A great hotel! Everything new. Clean. It's nice to go back to the room. There's not enough of all the trimmings (soap in the shower, tools to wash dishes), but I think it's a matter of time. The hosts are very responsive! There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Also supermarkets are in a pedestrian accessibility.

Nice new hotel but the staff doesn't follow the food is good but not extraordinary the reception staff doesn't understand what you are asking for the bed in the room (junior suite) be careful of the sharp corner of the bed I hurt my leg!! In short the price is too high for what you get. The JAZ AMARA IS MUCH BETTER IN EVERY WAY!

The sea view room is still very beautiful, but the road in is still being repaired, there is a kind of isolation. It is also expensive to take a taxi to the city, more than 40km. The Hotel location is very good, The hotel offers great service and amenities, the place has 4 restaurants available for All inclusive and many bars on beach and pool and also the reception area The rooms are large enough and very clean, there are many swimming pools and even one warm pool Beside the swimming pool at the aqua park area. The Aqua Park is amazing has almost 36 slide and very fun also there is another wave pool for kids and adults. I would love to come again definitely, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food quality was very good and food plates are various.

If you waiting for your flight this hurdle will be an amazing option! People at the front desk very friendly! As soon as you arrive at the airport you can call to the hotel and they will send a car for you, this will cost $10. They have a nice breakfast. First of all, I would like to cancel the location, it is the very center! There are many shops nearby, the sea is 5 minutes walk away (on the way there is a large supermarket with fixed prices, where you can buy ready-made food). Nearby is the Marina embankment. There is an option for early check-in (for a small surcharge) and you can choose the side (balcony on Sheraton Street or the other side of the building). In the same building there is an exchange office and a good cafe (bololuko, where they sell steaks for 400 pounds). The reception staff is friendly and quickly helps in solving problems. Breakfasts are +/- monotonous, but satisfying. Of the minuses, I would like to note the lack of hair dryers and kettles in the rooms. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Poor cleaning! If you do not hang a sign, they will not even come in. And if they come in, they may not leave toilet paper, take away bath towels and not leave new ones, or leave one instead of 2. And finally, terrible wi-fi quality. If you are used to 5 stops on the outskirts of Hurghada, then pass by.
