As always, I chose the Marriott executive suite, and my overall stay was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. Special thanks to the Guest Relations staff for their prompt and thoughtful communication, and for their efforts to assist with coordinating a late check-out. Their service was professional and warm. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were polite and attentive. Marriott's consistent quality is trustworthy, and this will remain my top choice for my next visit to Zhuhai!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five-star review! It was my birthday yesterday, and my stay at the Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay exceeded all expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises. The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai. Many thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality!

We stayed at the Penguin Hotel with our two-and-a-half-year-old and the experience exceeded our expectations. The butler service was attentive, proactively informing us of activity times. The hallway lighting was soft, so it wasn't harsh on the eyes when walking around at night. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, making charging very convenient. The hotel shop offered a wide variety of items, with many souvenir choices. The park shuttle directions were clear, so it was hard to get lost. Housekeeping regularly patrolled public areas, and trash was promptly cleared. Staff greeted guests proactively. Check-out was quick. The blackout curtains worked very well. Overall, it's perfect for family vacations, and we'll choose it again next time we visit Chimelong. The Penguin Hotel butler (No. 1) was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff were also happy to give balloons when asked, I was worried before that if they didn't give one, my baby would cry. Because the baby was too young for many of the rides, she was still very happy in the 'Snow House' room. Plus, we could watch penguins from the breakfast restaurant, which made the baby super happy. A great experience!

The room facilities are a bit old. The hygiene isn't bad, but there's a strange smell in the room. The water park only opens at noon, so for those staying for just one day, buying a hotel package that includes the water park is basically useless. You can enter an hour early, but so many people stay at the hotel it's like when Ocean Kingdom opens an hour early – it doesn't really help. The service was very mediocre. I dropped my phone in the room and had already checked out and returned the room key because I had to catch my high-speed train. I asked the lobby manager for help, and they told me to get back in the incredibly long queue for check-out and tax refunds just to get another room key. Luckily, there were many cleaning staff, and I asked them for help. After verifying my identity upstairs and downstairs, they let me back into the room to find my phone. And they wouldn't even let me keep the room key as a souvenir!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 50 meters door-to-door from Hengqin Port – incredibly convenient! It's also easy to get to other places from here. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is great value for money. The hotel's laundry room with a dryer is a huge plus, especially for cleaning up after traveling in hot weather! All the staff are super nice, particularly John and Tumiy, who patiently answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Overall, it's a great place, highly recommended!

This was my second stay, and the hotel room was very comfortable. I particularly liked the automatic curtains and the nice bedding. The large swimming pool is right downstairs, so remember to bring your swimsuit. While the breakfast isn't as lavish as a big hotel's, it offers a decent selection including fried eggs, congee, coffee, soy milk, steamed buns, and various vegetables. A great perk is the in-room laundry facility, which was perfect for washing my child's clothes during the week. They also offer free parking, and there's a convenience store right in the parking lot. The front desk service was excellent too. Highly recommend!

【Thoughtful Touches】Exclusive 24-hour butler service: First off, the front desk lady was incredibly polite and patient when we checked in that evening! The front desk also had roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn for the kids, and parking at the hotel is free. For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The Zhuhai Marriott Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Sun & Moon Bay and Love Post Office. It's also very convenient to get to the beach and there are plenty of dining options at City Balcony. The front desk service was attentive, and Sicily was particularly warm and helpful, earning a big thumbs up! She proactively introduced the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, as well as nearby attractions. It's a five-star standard hotel with a great price, a pool, and free, convenient parking. They even offer taxi discount vouchers.

The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. All the appliances were fully equipped and worked great. The host was patient and communicative, provided clear check-in instructions, and was very responsive to any questions.
