"The entire hotel is surrounded by killer whale elements, making it cute, charming, and cozy. There are photo opportunities everywhere. Check-out was just as smooth, with no delays. This stay was absolutely perfect; the service was thoughtful, and the facilities were complete. From check-in to check-out, every aspect was satisfying. The kids' facilities were extensive, and my child cheered with joy as soon as we entered. The room had everything we needed, and they even thoughtfully provided children's amenities like a step stool, kids' slippers, a bathrobe, and toothbrushes. The room was quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a full range of toiletries. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the hygiene was excellent; the bedding was pristine and warm, meticulously arranged, and the bathroom had no strange odors. The towels and bath sheets were white and soft, which was very reassuring. The children's facilities were also comprehensive, with special kids' shampoo and a step stool, which was a very thoughtful touch! Parking at the hotel is free, and the Spaceship Park is right inside the hotel, offering convenient and quick direct access. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort area, making it close to everything. We'll definitely come again!"

"As a semi-old hotel opened in 2018, the bathroom facilities are very well-maintained. The pool is also nice, with good views and clean. Breakfast is standard. The executive room is spacious and grand. However, the details are quite disappointing. Many of the welcome fruits were rotten – a plate of dark, mushy longans, some already separated from their stems, with the flesh starting to turn white and rot, and others with black spots all over their skins. They really shouldn't bother sending such a fruit platter; it lacks both aesthetics and quality. It causes nothing but annoyance and certainly doesn't feel welcoming; it's more like a deterrent. Only when writing this review did I realize that the executive room package I purchased stated that a late checkout until 4:00 PM was possible. My return flight was late that evening, and I was traveling with a child, so I requested a late checkout. I was told the latest I could extend was until 2:00 PM. Firstly, I blame myself for not carefully checking the benefits at the time of purchase. Secondly, I never expected to encounter such a situation; usually, when the occupancy rate isn't particularly high, late checkouts are extended to the maximum allowed time. This reminds me of my last stay at an InterContinental, where the welcome fruit platter wasn't provided, and I received a confused response, saying it's only available upon check-in, not that evening. It almost made me laugh; was I supposed to sleep on the street that night? InterContinental's service is really becoming more superficial and dishonest. The room phone was broken, and the power outlet next to it was also broken; my phone would charge for a few minutes and then disconnect itself. Being alone in the room, I needed a children's bathrobe but couldn't call out. I had to find the hotel's front desk number through Trip.com."

"The Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Gongbei is definitely one of the top five-star hotels in the area. Parking is incredibly convenient; you can drive directly to level B2, and from there, take the elevator straight up to the lobby on level L. It's a seamless experience, perfect for rainy or hot days. The hotel is located within Gongbei's liveliest and trendiest shopping mall, with a large supermarket downstairs and a wide variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Korean. At night, there's no shortage of late-night food options, from BBQ to congee stalls and stir-fries – it feels like you could eat until dawn and still not try everything. If you're tired from walking, there are plenty of massage parlors, ear-cleaning services, foot spas, head spas, and beauty salons nearby. It's the perfect way to relax after a day of shopping. My room was on the 25th floor, offering a spectacular panoramic view of Gongbei. I could even see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the artificial islands in the distance, with Macau's nightscape right next door. The view alone was worth the price. The room was spacious, bright, and the facilities were brand new. The cleanliness was, as expected, five-star standard, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay. A thoughtful touch was that the room key only grants access to your assigned floor, providing superb privacy protection. The hotel staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, and most reasonable requests were handled quickly – you might even try making an 'unreasonable' one! 😉🤤 I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhuhai. I will definitely be back, I just hope the prices don't go up too much!"

"I recently stayed at the Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel with my kids, and our overall experience was absolutely fantastic – I highly recommend it for families! The location is the biggest highlight. The hotel has an internal passage directly connecting to the massive CR Land Urban Complex shopping mall. This meant we could shop, eat, grab desserts, and take the kids to the indoor amusement park without ever having to brave the sun or rain. It's a one-stop shop for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall environment is sophisticated and elegant, with a strong nautical design that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The public areas are clean and tidy, and the Qianshan River view is expansive and peaceful, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle – perfect for a relaxing vacation. Our guest room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly impressed me were the beds: the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. After a full day of sightseeing, both adults and children slept deeply and soundly. The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and polite, and the housekeeping and concierge staff were warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. The attention to detail was really heartwarming, especially with all the little needs that come with traveling with children – everything was handled with care. Overall, the facilities, service, and location are all impeccable. Having a large shopping mall directly connected to the hotel is such a convenience for families. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Zhuhai, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!"

