4-Star Hotels in North Sumatra, Indonesia

1st time staying at this hotel for 4 nights. None to complain about, very good (10/10) in my judgements, including breakfast, gym, hot pool, etc. room size is very big. I don't mind to recommend any one and on my next trip to Medan, I ll most certainly book this hotel if the nightly rate is compatible.

𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗟 World class hotel. An opulent hotel experience. The room was very clean, quiet and peaceful with a nice view. The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. The newest hotel in Medan city. Beautiful facade and lobby with a small gym and swimming pool on level 2. We had a peaceful night sleep on level 6. Didn’t hear any loud music from the 16th floor of bar/disco. The only sound we heard is the occasional train that passes on the tracks which was nice to watch. Welcome drink was appreciated on arrival. The breakfast buffet spread was lovely and extensive. It’s really walking distance to Delipark Mall. Will be back again. Our Deluxe King room was alright but we found it weird when there is a notice to inform us not to flush toilet paper in the WC so had to use the bidet.

Are we sure this is a 5 star hotel? Service was good, staff are friendly. Location is ok. Rooms need a bit of maintenance. The air con is TOO loud, particularly noticeable at night. No earplugs, no sleep! And connecting rooms are a nightmare if your neighbour wants to be loud all night. With so many rooms why would they allocate adjoining before normal? We had to change room after the first night. Hotel is OK overall

First time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station. Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.

Nearby no minimart… no swimming pool.. the building only have 1 lift… the standard dropped dramatically… Next the house keeping even try to enter our room even though we told them when the room need housekeeping will update them. We heard commotion outside and informed the front desk … after half hour still nobody come to look into it… what happened there are some killer out there… ? Stay at your own risk…

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.

Our favourite hotel when we come to Medan, always stay here. Everything is good. The food also Nice and cheaper than compare with other hotel same standard in medan. The Breakfast more choice. The staff very kind and friendly make us very comfortable stay here. The location is not far from shopping mall.

So, me and my husband went to medan recently and decided to stay in this hotel for 2 days. I would say that it ws NOT a pleasant stay. There ws this musty smell at the corridor and in the room. The building is not being maintained well, we can say. There ws cricket in the room .*scared the **** of me*. Even from the start, the air cond ws nt cold enough and there ws so weird noise if we decrease the temperature, bt we wr told that its already at its maximum coldness and the noise will goes off in a while. Hahaha. As expected, the air cond ws nt functioning in the middle of the night. Hmmmm... we decided to shift to another hotel the next day. So, please maintain your hotel, guys. 🙏 🙏 🙏

After landing at the airport late at night, it was great to arrive safely at this hotel — you can tell it’s safe from the outset. The room itself was a bit worn, but for just one night it was alright. The reception staff were super helpful also!
