Hotel owners and staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as well. Elevators don’t go all the way up to the hotel so you might need to carry luggage up a couple flights of stairs, but the staff are more than happy to help if you ask. Panoramic view room wasn’t exactly what we expected, but the room was good enough overall. Oh and the hotel has a very cute dog you can pet during the day!

As for the room, we stayed here for several days, and the front desk service attitude was also very good. They tried to arrange our rooms on the same floor. Since we were traveling as a family, they recommended some fun and delicious places.

Had an amazing time here. Very convenient location (3 min walk to metro), the room was a good size for 3 people. Great view. Washing machine did it's job although it is not accessible after 10pm. Staff is very helpful. You can get extra hangers, water and slippers from the front desk. Highly recommend and would book again in the future!

I had a fantastic three-night stay! The place is warm, lively, and very welcoming. The staff organize great activities and make everyone feel at ease even as a foreigner. I enjoyed meeting new people and having great conversations in the evenings. The food is cooked fresh before you and tasted delicious. My room was also very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. A perfect mix of relaxation and socializing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, inviting, and engaging stay. I’ll definitely be back!

A nice apartment type hotel. We stayed in an apartment with 4 rooms enough for us who are 10 adults and 2 children. Rooms are clean and amenities complete, even have a washing machine. Location just beside lawson but quite a bit walk to mrt station but that’s fine. Really enjoy our stay here, make our vacation more memorable. Thank you

It was a very great stay, the location was next to the mall. The room itself was perfect. For $18 you have a sky view from the 33rd floor and a whole bathtub to yourself (Not to mention the projector though it’s all in Chinese). It was a bit hard to navigate at first but thanks to the reviews I found it. Basically enter the D section of Times Square Apartment near the pinned location on Trips map. Press floor 31 on the elevator and you will find the check in counter there. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Chong Qing.

We had a wonderful stay in Nancy's Home. They have an impeccable service, the host is super helpful providing informations to make my trip mush easier, So kind of her. But the most impressive part of the stay has to be the splendid riverview outside the floor-to-ceiling window, especailly when it gets dark, the night view outside turns to be sooo breathtaking with all the lights and skyline presented. I was so shocked by my first visit of Chongqing, the night view of this city is way too stunning, and I need to thank Nancy's Home for providing me such an amazing experience in this city. Highly recommend!

Stayed 4 nights in 4 person dorm Expectation/Reality: the room was about the same as the pictures, although it’s quite cramped in the room. There’s not much space other than for the beds and the lockers which were a very good size. Security: very good, it’s on the 8th floor of the building. There’s a lock to the room and to the lockers, very secure place. Hygiene: not bad, showers and toilets seems to be clean regularly and the common space is clean. The bed room walls are a bit dirty but the bunks are clean. Hospitality: generally good, no complaints, staff helpful. Social Atmosphere: pretty good for Chinese hostel, they seemed to have some movie events but not clearly advertised for foreigners. Overall met expectations and places you in the downtown core of CQ where lots of tourist attractions are and close to the metro.

Great experience of living in a dormitory 👍👍👍 Clean, full of facilities and spacious. The bed is big,, got space for clothes hanger and shelf to put your stuff. Also get a locker to put luggage. The left space ín room is big also, easy to move or arrange your luggage when needed. The toilet is clean, big, and full of facilities, have to say more than enough. The space includes separated toilet area, bathroom and face washing. They provide shampoo for body & hair, hair dryer, cup for brushing, cotton puffs, even some makeup tools. And great point is there is the hand pump in toilet 😂 They also have room for drinking water, provide sandals to walk around the inn, eating area with microwave and refrigerator, shared space for chatting/reading/… Last but not least, friendly and supportive staff. You can ask for early check-in/out if needed, they’d support with their best. My special thanks to Yuan and all staff there, receptionists and cleaners. You made my experience in Chongqing completed ❤️❤️❤️
