This hotel is an absolute dream đ„° I will definitely be coming back here again ! Itâs so stunning with cute things to do around the area if you donât want to go out too far but I would recommend booking a second hotel closer to the touristy attraction places because then it will be long drives up and down but apart from that spectacular đ€đŸđ„

Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas offers a Cape Sienna is a luxurious and romantic retreat offering stunning sea views, modern amenities, and a variety of dining options. Although it lacks direct beach access and the breakfast quality could be improved, it remains a popular choice for couples seeking a serene getaway in Phuket.

This hotel is right on the beach which is great if youâre looking for a beach vacation. Be aware that youâre unlikely to be allowed to swim during the rainy season. There were red flags throughout the duration of our vacation, even when the sea seemed relatively calm. The room was very clean and cold. The staff were all very kind, warm, and welcoming. There were a couple of minor issues we had with our stay. Our room was pretty far away from the pool, beach, and restaurants, which isnât too much of a problem but it does get annoying. Also thereâs no shower door in the bathroom so a lot of the bathroom ends up getting wet. There were also flies in the restaurant where breakfast was which was a little off-putting.
Pros
1. Ultra comfortable bed and pillows (one of the best)
2. Spacious room and balcony, especially the restroom and shower
3. Extremely helpful staff - helped carried my stroller down the stairs since the hotel isnât wheelchair accessible
4. A prime hotel best suited for couples and lovers
5. Breakfast and lunch options are scrumptious
6. Delicious food options and a Lotus grocery store
five minutes away.
Cons:
1. Not stroller or wheelchair friendly with innumerable sets of stairs
2. The area is a bit secluded and boring- live music could help to liven the atmosphere
3. Not luxurious- the service makes it convenient, but I wouldnât call it luxurious. The rooms are simple with outdated decor, and lack modern amenities
4. WiFi - inconsistent connectivity

The view from the room was truly lovely. It was wonderful to have privacy, as both the room and the bathroom faced the seaâthis was an important factor in choosing this hotel. The sea view was definitely the highlight of the experience. It was visible from almost everywhere in the hotel, and the teppanyaki restaurant, Gin, was exceptional. The chef was friendly, personable, and professional. The food was of good quality, and one of the older, elegant Thai-Chinese ladies providing service stood out, especially since the other staff members were less pleasant during our dining experience. We left feedback with their names in their internal feedback. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of the room and the air conditioning, which was a significant letdown, as well as the variety and overall spread of the breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, Amora turned our trip around. After a frustrating experience at another property, the team at Amora kindly fit us into their last two available roomsâand we couldnât have been more grateful. Chaimars greeted us with warm smiles, made check-in effortless, and even offered cool towels and refreshing coconut drinks to help us unwind.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly appointed for our family. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast at Isla Restaurantâfresh, high-quality dishes that set the tone for the day. The entire Isla team went above and beyond, especially to celebrate my birthday. Their genuine warmth made the occasion feel extra special.
Our boys spent hours splashing in the pool, and I appreciated the clean, well-equipped gym for a quick workout. The only downside was a single visit to Nora Beach Club, where the food and service didnât measure up to the rest of the hotelâIsla remains our top dining choice. One small suggestion: an earlier room cleaning schedule would be ideal.
Overall, Amora delivered exceptional service, lovely amenities, and true hospitality. We left with happy memories and fully intend to return on our next trip. Thank you, Amora team!
Great room, service staff are very friendly. We had a 3 night stay, my issue stems with our first room lacking hot water, we contacted the staff and we got changed to a bigger room. Upon testing the hot water in the next room, the hot water was a filthy yellow colour. We contacted the reception of this issue and they sent someone down, however said they had no immediate fix as the fix needed was to run the hot water taps until the water turned clear. This took the whole day, for the 2/3 nights of our stay we did not have hot water, very disappointing. Manager explained that the repair of the hot water tank lead to dirt and mineral buildup in the hot water tank, hence they needed guest to run the hot water to clear the water colour, considering that phuketâs water is not the cleanest, we refrained from showering in the yellow hot water.
Additionally, during one of the housekeeping services, my jacket got swept into the laundry cleaning through the bed sheets. We only noticed the jacket was missing upon checkout and notified the hotel. IMPORTANT: They said theyâll contact us if found.
We had time to kill, around 5hours before heading to the airport and upon security screening, through no fault of theirs, I realised i also left my Ipad at the hotel. I was in the terminal at that point and called the hotel.
They said: âYea we found an ipad in your room, also you were missing something else correct?â I said yes my jacket as well.
Turns out they had found both my ipad in the room and jacket in the laundry, and did not bother contacting me after checking out until I called them to ask about it. If they had notified us about this, we could have returned to the hotel and picked it up, instead we were stuck in the airport terminalâŠ
They did manage to return us the items through the great help of the airport staff and swift concierge service, but all this could be avoided if they called me? Or emailed me as they said they would if they found something?
Truly disappointing.
My 2nd time here đ
I had the pleasure of staying at here on my birthday and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations.
Staff so friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with birthday wish n cake.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, and a touch of luxury.
This was our 4th visit here.
And we recommend room LV11 for ultimate privacy and the best view.
The staff has what one would expect from any luxury establishment- Thai hospitality.
A good variety of restaurants available to whet your appetite.
And just 20mins to the cultural Phuket Town.
We look forward to our next visit.

