This hotel has been used to be very good in service and facilities, but now it has become less tidy with peeling walls, untidy corridors, less varied and less interesting breakfast menu. The musty smell in the hotel environment and the stench if not managed properly in the future. Thank you

I know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.

I stayed overnight in surabaya before going back to jakarta…..i found this hotel is quite nice….it is located on the main road and has lots of parking space and it’s easier for us to park by ourselves…. . When we arrived,we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and explained us about our room and the facilities of this hotel. . Overall,this is a recommended hotel for those who are staying in surabaya….

Stayed one night in deluxe room. The room is big with a comfy big bed and great view to the river from the 11th floor. A hot shower, a separate sink in the room, a fridge, a desk to work, and a microwave. Curtains could be washed more to have a better view but i understand that is very difficult to take them away because the ceiling is pretty high. There is a swimming pool in the hotel also.

Visiting Surabaya for a vacation with family, finally decided to stay here for one night, the staff was friendly when I arrived and very helpful along with a comfortable and very spacious room. the room is clean and cold there is a bathtub and also a small sofa in front of the bed and the floor uses carpet. the breakfast menu is quite complete with a variety of dishes. thank you Artotel Ts Suite Surabaya see you next time.

They has rooms with different themes, so you can talk to the hotel about what type of room you want. But there's no guarantee that you can always choose. I mean they could be very crowded at peak season. This hotel is definitely a heaven to 3-8 years old kids. They has lots of kids-friendly facilities, like small indoor playground, swimming pool with a few slides, mini golf with 10+ holes, outdoor wall climbing, and Ninja Adventure. For the older ones, there are also a library in front of the indoor playground, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam, billiard, ping pong, and also a small gym. Also, they're all free.

What a wonderful experience staying with four points pakuwon surabaya hotel. Extraordinary service from the receptionist, very comfortable rooms, restaurant service and amazing food. Had a delightful stay in this hotel. Breakfast was great. Room is good. Amenities are quite varied, but would suggest to add conditioner, too. The hotel has an many facilities, gym, infinity and kids pool on the 16th floor. I love the location! Walking distance to experience a night in Tunjungan Street. Service is great! Himelda from the front desk very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Overall it was a nice stay and i’ll back to stay, soon!

A good hotel in the new part off Surabaya. Big mall om walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. The interior StyleWriter is a bit mixed up modern and classic. Not really clear. Rooms ok. The breakfast is really asian with All asian food. There is some cerial and Bread. Coffee Not really strong. The hotel is located in a Busy area with No traditional Markets nearby. The area is Not really good for a walk outside.

Today (23/12) i stay in Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya, I don’t know how many times i choose Crown Prince for my me time place. You can get what you expected. Nice staff from the doorstep. Warm and i don’t know how to say all the nice word for the staff. They did a great job for making me feel “always” like pulang kerumah. I hope in this uncertain situation, all the staff and employee always happy and healthy. Warm regards to all the staff from the doorstep and back office staff and all the employee. I can’t wait to stay in Crown Prince again. Love you!

Our room, facing the pool and the mall, was spacious, clean, and plain, without decorations. The room looked efficient and institutional, rather like a schoolroom. In fact, the echoing shouts of children playing in. and passing through, the halls throughout the morning, day and evening, made it feel as if our bedroom was one of many rooms in an elementary school. Probably more families than usual are on staycations during weekends. The breakfast from 6-10 am was good with many choices in the buffet and a lot of staff providing support. All of the staff are friendly and eager to be of service. The hotel is in a very convenient location. We took a taxi to the hotel, and we didn't know if the driver would be charged Rp. 10,000 for parking after he left us, so we felt compelled to pay the driver for parking, just in case. We discovered later that usually they don't charge for parking if the car is in the complex for less than 10 minutes. The reception staff told us that, if the driver parks his car (somewhere) and comes to the reception desk with us, he can get a document that will exempt the car from the parking charge, but it was always less of a thrash just to pay the parking charge. Considering the price, we feel the Aria Gajayana provides an average value on weekends.

