2-Star Hotels in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

I didn't expect this hotel to be so ”good”, because at that time, I was searching for the cheapest one. However, it turned out to be a great place for us to stay! Certain drinks were free in the lobby. Even if you couldn't find a place or time to go to onsen, which is hot spring, you can enjoy it while you're in the hotel! They offer inside hot spring as well! I don't a picture of the room we booked but I liked the view from the window also outside of the side stairs.

Location & service is good. If reach early can lock luggage beside front counter for free. Whole building only 4 female shower cubicles and hair dryers are inside. So if someone is drying their hair, that whole cubicle cannot be used by others unless maybe you know the other person or it will be awkward. I feel that the business owner did not think much of potential issues that could arise when planning the layout. Other than that, it is good. Will not book the hotel again though.

Nice hotel but they stole feel of my belongs,It seems that they are owned by the same person as another hotel. In one they stole a $1,000 ring from me, and in this one they stole a stuffed duck and a new Dior cream from me while I was taking a shower. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, but also very dishonest. They didn't even accept a refund.

Jakotel+ Namba offers a fantastic location, just a short walk from the vibrant Kuromon Market and conveniently close to the train station. The hotel provides clean facilities, including a comfortable toilet and shower area, along with free sleepwear for added convenience. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and hassle-free, and they also offer free luggage storage before and after checkout, which is a great touch. The only downside is the limited space in the locker area, which can be a bit tight, especially if you have large luggage and need to organize or adjust things. Despite this, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay overall. Highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, well-located spot in Osaka!

I've visited Osaka countless times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I stayed for a total of 3 nights. Initially, I was prejudiced against this area as it seemed a bit intimidating, but after staying here, I realized it was actually quite peaceful and clean. I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Osaka. The hotel is located a short walk from the station. There are multiple exits, and if you have heavy luggage, there are elevators available. A convenience store and vending machines are also nearby. I arrived in Osaka early morning via night bus. Initially, I was going to ask the hotel if I could leave my luggage, but luckily, I was able to check into my room right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though their English had a Japanese accent. They were able to provide me with all the necessary information. (If you plan to arrive at the hotel before check-in time, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their policy.) My room was a single room of 11㎡, which is about 3x4 meters. I could fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor in the walkway. The room had a bed, desk, chair, nightstand, mini-fridge, TV (which I didn't use), glasses, trash can, slippers, and towels. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was acceptable given the price and quality of the hotel. The desk was large enough for me to work on my laptop and still have space for my makeup and some snacks. The bathroom was small but clean. It had a shower, bathtub, automatic toilet, and amenities like soap and shampoo. The hotel's common area had several workspaces, which were sufficient for the number of guests. The hotel's internet was very fast, both in the room and in the common areas. If you're traveling for work, this hotel would be a great option. The kitchen area was small but functional, with a microwave, electric stove, sink, and separate trash bins. There was also a laundry room with coin-operated washing and drying machines. I didn't use this service, but I think you can exchange coins at the hotel lobby.

Very nice little cozy room! Very small but if you don’t have a lot of luggage and you are okay with having a small room/bathroom then the place is perfect. Staff was very nice and the location was very good. Very central but very calm as well

I was satisfied with my stay considering the price for the hotel. It gave me a good impression at first since it was clean and the common area looked presentable. I got a small room with window and a futon. The sound insulation was not very good, but the hotel offered earplugs. The room was warm with the AC on even in the end of December. My biggest disappointment was the bathroom, as you don't get an access to a private sink on the floor. It was clean though and I never had to wait or line up or even see other people in there. Location is good - it's very close to a subway station and not that far from downtown. You could even walk to to Denden Town, it would take less than an hour. Keep in mind that this is not the safest area of Osaka. You might see some homeless people around. I didn't feel unsafe, but some solo travellers would. Again, this is a safe and a very satisfactory option for those who want to save money.

Old and rundown hotel with stains in the toilet and a musty smell in the small room. But we were just staying the night before catching our flight so it was bearable. Location is great, short walk away from train station and shops. Also, pyjamas were provided to our pleasant surprise.

Location is great close to all public transport very convenient. Have many convenient store nearby. The room is clean and comfortable have small fridge and TV inside. Live the shampoo bar too. No need to bring any unnessessary shampoo for your next trip also have Japanese Bath as well. Will be back again next time to Osaka 👍

The location and service of the hotel are excellent.The public areas here are very spacious and comfortable.However, the sanitary conditions of toilets and powder room are not very good and need to be cleaned much more.

Gracious staff Strategic location Perfect accommodations Very clean Location is next to the train system. Underground train system is interconnected. Walk to Exit # 11(next to green atm). Walk upstairs . Walk 10 feet and turn right into the mall. Pass FamilyMart and turn right into the small alley. Hotel is located mid alley. Fast check in Super fast WiFi Rooms was perfect for solo traveler. Two travelers will be a challenge. Enough room for one small carry-on luggage. Large luggage will be a challenge, but doable. Shower/tub Fills Will hot spring water . Shower water pressure is one of the best in my travels. Soaking in the tub after a 15 mile trek, was heavenly. Toiletries available in the lobby. Shampoo and liquid bath soap in the shower. Not much room to put your items, but can place on the desk. Bath towels and yukata provided and exchanged every other day. Hotel is very quiet , given its central location. Instructions: Hot bath ONSEN for men is located on the 10th floor . Open from 6pm-11pm. Wear your Yukata and slippers provided in your room . Bring your key card and small towel Press 10th floor. Enter ONSEN and place your slippers by the door. Slide open the door and place your clothes and items in the basket. Slide open the door to the shower/pool area. Take a shower using their provided shampoo and gel. Now you can enter the pool and sauna area. Large hot pool (fits 10) and a dry sauna (fits 5) . Enjoy 2-10 minute walk to the below locations: Tons of food, bars , entertainment, shopping , JR and all other trains , cafes, breakfast , dontoburi canal , etc etc Excellent stay . The room is small as usual in Japanese hotels, haha, but the transportation is very convenient. Because the flight was delayed, I informed Ctrip in advance and they helped to delay the front desk's closing time. This is very thoughtful. I have to give the service five stars!

This is a hostel in a homestay. The rooms are actually clean and the public areas are good. A few hundred meters from Nankai tram Izumi-Sano station. Disadvantages: first, it is far from the residence to Ole, two or three kilometers, not half an hour; second, the homestay is self-check-in, but I did not receive the check-in method and The password was repeatedly urged by Ctrip before the homeowner sent the message. As a result, the next day outside the homestay, it was found that the guest in the other room did not receive the check-in password, and waited stupidly. Fortunately, there were Chinese people cleaning the room. I hope the host can pay attention to this. But after they confirmed our identity, they helped us get our luggage into the house so that we could go shopping easily! This is a bonus.

The room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style. The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use. Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case. Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.

It was close to Rinku Town Station and it was convenient because I had a morning flight. It felt like I was at my grandma's house, which was a nostalgic feeling. Some parts are a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems with the stay. This time, the room was on the second floor, but the stairs were narrow and it was a bit difficult to get my large suitcase up and down. I'll add this to my requests next time.

I was looking for a hotel near the station near Kansai International Airport and chose this hotel. It's a 3-minute walk from the station, the service is good, the rooms are clean, free Wi-Fi is available, and the price is cheap. I would like to use it again.
