The location and shuttles is the best part about this hotel. We loved the amusement park and nightly fireworks. So many activities and pools to explore. The staff was very helpful especially the manager Miss Lucy. She assisted our family every step of the way and really made the trip extra special. The fresh fruit in the rooms daily was a wonderful surprisE. My only complaint is the need for a deep cleaning in the rooms.

Great hotel great experience . clean, big as it looks on photos, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is good quality . 20 mins walk from train station. There are shuttle pick up from 拱北関閘basement , you can call them when arrive 拱北関閘basement to arrange They also offer free shuttle to different port upon check out. Customer service manager 謝秋風 and her team were very friendly , helpful, big thanks to them to make this a very helpful and pleasant trip for the elders and the kids.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights. Really loved the layout, style of the apartment. Modern and very well designed, necessities provided, and comfortable beds and seemingly quite clean when we moved in. The location is excellent , close to many restaurants and convenient stores, supermarket. But there were quite a few cockroaches, small ones. Management should really hire company to take care of that. I would love to recommend this place to friends and family but that needs to be taken care of first. It would be a perfect stay otherwise.

I come to Zhuhai for business every month and always stay in this hotel. You can stay in a suite at this price, which is really worth it. The hotel is very close to Jiuzhou Port, and it is very convenient to take a boat from Shenzhen. The hotel is as comfortable as ever and is very close to the seaside. The whole building is equipped with apartment facilities. The person who checked me in enthusiastically introduced the apartment. When I got to the room, the heating was already on, which was a pleasant surprise. I will stay here again next time.