If you'd like a hotel with a view in Malang, and centrally located inside the city, this is the hotel for you. It gives me a great value for the money. I stayed at standard twin bed room with a balcony with mountain view. The location is superb. I can walk 10-15 minutes to Kawi Street, where many restaurants located. However, a few things that can be improved. I went to the gym at 6 am, and no one there. However, AC wasn't turned on. So, after 20 minutes of intense workouts, you'll be drenched with sweat. No towel inside the gym was available. Bring your own from your room and bottle water as well. Maintenance and house keeping can be improved. I visited my sister who stayed on the 7th fl executive suite, and there was a hole in the curtain. And the room could use more deep cleaning. The bed sheets in my room can be replaced with the one without hole in it. With the years, some of the amenities could be replaced.

It was a good hotel (villa) you could also eat in the restaurant and that was very good because you could the best Pasta Bolongese food It is a good hotel for the kids because you have a swimming pool with a glideway and now they are renovating another pool so if you think about me a year or 1/2 there it comes out is

We arrived on January 1st to stay for 1 night, immediately felt impressed with how modern it is and how friendly the customer service was. Was treated to a hot tea on arrival, and was very welcomed by staff. Was taken to the room by the bell boy named Burhan. He advised on on local foods and best places to visit. He then gave us a note later which had many recommendations, we thought this was exceptional service. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would love to come again.

One of the best hotel in hospitlity industry.. It was nice 2 days stayed here..at 101 Hotel Malang Oj. Since 2018 ,101 is the first hotel on my list. I visited Malang because my daughter studied at Brawijaya University.location near the center of the town,nice clean room and comfort with the view of mount Arjuna.I love it. Thanks to the staff who worked here,Erwin,Wulan Nafisa,Amanda ,Rully ,and Ravin etc,for apl the attention and services,and the surprise for me and my family. I believed this hotel will be doing great and successin the future.

This hotel can't be considered a 4-star one, perhaps more like a 3-star. The rooms are small, with the worst part being the leak in the bathroom, causing water splashes during showers and creating puddles everywhere. It's uncomfortable, and they only provide one wet mat. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was given a general room (as per the receptionist), and there's still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The promised ozone generator was never provided, even upon check-out. The breakfast area is extremely cramped, making it uncomfortable. This experience is significantly different from Alana in Bali and Jogja.

Fourth day of our honeymoon organized by Turisanda, we stop in Malang, where we find our hotel waiting for us. Tired from the journey, after hours on the train and bus, we hope to finally take a shower and lie down in bed, but unfortunately, the room assigned to us will reserve an unpleasant surprise for us. Bathroom with tub and curtain dirty with hair and stained and dirty sheets. I decide to go to reception and explain the problem, and without hesitation they decide to change my room with a similar one. After being accompanied to the new room by the reception staff, I noticed with displeasure in front of them that the new room presents the same problems. They then changed the sheets several times until they finally found clean, stain-free ones and the towels. As per Indonesian custom, the staff were very kind and friendly in listening to our requests, and apologized several times, and I was also offered the suite. The hotel appears new and the reception is very spacious and large, it has a swimming pool and friendly staff, but it has an obvious problem with the laundry, and certainly, the cleanliness standards do not reflect those of a 4 star in any other location in the world. I don't feel like recommending it for stays longer than 1/2 night in malang.

