but when we told them at the reception, they sent room cleaning at night, it was a nice gesture from them
LluloveluThe hotel is better than what the comment says.
Location wise, it depends on your travel style. If you are more of an explorer, I wouldn’t recommend this
Hotel or location, because it’s kinda far from the main sites, and the nearest 711 is 800 meters away.
But if you are looking for a relaxing beach/pool holiday, or come with kids I will strongly recommend the place.
First the bfast is good, room is spacious, facilities was good, staff are polite. So nothing to complain about.
Though I think there’s room for improvement for cleanliness, doesn’t mean it’s dirty, just some details are not fully covered.
Given the price, I’ll say it does worth the money and would like to come back again.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful time at the Pullman Beach resort. It is very close to the beach and the beach is very clean. If you get a newer and updated room, then the hotel is definitely worth the value. My first night I was in an older room, and I did not like it. The shower pressure was amazing in that first room though, and it was a beach view. Love the spa for a massage, but in regards to manicure and pedicure I will definitely never go there again. The lady was very rough on my fingers and toes but had a good attitude. Staff was attentive and all the food I had (breakfast buffet, snacks, dinner, room service) was amazing.
KKea Raacool place but needs a renovation
service is good but the resort is so big and the shuttle cars can be late and you need those shuttle cars literally every-time you leave your room its a big resort.
the food is fine not bad there is a 24h market right in front of the lobby and atm machines even currency exchange machines
its a good choice if its your first time in phuket its actually a good location
AAnonymous UserI really loved the staff in this hotel. If you have problems, they are more than willing to help you 🥰❤️ just like the instance that my phone was left in the taxi. They called the taxi driver and brought it back to me. ❤️
I’ve never been disappointed, it’s really indeed a 5-star hotel experience 🥰🔥🥰
Thank you so much for the whole staff, really enjoyed my entire stay 🤩🤩🤩 keep it up guys ❤️
When I’ll be back in Phuket, I will definitely stay here 🎉
JJans muhdOne of the best hotel we ever stayed. View was spectacularly stunning overlooking the ocean. Wake up in the morning to see this view just lifted your day every day. We book the swimming pool access which was shared between 2 other rooms. Though a bit of hassle that you had to go up to another level to exchange for pool towels with cards given during check in. Also there's also a cafe suitable for romantic couples and good ambience. Room is clean and spacious and all the staff is very friendly. Overall, my family enjoyed staying here & it is worth your money staying at this hotel. THUMBS UP!
GGuest UserWe had an amazing staycation for my girlfriend’s birthday! The room was clean and cozy, and the bathtub with the bath bomb was such a nice touch. Dinner was delicious, and the overall experience felt special and relaxing. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway!
