"The location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and it's a one or two-minute walk to a bustling commercial street, and only 6 minutes on foot to the popular Yishunxuan bakery. It's convenient for getting around yet relatively quiet. The hotel exterior is grand, and the lobby offers complimentary drinks and snacks. It shares outdoor hot springs and a bathhouse with Just Sleep. The R floor has a fantastic regular-temperature swimming pool and two hot spring pools with great views. However, I wasn't a fan of the hotel's interior design. While the guest rooms are quite spacious, the layout felt cramped and stuffy. This is because the hot spring tub is located right by the window facing outside, and to ensure privacy, lattices have been installed, making it less open and airy. There's an air purifier in the room. Breakfast is on the 11th floor; the food is decent, but all the windows are completely covered by beige mesh screens. Only a little light can get through, so you have to turn on the lights even during the day, which isn't a great experience. The service attitude was very enthusiastic. The public bathhouse is small and the facilities are average. The outdoor hot springs are suitable for kids to play in. Overall, the value for money is just average."

We came during 3rd day of cny and surprisingly tho not all but many restaurants are open for business Hotel is clean with excellent view. Would love to be back again. Note that the hotel do not provide disposables but we are good with it. Staffs are friendly and the breakfast across at the archipelago is fantastic. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed at the Kaito Plaza Hotel for three days and two nights, with three adults and one child in the "Premium Ocean View Suite (Double King Beds)," including breakfast. The overall experience was very comfortable and suitable for family travel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a living room and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The overall space was more than enough for us. The double king beds were just right for three adults and one child. The biggest surprise was the incredibly large balcony with a wide view of the sea and Turtle Island, giving us a real sense of vacation atmosphere. The hotel facilities were all quite new, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool, lazy river, Kids Club, and public bath, ensuring there was plenty of fun for both adults and children. We didn't plan any other attractions for our three days and two nights, spending almost all our time at the hotel: sleeping in, having breakfast, taking walks, playing in the water, playing in the Kids Club, and relaxing by the sea – a perfect pace. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. I really enjoyed the relaxed vacation feeling here, without having to plan a specific itinerary. If you're looking for a hotel that's not too far from the north, with ocean views, family-friendly facilities, and a resort atmosphere, the Kaido Plaza Hotel would be a place you'd want to return to."

"Fantastic hotel! You can lie in bed and gaze at the ocean. Each floor has just one unit, which is lovely. There's a bathtub (and they even provide bath powder, which is a great touch!). Plus, there's a dedicated parking lot, making parking super convenient. Delicious breakfast and drinks are included. The National Center for Traditional Arts is a nearby attraction."

"The breakfast was delicious, and the lobby lounge area was comfortable with complimentary cookies and coffee. The courtyard and splash pad were great for kids. However, the facilities are a bit dated. The SPA area was rudimentary and just barely functional. The upstairs bed in our family loft room was uncomfortable. The entryway light in our room flickered when turned off, so we couldn't switch it off completely. We only noticed after our child fell asleep, so we couldn't ask the front desk to fix it. The parking lot was unpaved dirt with no clearly marked spaces (or very unclear ones). Hotel guests and wedding attendees parked haphazardly. It was dim at night, muddy, and had many puddles when it rained."

The hotel truly puts a lot of effort into its offerings; the food is not only delicious but also quite unique. Since checking in yesterday afternoon, we haven't wanted to leave the hotel at all. They have delicious teppanyaki, a hot spring swimming pool perfect for splashing around, and waterslides. In the afternoon, they even offer complimentary douhua (sweet tofu pudding). It's truly perfect for the entire family!"

"I've been to Yilan four times this year, and this was the best experience yet. From the service staff's attitude to the breakfast, everything was excellent! The hotel has a great location and provides parking, which is very thoughtful for a domestic travel agency. The room was also very comfortable; the bathtub was large enough that two people wouldn't feel cramped, and the bed was huge—an adult could roll around on it several times! Furthermore, the dehumidifier in the room worked incredibly well, keeping the bathtub dry. Overall, a fantastic place!"
