This is a premium hote, with high levels of service. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Brunei is a call and peaceful location to take a rest and the beds at the Empire are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. (We accidentally napped for quite a long time here) The food at the hotel restaurant 'Pantai' is good, but not great value.