I have stayed several times at this hotel since 2016, and the hotel conditions are still the same, clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Really comfortable staying at this hotel. The location of the hotel is in the center of Malang city, which makes it possible to visit various entertainments and restaurants in Malang city. Breakfast has many choices and the food served is delicious. TV is also available with quite a lot of TV channels. In the room there is also a wardrobe, fridge, toilet amenities, hair dryer, tea, coffee and mineral water. There are even soft drinks provided in the room for free. The hotel is also equipped with several meeting rooms. There are also Chinese food restaurants, rooftop restaurants, lounges and Indonesian food restaurants. The drawback of this hotel is the location of the swimming pool which is next to the restaurant, so sometimes restaurant visitors get splashed with water when someone is swimming and playing in the water. Wifi was slow, unlike the last time I stayed at this hotel.

we stayed here for two days. This hotel is the first hotel we couls found once we exit the toll road. The front office hospitality was excellent. The room was just ordinary but its clean; no issues at all and nothing special or unique things could be found in this hotel.. Breakfast just average... the wifi connection was bad in our room.

The front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK. Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

The experience of staying at a very good hotel, in terms of service to the facilities provided, the hotel was clean, fragrant and comfortable to sleep in. This hotel is recommended for the best hotel in Batu City and is a must visit when you are here. Apart from that, this hotel has a very beautiful view with two majestic mountains.

All food no tasty And need more variety We are reserved for family And for breakfast we had pay 65k for child, 125k for adults And for us, that is not worth it, with 125k, Buffet only those things Need more variety in the breakfast

I have spent my vacation for 2 days in this chic hotel. My first impression to this property was great. You will find lazy couch and artificial green grass in each balcony and staring a breathtaking views of Batu city . The location is very easy to find since it located just step ahead to the famous recreational theme park in Batu. The room and the bed was so clean and comfort. You will also find a nice shower with cold and warm water. You will also get 2 bottles mineral water and tea and cereals..well..I thought this could be value added service for this property. For moslem traveller, I couldn't find the kiblat's direction both over the ceiling or anywhere else in this room. They also do not provide the saroong for gents to pray. So, you should bring by yourself. I thought this property also must be consider about cloth's hanger coz I also do not find this in the room. Last but not least,for Hotel Manager and HR Manager, you must see your training need analys since your guest service agent was poor and lack responsiveness. I bit disappointed for several needs ignored. Well...over all the choice is yours reader

The hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

But when I arrived at this hotel, the first impression that my family and I felt was the cold temperature around this hotel location. Amarthahills is a hotel with the highest location compared to other hotels in Batu city. The view from the hotel, including the room I booked is spectacular. I can see the beauty of the mountains and the city of Batu from the balcony of my room. The calm and comfortable atmosphere surrounded by extraordinary views is the best description for me when staying at this hotel. Even in the morning I can see the clouds below this hotel area. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor (floor with the hotel lobby), where we can enjoy breakfast there. Food is very varied and dominated by Indonesian cuisine. The taste is quite good especially for some types of food. This hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, namely Fifteen Celsius Sky Lounge, which serves drinks and some western menus. If you stay at this hotel, take the time to go up to the Fifteen Celsius, because you will be able to enjoy food and drinks while looking at a very beautiful view. Swimming pool and several meeting rooms are also available in this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a TV with some channels, wifi is also good. There is a fridge, wardrobe, coffee, tea and mineral water. Hair dryer and toilet amenities are also available in the bathroom. Staff service is very friendly and fast response. In the room that I ordered, it turned out that the lighting was not bright enough because one of the lights went out. The staff immediately provided a table lamp which really helped light up the room. The hotel staff is really very helpful. If you want to find a place to stay in a quiet Batu city, away from the crowds, with a spectacular view, I recommend you to book this hotel.

This hotel could be one of the alternatives other hotels in Batu. The facilities are quite complete, there is a children's play area and a swimming pool. and also the hotel continues to improve and other interesting facilities. On Sunday night dinner, you will also be accompanied by live music, thus adding a cozy atmosphere. The parking lot is quite large, next to the mini market that can meet your needs. location is not far from the highway but not too Sounds a meaningful noise. There are rooms that are like a normal room and cottage model, so it can suit your needs and budgets of course. Meeting room facilities and food are also quite good.

Overall, I had a great experience in zamzam hotel and convention. The staffs were incredibly helpful, the atmosphere and foods were amazing and also the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay.
