As a foreigner tourist it was a little hard to communicate with the staff through the phone since none of them spoke English, but they managed to contact me through We Chat and that made everything easier. It's a pretty comfy hotel, ideal for short stays if you plan to go to Disneyland or need to stay close to the airport. I was able to take complimentary rides to both places -arranged by the hotel staff and that made my last days in China better. There's a McDonald's, Pizza Hut, local restaurants and even a Walmart around, and there's a bus station as well (you can take the only route that pass by there and it will take you to a subway station for line 2 -the one that stops at Nanjing road). Overall it was a nice experience
