The hotel is quite a distance away from the train station moreover google maps is not updated as there is road under construction and it took some time for us to look for the correct way to the hotel. We arrived 30 mins earlier but the hotel wasn’t flexible and thoughtful and wanted to charge us $10 for early check-in. When we asked if can drop off luggage at their place, the hotel again wanted to charge $3 per piece. No hair dryer was provided in the room and we wanted to borrow from the front desk but it wasn’t available and asked to come back the next morning. We did so and they wanted to collect $20 as deposit. It’s additional hassle to use international adapter to plug in the hair dryer before able to use it.
It's much better than I thought, it's worth it.
Both the hygiene and service attitude are very good!
For people who are used to staying in hotels, it may be a bit troublesome to take a shower and take luggage every time, but in Lucerne, you can book a capsule hotel with independent space at this price. It's very cost-effective and recommended for friends who travel alone! ! !
One of the cheapest hostel options in Luzern, yet also the best.
Beautiful common area aside, the bed capsule is one of the comfiest of my 46-day Europe trip. Free huge luggage storage. And the shower facilities are as well-equipped/designed as many Japanese hostel. Location-wise, it’s 1min walk away from bus stop (and few minutes from an awesome glacial museum), super convenient.
The only weird thing was the electronic luggage storage failed on me two times, like I couldn’t open it after closing it with the electronic key. One of the times happened past midnight (receptionist had left), leaving me with no toothbrush/facial care to use before sleeping. Not sure what went wrong.
But overall I totally enjoyed my stay here. An accommodation option I’d prioritize next time I’m back to Luzern.
Location a bit far from then train station. Breakfast consider quite good spread, counter service ladies good, help a lots on direct or recommend area visit and dinning restaurants (we had a super great cheese fondue meal)!
This hostel seem to have quite a few asian guests. The reception is not 24/7. It only has certain open hours. It may be quite inconvenient if you are arriving our of the reception hours. But this hostel is close to hiking starting point for Pilatus.
Kommen gerne wieder
The hotel is in a great location, 300 meters walk from Interlaken West. The front desk service is very friendly, the room is very clean, there is free afternoon tea and free indoor bus card, and the breakfast is also good. In short, it is very cost-effective.

QQiongziThere is free parking space, there is a free bus ticket for the designated bus day trip, the right hand is the 20 bus, the left hand also has a bus platform.
The room is small and cramped, winning in the price/performance ratio, it is more convenient to take the bus to various attractions, suitable for city walk.
No disposable items, hair dryer, bath towels, no shower slippers, hand washing, bath shampoo.
The triple room on the second floor has a super large terrace, which can be picnic on the terrace, and the room is also equipped with a large electric fan.