"This hotel is an apartment-style hotel with a washing machine, making it more suitable for families with children. It's located in the Pengrui Zhuyue Bay Center, right by the river. The rooms are on high floors with great views, and the location is excellent, very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, so transportation is convenient and it's easy to get anywhere. We were a family of four, two adults and two children, and after looking at several places online and comparing reviews, we chose this one – and we definitely made the right choice! The kids absolutely loved the room we booked, which had two 1.8-meter beds, one of which was in a separate room – very nice. It was clean and hygienic, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!"

"As a frequent hotel guest, I was genuinely impressed by this hotel this time. Back in April, during a business trip, the outdoor balcony design caught my eye, and I decided to come back in July to experience it – I wasn't disappointed. As a doctor, hygiene is my top priority, and the hotel's cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. There wasn't a speck of dust on anything inside the room, nor on the elevator buttons. Kudos to the housekeeping team! The environment is super nice. The room layout is grand and comfortable, with high ceilings. All the plants are real and very well-maintained. The food was incredibly delicious! Breakfast was abundant, and my friend and I also had lunch at the 4th-floor restaurant, which was excellent. Highly recommended. The staff's service attitude was very warm and welcoming, especially Nina, who proactively called to ask if I needed any other assistance – incredibly thoughtful. The complimentary travel photography session was also fantastic. The photographer was very considerate, constantly complimenting me, and the photos turned out great. It's a shame it rained this time, so I couldn't do an outdoor shoot. I'll definitely try that next time."

A ten-minute walk takes you directly to Lovers' Road Beach, making island cycling, seaside strolls, cross-city travel, or customs clearance to Macau incredibly convenient. What's rare is that despite being in a vibrant area, the hotel completely insulates itself from external noise. Excitement is at your fingertips, yet your rest remains undisturbed – the perfect blend of liveliness and tranquility. Natural light continuously floods the interior, making it bright and soft even without turning on the lights. Unlike many compact and small hotel rooms on the market, there's ample activity space here. Two people can move around and set up luggage simultaneously with plenty of room to spare, ensuring that movement and rest don't interfere with each other. The expansive layout allows for physical and mental relaxation, completely shedding the tension of travel. The interior design of the soft furnishings maximizes comfort. Every piece of furniture is made from soft, skin-friendly materials. The sofa is wide and plush, with fluffy, soft cushions, allowing you to sink in and release all your fatigue. The bedding is delicate and breathable, and the mattress offers just the right firmness, instantly alleviating the backaches from days of walking. The entire room is lit by soft, diffused lighting, without any harsh glare. The most pleasant surprise was the oversized freestanding bathtub. After a long day of bustling around, filling the tub with warm water and soaking in a hot bath, letting the warm water envelop your body, releases the aches and pains accumulated from hiking and sightseeing. Soft light and shadows filter through the sheer curtains onto the water, creating a wonderfully atmospheric setting. The fixtures are pristine and sparkling, and the toiletries are comprehensive. A Laifen high-speed hairdryer and a high-definition makeup mirror are all provided, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and perfectly replicating the comfort of home bathing during your travels. The hotel's overall service and amenities are equally impeccable. The front desk staff, Mei Mei and Xiao Qiu, were gentle and courteous, making check-in efficient and quick. Any questions about travel or facilities were answered patiently and meticulously. Smart robots are available to deliver takeout and small items, enhancing convenience during your stay. The public areas are tidy and elegant, with a 24-hour self-service laundry room, a gym, and free parking, catering to both short vacations and multi-day long-distance trips. The cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring no dust or hair in corners and promptly replenishing toiletries daily, keeping the room consistently clean and fresh. Throughout my stay, the space, environment, location, facilities, and service perfectly aligned with my expectations, with no shortcomings. Many hotels on the market either have a great location but cramped and noisy rooms, or spacious rooms but inconvenient transportation. The Lishang Hotel cleverly balances all these needs, offering high, open rooms, a healing and tranquil atmosphere, an oversized bathtub, and excellent transportation links. Every detail is considered for the guest's comfort. If you're traveling to Zhuhai and looking for a place that's spacious without being oppressive, quiet without being noisy, and incredibly convenient for getting around, the Lishang Hotel is definitely the best choice. Whether it's a romantic seaside getaway, a solo short trip, or a family excursion, you'll enjoy a comfortable, pleasant, and relaxing stay here."

"We've stayed at this hotel more than once, and that alone speaks volumes. It's one of the best hotels for us when visiting Zhuhai, particularly for its location between Xiangzhou District and Hengqin. The sea-view rooms are especially wonderful; just opening the balcony door (or even just looking through it) will captivate you with the stunning views of the Haojiang River and Macau. You can fully enjoy events like the Macau fireworks in September or watch the sunrise in the morning without even leaving your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lobby downstairs is a great spot for photos. It's also quite close to the Shizimen Huafa Mall, so if you find the hotel's dining options a bit pricey, you can walk a few hundred meters to the mall for a wider range of choices to suit any budget. A morning stroll by the sea is also incredibly pleasant."
