Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

Bella mum
Good location close to restaurants and local shops, with lots of onsens around. Can cook bamboo, egg, corn in associated hotels. Have fish pool and good hot spring facilities. Breakfast is at average. Sound proof not good, there are kids living upstairs jumping and making loud noises every night till midnight, so didn’t sleep well.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The private in-room hot spring bath was perfect if you prefer a more private hot spring experience. The complimentary minibar snacks and drinks were a nice bonus too.
The hotel is a bit far from Jiaoxi Station and a little hard to find, but they do provide a shuttle service which I only found out upon arrival. The staff were friendly, polite and very accommodating.
Breakfast was available even after check-out. Overall, a very good stay and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Jiaoxi.

While staying here, you can use the various outdoor hot spring facilities. It's a shame the weather suddenly turned too cold, so we didn't get to use the children's facilities in the swimming pool. Even though it's a heated kids' pool, it's outdoors, so it was still quite chilly. However, there are plenty of other hot spring pools, as well as steam rooms and saunas, so you can soak from morning till night 😬.
The best part was that breakfast is served until 1 PM. You can enjoy it after a morning soak in the hot springs, or sleep in a bit longer and then head down. The latest you can enjoy it is 1 PM, and then you can head off to explore other places after eating! 😍
The kids had a blast!

Third visit to the Landis Resort & Spa for a family trip!
Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

samohiI really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Guest UserLocation: Relatively close to Jiaoxi Bus Station. It's a bit far from the train station and the main street.
We stayed in a Japanese-style quad room, but the space was smaller than expected. The private hot spring tub on the terrace was quite large (can fit two adults) and very clean.
We had a mountain view room, and since the opposite side faces apartments, the mountain view was a significant advantage.
There's also complimentary tea and tofu pudding service. For the outdoor hot spring area, you need to bring a swimsuit and a swimming cap to enter.
The breakfast service didn't have a huge variety, but it was clean and decent.

The location is fantastic, right behind Jiaoxi's bustling main street, so you can just step out and go shopping – super convenient! The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks provided by the hotel also kept us well-fed. Parking was easy with free in-and-out access, and the front desk service was attentive. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The only minor drawback was that the floor-to-ceiling window in the family room's bathroom and the toilet window faced a neighboring building from the side, which slightly compromised privacy, a bit of a shame.

Hotel breakfast buffet is so so. The chef is rude. I lined up for the service and ordered the omelette which has rheee choices. I mistaken that I can have fish and cheese together. He just replied sharply and said “No”. “Only one. “
I forgot to take my purse back which was hanged up while I played game with my friends. While I reckoned I lost my bag and came back to the receptionist. She handed it back to me immediately and showed me her happy face finally I returned. Very honest and good *********.

The Mu'en International (old building) feels a bit dated compared to the adjacent Mu'en Far Eastern (new building), which is noticeable in the in-room hot spring tub and shower facilities. However, the rooms in the old building are more spacious than those in the new one. Both buildings share the same breakfast area and parking lot. This time, I stayed in a 4-person room in the old building. The room was large, and so was the hot tub. Just a heads up, the slippers provided in the room aren't disposable, so if that bothers you, it's more convenient to bring your own.
