Eco Palms House - Sapa Retreat
4.6/550 Reviews
It's a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, with a balcony overlooking the stunning rice terraces. The room is clean and cozy, offering a serene retreat. Breakfast is delicious and adds to the enjoyable experience. Although it’s located away from Sapa Town, getting there is quite convenient. Sleeper buses and limo vans only drop off in Sapa Town, but taxis and Grab are easy to find. We used Grab to travel around throughout our stay, and a ride to Eco Palm from Sapa Town costs around 200K VND one way and takes approximately 16 minutes.

Our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.  The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.  The location was perfect for exploring the city.  We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.  We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tin Tin, Huong, and Selena for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.  A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

Clean room, good location, although you may have to walk up a high road, it's not bad. Breakfast tastes good in some menus (fried rice is delicious. Delicious stir-fried cabbage) The view from the room is beautiful and worth staying. If there is a chance to travel again, will come back to stay at the same place. Lovely receptionist
Sapa Yen Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Yen Hotel and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and charm. My room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a great night’s sleep. Best of all, it is a few meters away from Sapa Sun Plaza and we are greeted with a view with the railway track. What truly stood out was the attention to detail – from the quality of the toiletries to the seamless check-in process. The hotel’s location was also fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend Sapa Yen Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Sapa City Center
We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)
CHARM HILL SAPA HOTEL
4.3/56 Reviews
The hotel is very clean, quiet space, open and beautiful view, the owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the chef cooks very well, suitable for our family's taste, the only downside is that it is far from the market center. The commune is nearly 2km, so it's a bit inconvenient (this is not significant if you like to walk). I will come back next time.
Sapa Village Hotel
4.1/519 Reviews
Location is considered nearby the main Sapa centre where down the road on left turn after coming out of the hotel, nice steamboat and bbq, massage parlour, clubs, places to drink at night and Sapa market are located, walking distance ard 10 to 15 minutes. Its also 10 minutes away by walking near the bus station to pick up for those taking the sleeper bus back to Hanoi. View of the hotel is nice, with mountains but a little foggy during the stay. Direct sun into the room in the morning. Hotel staff is kind enough to arrange for transportation to the interesting places in Sapa without any additional cost, payment is 100% to the driver. Downside is hotel does not have lift, all luggage and items has to be taken up using the flight of stairs beside the hotel, and its in the open area with no roof/shade, if raining will definitely be wet. But hotel does provide umbrella and hotel staff will assist in bring up the luggage. Hotel itself is also located up an upslope before reaching the lobby. Hot water shower only last at most 15 minutes, afterwards water starts to turn cold, not good for a cold weather as such.
Sapa Dragon Hotel

I had an amazing stay at Sapa Dragon Hotel, especially as a solo traveler visiting Vietnam for the first time. I didn’t have a set itinerary when I arrived in Sapa and was unsure what to do, but the host was incredibly caring, friendly, and helpful. She immediately made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me plan my days, even booking activities for me. Her hospitality truly made my trip special. One of the highlights was her homemade Bun Cha for breakfast—absolutely delicious! The hotel itself has a really warm, cozy vibe, making it feel like home right away. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Sapa Station, which is a strategic location for accessing attractions around town. Plus, there are several massage shops nearby—perfect for unwinding after a day of trekking. My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Sapa Dragon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!
BIG Hotel

If you want to eat at the hotel where you stayed for a day before going to Sapa, you have to look around the hotel a lot. There are a lot of general stores, but not enough commercial areas for tourists. The hotel was good.
Lotus Aroma Sapa Hotel

I booked the family room with baloncy. The room is large, with a king bed, it has a separator, then a bulk bed. Thus it is very good for 4 pax to stay. The bed is comfortable, not to soft and to my liking. The hotel is just next to the Sapa market and bus station. If you like to buy local stuff like nuts, it is very convenient. To walk to Sun Plaza (Sapa station) and there are many restaurants and cafes, it is about 20 mins walk. Sapa is a small town, thus you will not get lost.
