Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

The housekeeping staff were sincere and promptly addressed guests' issues. The concierge team created unforgettable memories and happy times for guests. The hot spring bath in the room was large enough for the whole family to enjoy together, laughing and having a great time. Thank you, Phoenix Hotel, for your thoughtful arrangements and hospitality. The food has improved significantly, it's truly refreshing and a huge step up from six months ago – a testament to diligent management and operation. This time, I hosted foreign friends, and they were all amazed. Thank you all!

Overall, the stay was excellent. The location is great, the room is clean, and the environment is elegant. This time, I got a room on the 15th floor, and the view was fantastic. The only downside is that the breakfast still needs improvement. I didn't add breakfast this time because I'm vegetarian. Last year, there were many vegetarian options, but lately, I've noticed the selection has decreased significantly! Also, the self-service udon noodle and vegetable cooking station is no longer available, which is a bit disappointing. They used to have their own handmade bread for breakfast too, but that's gone now. So, apart from the breakfast being a bit disappointing for vegetarians, everything else was truly superb!

Hotel breakfast buffet is so so. The chef is rude. I lined up for the service and ordered the omelette which has rheee choices. I mistaken that I can have fish and cheese together. He just replied sharply and said “No”. “Only one. “
I forgot to take my purse back which was hanged up while I played game with my friends. While I reckoned I lost my bag and came back to the receptionist. She handed it back to me immediately and showed me her happy face finally I returned. Very honest and good *********.

Third visit to the Landis Resort & Spa for a family trip!
Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

samohiI really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

This is an amazing family-friendly hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff showed such kindness and empathy towards both children and parents. Room service was also incredibly fast. What touched me most was one morning when my kids were having a meltdown, and we couldn't take them to the downstairs dining area. Once the staff understood the situation, they proactively packed up both our adult and children's breakfasts and brought them to our room – it was truly thoughtful. Even with many guests, the service quality never faltered; you could feel their understanding and care for families with children everywhere.
On top of that, the hotel's location is superb! I hadn't done much research beforehand, but while strolling around in the evening, we stumbled upon a lively hot spring street with lots of game stalls that kids loved and street performers. We had a great time just exploring the area around the hotel.
I can truly say this isn't just a hotel with family facilities, but one that genuinely understands the needs of families with children. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids – we will definitely be back!

Checked in on Jan 31st and checked out on Feb 3rd. The breakfast and service were excellent. The only minor issue was the air conditioning. It was quite cool during my stay, but the room's AC control was extremely unsatisfactory. Even with the fan or heating set to 30 degrees Celsius, the actual temperature remained around 23 degrees. I asked the front desk for assistance, but it couldn't be resolved.

The Mu'en International (old building) feels a bit dated compared to the adjacent Mu'en Far Eastern (new building), which is noticeable in the in-room hot spring tub and shower facilities. However, the rooms in the old building are more spacious than those in the new one. Both buildings share the same breakfast area and parking lot. This time, I stayed in a 4-person room in the old building. The room was large, and so was the hot tub. Just a heads up, the slippers provided in the room aren't disposable, so if that bothers you, it's more convenient to bring your own.

Cons: The room had mismatched beds (one large, one small). The overall decor felt very dated, almost from the last century. The room lighting was dim, and the bedside outlets had low voltage, causing power banks and phones to charge extremely slowly. The bathroom was quite small, making it difficult for a larger person to turn around comfortably, and there weren't enough bath mats.
Pros: The location is excellent, directly opposite Dongmen Night Market. There's a McDonald's right next door, and a laundry shop and Watsons are conveniently located nearby. They offer complimentary bicycle rentals, and we even received a thoughtful farewell gift upon check-out. The staff provided excellent service, offering a map and helpful local recommendations.