So we have been in Phuket for the last 10 days and this is our third and last accommodation for a three-night stay.
Unfortunately, this establishment is one that I will not return to. We had three rooms two garden rooms and one on the hilltop. The two garden rooms had our parents. Upon arrival, the bathrooms were not clean. The garden room bathrooms are not sealed completely so the bathroom temperature is the same as outside throughout their stay. They switched on the ACs to cool it down but it just made the rest of the house even colder. Our parents don't complain in a hurry so they looked passed things that youngsters won't. They did mention something about the drainage in the shower and water coming up from a different pipe so they had to switch the shower off and on so that the bathroom doesn't get flooded with shower water. Sounds crazy by that is what they told me.
The hilltop room 3207
No ocean view as the trees blocked the view. Getting up and down was such a hassle, thank God my parents did not get rooms up there. The pool just felt like a mission getting to when staying on the hilltop.
Things that stood out despite the high rating:
Outdated TV - we didn't switch it on at all. Something from the early 2000s.
No charging ports
The hilltop shower is one I won't comment on.
Old used plastic slippers are given for the room. Could this be a health concern?
Oh yeah, the staff are friendly and helpful. But the rooms are outdated, the location of the establishment means traveling to Patong is longer due to the construction. Lastly, from an experience point of view this a below-satisfactory holiday resort that some might say overpriced and rated.

SSamuel HandWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our daughter loved the pool and loved playing in the 'Kids World'. The facilities are excellent, for example there is a good-sized gym with plenty of equipment, and a restaurant with lots of choice. The breakfast is delicious.
I would strongly recommend this hotel. It is also only a short walk away from the beach.
In the interest of balance, I would just like to mention a few things that could be improved upon.
1. The room did not look like the advertisement photos on the booking website. The staff were very helpful and added some things to make it a closer resemblance. However, the photo of the one bedroom family suite shows lots of toys and extra items in the room that are in fact not included. There is a bunk bed and a kids tent.
2. The local area is quite expensive. Due to there being no 7 eleven nearby and the northern part of Kamala being quite relaxed, the prices of things in the local shops are pretty high. I would advise to get a ride to the nearest 7 eleven as soon as you arrive and stock up on supplies!
These 2 things are small in comparison to the great things this hotel has to offer. We had an amazing time. We want to thank the staff for a lovely holiday!
NNeil NicholasFrom the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there.
Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try.
Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes.
Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors.
Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.
OOdayEverything was perfect, from the service, reception, breakfast, public and private pools and the general cleanliness of the resort, I would like to thank the reception staff sol, assary and farouk, as for the bad things in the resort is that the daily cleaning of the room was not good, but when we told them at the reception, they sent room cleaning at night, it was a nice gesture from them
TThe KimHimA lovely hotel with excellent service. The check-in experience was delightful, thanks to Madmee, who was exceptionally kind, energetic, and welcomingâsetting a great tone for the stay. The team members operating the golf carts were also outstanding, ensuring seamless transportation around the property.
The room was spacious but had a low decoration, and the design and furniture felt a bit dated. However, the cleanliness was impeccable, which made up for the aged interiors.
Breakfast was excellent, and I had one of the best Eggs Benedict dishes here. However, the service was lackingâstaff were not very attentive and were often engaged in conversations with each other, including those from the kitchen team. On the bright side, used plates were cleared promptly.
Overall, itâs a good hotel, though it lacks a beach and is a bit far from town and local dining spots. Despite these drawbacks, the staffâs warmth and service make it a pleasant place to stay.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful time at the Pullman Beach resort. It is very close to the beach and the beach is very clean. If you get a newer and updated room, then the hotel is definitely worth the value. My first night I was in an older room, and I did not like it. The shower pressure was amazing in that first room though, and it was a beach view. Love the spa for a massage, but in regards to manicure and pedicure I will definitely never go there again. The lady was very rough on my fingers and toes but had a good attitude. Staff was attentive and all the food I had (breakfast buffet, snacks, dinner, room service) was amazing.
DDankbergThe resort was fantastic. The room was also great, they I was upgraded on stay. The only thing that caused it to not be 5 stars is that there were (a very few) ants on the kitchen counter.
24/7 shuttle up and down from your hotel room, and shuttle service to the main lands if you would like to be transferred for free without paying for Taxi. They also have shuttle service to the airport / anywhere for a fee (more expensive than Grab but cheaper than Taxi), they have motorcycle/car rentals, and they have money exchange at a reasonable rate as well.
I would come back if in Patong for an extended stay.
JJans muhdOne of the best hotel we ever stayed. View was spectacularly stunning overlooking the ocean. Wake up in the morning to see this view just lifted your day every day. We book the swimming pool access which was shared between 2 other rooms. Though a bit of hassle that you had to go up to another level to exchange for pool towels with cards given during check in. Also there's also a cafe suitable for romantic couples and good ambience. Room is clean and spacious and all the staff is very friendly. Overall, my family enjoyed staying here & it is worth your money staying at this hotel. THUMBS UP!
11+1Hotel was situated on a quiet stretch of a beach area. Great for travellers looking to get away from busy city life.
The in-house restaurants food was great paired with a nice sunset view, staff was also friendly and approachable.
2 things note:
- Hotel does not have lift and there are many stairways to get from rooms to restaurants/beach area.
- Rooms might have some insect due to close proximity to the beach area.
Overall it is a very nice stay with private beach and sea view pool area/bar to chill in for a day or two when in Phuket.
