The lobby and communal areas are stylish, welcoming, and set a positive tone upon arrival. 🏨 Accommodation: The suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for rest and relaxation. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

Second stay here! Got a floor on the 8th floor, not too bad of a view although I prefer to have it on a more higher floor. Service still remains impeccable. Big sized room and clean toilet! Breakfast daily would make you be spoilt for choice. Location right at the heart of Tunjungan road, where at night, it comes alive with pedestrians enjoying the night. Lots of nice eateries around too! Walking distance to the mall... This would definitely be my hotel again for my next trip!

the room is clean, the AC is cold, the soundproofing of the room is not good, the towels seem to be quite old and it's time to replace them. breakfast is normal like a 3 star hotel. There is a sofa bed too. A suitable hotel for business travelers

Should be better off being marketed as a 3 Star hotel instead of 4. Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you. The room was big. The corridor isn’t carpeted, so you can hear doors slamming and people talking outside your room rather clearly. They do have comfortable bed and pillows though. There was no safety deposit box in my room. Called housekeeping, and a chap brought in the metal box... while hugging it. The box was light. He just placed it on a shelf, and walked away. I mean, what's the use of having a light, moveable safe? It's okay. 3 stars hotel experience. Was told that the hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing board and guests can use their ironing service for a fee of course instead. Reminds me of some budget hotel stay instead of any other normal 4 stars hotels. The cleanliness was abysmal, honestly showering in public would be a better choice. I could not walk around inside there barefooted. The shower floor was slimy, with mould growing on the walls. It was unacceptable for being rated as a 4 star hotel. Service was good though. Everyone seems eager to please. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's connected to a mall. Amenities wise just needs more sprucing up. Alright stay but for the price, there are other alternatives that can provide better.

Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good.

The room we stay in is so dirty. We arrived at 10:00 PM because we took road trip. After 14 hours drive, we expected the room will.be nice. At least clean and comfortable to stay in. But what we found? It seems like the room never got cleaned for a long time. Under the bed, there was empty mineral bottle and a used spoon. Also a drawing sheet , probably from the guess who stayed before us. Dust are everywhere under the bedside table. When we moved the bed a little bit, dust are so thick under the bed, together with the empty mineral water bottle and used spoon. I reported this disappointment to the reception, and they said all rooms are occupied. Only a house keeper came to help sweep the dirty floor and mopped it. What a bad experience with a 4* hotel. Btw i was late to take a photo of all the trash in the room. Too tired 😩 The next day, the hotel manager handled this case and apologize. He allows late check out as compensation and sent fruit platters to our room. Thank you for this prompt compensation from their side.

This hotel is like business hotel, suitable for short stay. Nothing special. The alley to the room, smell like hospital somehow. The location is cross of small mall.

Comfort bedroom, but the bathroom is too tight. Everytime you take shower, all the waters spill everywhere. The toilet bowl was placed too close to the wall, you cannot spread your leg comfortly Worst valet parking system. I was waiting 30 minutes to get my car back while others that came after me got their cars already.

I was on vacation with my family, the room was spacious, comfortable and quite clean The food was varied, the hotel's position was strategic on the main route of Malang Surabaya

Super great hotel. Really clean, nice staff and amazing, I mean amazing, breakfast. The breakfast had so many western and Indonesian options. Even some Chinese options that I was happy to see. They can even make fresh noodles or cook eggs for you. The staff was so accommodating. We went on a three day trip and they let us keep our luggage there for those days. They also helped up to order taxis and figure out how to get train tickets. Next to the hotel is a nice bakery, I enjoyed eating their sweets while drinking some tea provided by the hotel and looking out the window 😊

The hotel is nice, it is a good location to go to mount bromo, ijen and taking a trip to the waterfalls. There are no shops nearby unfortunately, so had to use grab and Gojek. The room was a little dirty, but it’s ok. The bed is reallly comfortable and also have an English movie channel on the tv. Staff are super friendly and I would stay here again.

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

Place was enjoyable, at city centre, although there was complications with reservation as they didn't priorly informed me they could not accommodate to the room I booked

Great location. Though you could be stuck in heavy traffic on the way to the hotel during peak periods, which is understandable since it is at the city centre. The room is big and spacious. Has a lot of different tv channels to keep you entertained (around 50 international channels, and some local ones). The only down side is the toilet floor can be a bit slippery when wet, and there's not much power outlet around the room. Therefore, you either have to bring a plug extension or plug out the lamps to charge your devices.

Not far from the train station, relatively new, with good service. The room is large, the bath towels are a bit old, and there are not many businesses around. There is a burger takeaway shop downstairs. It is convenient to take a taxi. Overall, it is recommended to stay here

Everything went well. The hotel staff is friendly, even though the hotel is old but still well maintained, the location is very strategic. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes good. Very value for money.
