It is in the harbor scenic area, which is very convenient for taking a glass boat. The hotel elevator is broken and there is no money to repair it. We can only ask the waiter to move it. It is very inconvenient to find someone. The environment is very good and the price-performance ratio is OK. There are toiletries, a large bottle of water, and the room is also very large, but the elevator is broken

If you waiting for your flight this hurdle will be an amazing option! People at the front desk very friendly! As soon as you arrive at the airport you can call to the hotel and they will send a car for you, this will cost $10. They have a nice breakfast. The hotel is very nice and beautiful they have a nice swimming pool and garden view rooms.

This hotel is really good value for money. Super freely staff. Two bars and restaurants and the food us delicious. Only short dtraw us that it's s bit far out from Hurgarda.

I was in Hurghada for the first time. I read the reviews, they say that the hotels are mostly old and look the same, 3 and 4 stars. I thought that the cheapest one for the night was 2900 and in the morning I would go to another one, which is 4 times more expensive. I was surprised by this hotel, for such a small price, clean, neat, with a view of the sea. The caring administrator Islam even connected his Internet so that I could use it in the room. I felt warm and cozy. I recommend it, they warm the hearts!

Not my first stay & won't be my last.
Very convenient location for central Hurghada.
Considering how noisy the streets can be, inside Zak, it's lovely & quiet.
The pool area is great & although too cold the swimming pool kept well.
Rooms are large, nice size balconies, decent shower & comfy beds.
Wifi could be improved.
Kettle & fridge in rooms, no cafe/restaurant at Zak, but there's a decent supermarket less than 2 minutes walk
Staff are kind & helpful.
Overall, it was a great stay for a very reasonable price.

The location of the hotel is great for people who want to go out and play. There are many restaurants, shops, travel agencies, and a local supermarket, Gomla Market. It is also close to the beach. The room is also quite spacious. I just found that the bed sheets were not very clean when I checked in. I told the front desk and the staff immediately changed them for me. The hotel's wifi is not very strong, and it is difficult to watch videos. The breakfast is a standard local breakfast. The hotel can also book a day trip itinerary, and you can consider whether the price is suitable. This price booked in advance is very cost-effective.

A great hotel!
Everything new. Clean. It's nice to go back to the room. There's not enough of all the trimmings (soap in the shower, tools to wash dishes), but I think it's a matter of time.
The hosts are very responsive!
There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Also supermarkets are in a pedestrian accessibility.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.

GGuest UserThis is a lovely little hotel thay offers a beautiful sea and 2 lovely pools..
It is small and compact, you can go for a lovely walk along the sea upto the mangrove and see amazing wildlife, there are a lot of eagles flying around which I enjoy..
The hotel itself is far out so quite a drive out but I wouldnt let that put me off..
I have visited this hotel twice now and would visit again but I would only stay maybe 4 nights...
The downfall of this hotel is the food, I find they have very limited choice and the food has no taste for me at all, this might not be the opinion of every guest but for both me and my husband we found it hard to enjoy any meals...having said thay we would always fill our tummy's with something but for me the food is a huge part of enjoying my vacation, so this is the reason I would only stay a few nights..

The rooms are large enough and very clean, there are many swimming pools and even one warm pool
Beside the swimming pool at the aqua park area.
The Aqua Park is amazing has almost 36 slide and very fun also there is another wave pool for kids and adults.
I would love to come again definitely, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food quality was very good and food plates are various.

Everything was fantastic: the good price, the breakfast buffet and drinks, the swimming pool and the scenery around the beach; the environment and the natural decoration with beautiful trees and flowers. The hotel is very beautiful and spacious in their rooms; also the balconies are very convenient to stay there taking the tea and for relaxing time. Special thanks to Hossah and Eng/Mohamed. GGuest UserEconomy class hotel as expected, but there is no drinking water in the room, I checked in at night, there is nowhere to get it, they have it on sale, but you can’t pay in the morning, only prepayment, it was very upsetting, I suffered through the night, and the air conditioner was also clicking very loudly, but I was pleased with the breakfast, although it was portioned, but big!

JJaneGao3766The sea view room is still very beautiful, but the road in is still being repaired, there is a kind of isolation. It is also expensive to take a taxi to the city, more than 40km. If you like diving, there is a very beautiful underwater world here, but the deep asked the quotation is 50 euros, not cheap at all. Snorkeling saw very beautiful corals and fish. Can't live long, no nightlife.
