"Excellent location, 5-10min walk from the train station. Near to both Coop and Migros. Room was cosy and clean but mattress/bed will need upgrading. It's too soft and will sink in when sleep on. Check in counter is in another hotel a few steps away. Will be great if guests can be informed prior. There's a small lift in the hotel, good for those with heavy luggages!"

"The location is very good. You can see it when you come out of the train station. It takes about 3 minutes to walk. The supermarket is just opposite. It is also very convenient to go to the viewpoint. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk. The facilities, rooms and environment are all OK. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the communication is very pleasant. The scenery is also good, but when we stayed there, the hotel opposite was under renovation, which affected it a little."

"This hotel is located at the side entrance of Zermatt train station. There is a prominent sign opposite and it is very easy to find. It's only 2-3 minutes' walk, very convenient. We booked a suite, which was fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry facilities and a fireplace (the kind that can burn fire). You can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Breakfast was good too. It’s just that the price during the ski season is too high, close to 10,000 yuan per day. If I have the chance to go to Zermatt again, I will choose it."

"The hotel is beautiful with stunning views. The rooms are clean and conveniently located near the train station, making travel easy. The staff are courteous, and the breakfast is delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.🥰💗"

"Great location with matterhorn view & 15min walking distance from the train station / museum etc. The attached photo of the (cloudy) matterhorn is taken from their cafeteria. Staff understandably busy such as at check-in timing, but are otherwise understanding and helpful. Fridge & kettle for shared use at cafeteria. Lockers available to store baggage without cost - but do have $2 coin on hand for locker deposit!"

"There is a free shuttle bus to the train station, so you don't have to drag your luggage. The bed is too soft and it's not easy to sleep."

"The reception was supposed to close at 10:00 pm. I called the hotel that I am running late and the lady kindly waited for me. The room was tiny but clean and cosy. We didn’t have neighbors on the floor, so having the shared bathroom wasn’t a problem. It is value for money"

"Cabin, the hotel is a bit far away from the train station and needs to go up the mountain. In winter, it’s really hard to get off the train and take a taxi... but the view is really good, facing the Matterhorn, we went to the super snow and didn’t see it. By the way~ Breakfast is at a normal level, enough to eat~"

"Hands down, this was one of my absolute favorite places during my trip to Switzerland. Highly recommend if you're visiting Zermatt! Definitely make sure to book a room with a Matterhorn view. The breakfast was generally good, though it could have used a bit more fresh fruit. Plus, having a microwave and water dispenser in the basement was a great perk that helped us save money on bottled water."
