Ocean View Hotels in Shanghai, China

The hotel is tucked deep in a small drive-in so it's quiet but the location is walking distance to The Bund and shopping stretch along Nanjing Road. Many coffee joints down the road where people were enjoying caffeine and the sights and taking selfies and photos of the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. Service was great. There were many many guests coming in and out and the staff seemed overwhelmed but managed well. We got a free upgrade to a family room as the one we booked wasn't ready after waiting for an hour. Very nice offer since we were actually quite early for check-in. All in room items were complimentary and this is the 2nd of 3 ATOUR hotels I picked for this entire trip. Will recommend to friends and family for sure. Hope the next one is as comfortable.

We love everything about this hotel! We have a spectacular view of the Bund from our window. The hotel has easy access to shopping, ferry, river cruises, hop-on-and-hop-off while it is about half a mile away from the epicenter of crowds. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room is well-appointed and the bathroom is luxurious and super clean. The beds are firm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is top notch and reasonably priced. It is a very good deal for a busy day in the city where food can be expensive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Shanghai.

Hotel was conveniently located and within short walking distances to shopping malls and food as well as the bund. The room was spacious and clean and was quiet. Transportation was easy with subway station about 3 minutes walk away.

We brought our 2 year old daughter here for 3 days and 2 nights. We had a okay but slightly underwhelming experience. The pros: The suite was large and spacious, and had a powder room attached to the living room The hotel was not busy (in the middle of November) and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere The hotel has several kid-friendly activities/amenities on site, including an artificial beach, indoor playroom and a small farm where you can feed animals The hotel is a relatively short drive from central Shanghai The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, and our butler kindly arranged for us to check in early The cons: The indoor playroom is dated and the air inside was stale. Despite it being closed for cleaning during lunchtime everyday, I noticed a fair amount of debris and hair in the ballpit and sandpit. While there was a good range of animals on the small farm, the animals were dirty and not well kept The separate area for feeding cats was also dirty and some of the cats did not look healthy The buffet breakfast was below average We ate at both of the hotel restaurants and found the food mediocre and overpriced

Close to the airport but not much else. The hotel looks like it had seen better days. It seemed rather quiet and empty. We were only given 1 keycard for 2 people and you need a card for the power in the room. We were also only able to get 1 additional pillow for the two of us. Finally the driver for the shuttle did not help us with our heavy luggage. Room itself is nice with a desk and chair and good lighting. It’s rather spacious.

This was one of my best hotel stays by far in Shanghai. The service, the suite and the Bund view were beyond amazing. I came to the hotel for my birthday and stayed 2 nights. The hotel beautifully decorated my suite and had a nice chocolate cake prepared for me. I have to give special appreciation to the manager Ms. Kimmie. She really took the time to welcome me and made sure all my needs were met. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a true 5 star hotel experience.

I came out alone and chose Qiuguo, which did not disappoint me. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth. The service staff was warm and meticulous, which made people feel very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was very warm. The location was also very convenient, and it was very convenient to travel. I will continue to choose here next time I come to Shanghai~

Great value for money. I will come again next time and directly lock in the Yunzhi B&B carefully built by the boss. It is indeed the ultimate B&B in the clouds. The boss works hard to pick up and drop off Disney in the morning and evening. It is a dream trip that saves time, effort, worry and money. Home-cooked breakfast, cooked by the boss's wife every day. Nice gateway far from Shanghai’s city life. Warm service, calm environment and clean bedroom and bathroom. There are no shops and restaurants nearby, but you can have diner there directly, the ayis cooking is pretty good! I recommend their garlic eggplant dish, they make it to chongming’s flavor! Their breakfast is pretty filling, I recommend to try their local specialty, chongming cake, it’s sweet and yummy!

春節來上海旅遊，家人想去第三大島崇明島去看看，我們訂的這家花築民宿。民宿很有過年的氛圍，院子裏的柿子樹上掛滿了燈籠，進門客廳也有個紅色裝飾擺件。一進門的氛圍很温馨，喜歡客廳和餐廳的牆上暖色調藝術漆，還有個超讚的裝飾櫃。客廳裏給住客準備了幾種糖果，房東姐姐很有耐心的介紹周圍的一些遊玩景點，還給我們升級到了另外一個房間，實木傢俱看着顯檔次，房間很安靜，衞生做的非常不錯。晚上還能看到周邊的煙火，附近有個網紅丁壩，可惜行程有點趕，來不及去了。
