Best Zermatt Hotels

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

This hotel is too fond of it! The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful and the room can see the snowy mountains! The service staff was very good at night. It was like waiting for us to call out my name. I also prepared wine and tea as a welcome drink. Breakfast is delicious, although there are not many types, but the whole environment will make you enjoy it. I will book it next time and ask the front desk to tell you all kinds of information. The store that rents ski clothes downstairs will also give you a 10% discount.

We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Considering the location in Zermatt, I think this hotel is very good value for money. If I come to Zermatt again, I will consider this hotel. The information at the reception is also in Japanese. Although it was a mountain view room, you cannot see the Matterhorn. There is a spa (sauna), but I did not use it.

If you want to see the Matterhorn, you cannot see this balcony room type, and the bathroom does not have a bathtub. If you are concerned, you can pay attention to it. The hotel is very close to the station, and you can also make an appointment to ask the hotel to be connected to the station. The overall experience is good!

Access from Zermatt station requires climbing a steep hill, so dragging a large suitcase was a bit of a challenge. The staff were kind and flexible with early morning check-out. The room was very spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The only amenities were body soap, but I brought my own shampoo and other items, so it wasn't a problem. The water pressure in the shower was also fine. I had a very comfortable stay. If I had more time, I would have liked to stay longer.

The hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I have stayed in in Switzerland these days. The first day I came to Zermatt was snowy and I went up the mountain but didn’t see the Matterhorn. Unexpectedly, I saw the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain from the hotel balcony the next morning. so lucky Hotel service is very good There are outdoor hot springs, etc. I don’t know if it’s because of my diamond membership. They upgraded me to a room upstairs. Very good. Thank you.

This is the best hotel for our whole Switzerland trip, my wife loves this hotel a lot and so do I. This is a quite quiet hotel but with everything you need. They have spa facilities and it’s very modern design and a relax area after a day. We also visited the bar, the lady worked in the bar is friendly and professional, she recommend with the house red wine, you shouldn’t miss it. It’s one of the best wine I had. Don’t miss this hotel if you visit zermatt. We will return in summer time.
