Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. There's a Starbucks right downstairs. Our room had a private hot tub, and the decor was lovely and clean with ample space. There's also an outdoor hot spring (which we unfortunately didn't get to use). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a more Chinese focus, and the quality was excellent for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area right in the heart of Jiaoxi. The exterior is lush and green, and once you step inside, it's bright and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. This trip was a family vacation, and one of our children wasn't feeling well, so the hotel staff's thoughtful service really warmed our hearts. The room was very large and dry, with no hint of dampness. The breakfast was also diverse and plentiful, and it's served until 11:30 AM, which saved us from having to buy lunch. We'll definitely be staying here again!

While staying here, you can use the various outdoor hot spring facilities. It's a shame the weather suddenly turned too cold, so we didn't get to use the children's facilities in the swimming pool. Even though it's a heated kids' pool, it's outdoors, so it was still quite chilly. However, there are plenty of other hot spring pools, as well as steam rooms and saunas, so you can soak from morning till night 😬.
The best part was that breakfast is served until 1 PM. You can enjoy it after a morning soak in the hot springs, or sleep in a bit longer and then head down. The latest you can enjoy it is 1 PM, and then you can head off to explore other places after eating! 😍
The kids had a blast!

Pros:
1. The sea view from the suite is excellent.
2. The room is spacious.
3. The breakfast is delicious with many local specialties.
4. Close to the beach.
5. The amenities like the game room, pool, and trampoline are great.
6. The plaza is very nice, and the view is fantastic when you walk around it.
Areas for improvement:
1. At breakfast, as soon as we sat down, a staff member told us with a stern face that we could only eat for 90 minutes. This felt extremely poor. For the price of the room, both the attitude and the rule were very uncomfortable. Few people eat breakfast for 90 minutes, so why bother?
2. The sea view suite lacked a coffee machine, the lighting was dim, and small details like bath bag liners for the tub were missing, which felt inadequate.

Third visit to the Landis Resort & Spa for a family trip!
Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

The bustling downtown and market are just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Nearly all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional in answering our questions. This trip marked our seven-month anniversary, and it added so many wonderful memories as we head towards our eighth month together.
Upon check-in, the hotel learned we were celebrating our anniversary and thoughtfully upgraded us to a mountain-view room. The in-room welcome drinks were incredibly generous, featuring mini beers, plum wine, coke, and Pocari Sweat – essential for rehydration after a soak; they even included face masks to pamper us while we enjoyed the in-room hot spring bath.
All the room's fixtures and fittings were new and high-quality: a Toto washlet, a Panasonic 1400 nanoe hairdryer, a thoughtful wooden gua sha massage comb, and hyaluronic acid-infused shower gel that left skin feeling smooth and soft. What truly amazed me were the double-layered automatic curtains (even in the room's private hot spring area!). The double room's bathtub was spacious enough for up to four people – a very comfortable size.
In the afternoon, the lobby offered preserved fruits and freshly brewed tea, perfect for a relaxing break after a dip in the outdoor public hot spring. After dinner, they provided handmade kumquat-flavored tofu pudding, and it was unlimited – so generous! (There's a lovely staff member in the lobby, Tina, who's a treasure trove of recommendations for local food and sights; don't hesitate to ask her for her secret list of must-try places!)
Last but not least, I highly recommend trying the hotel's breakfast, especially the freshly blanched beef soup. Even my boyfriend, who grew up in Tainan, the home of beef soup, couldn't stop raving about it.
*If you're planning a weekday visit like we did and want to try some local famous eateries, be sure to check their opening hours in advance. Many popular spots are only open from Friday to Sunday or during specific hours, like mornings until 2 PM. (Luckily, you can find a lot of food on Uber Eats!)
Heartily recommend!

This is an amazing family-friendly hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff showed such kindness and empathy towards both children and parents. Room service was also incredibly fast. What touched me most was one morning when my kids were having a meltdown, and we couldn't take them to the downstairs dining area. Once the staff understood the situation, they proactively packed up both our adult and children's breakfasts and brought them to our room – it was truly thoughtful. Even with many guests, the service quality never faltered; you could feel their understanding and care for families with children everywhere.
On top of that, the hotel's location is superb! I hadn't done much research beforehand, but while strolling around in the evening, we stumbled upon a lively hot spring street with lots of game stalls that kids loved and street performers. We had a great time just exploring the area around the hotel.
I can truly say this isn't just a hotel with family facilities, but one that genuinely understands the needs of families with children. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids – we will definitely be back!

The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with new facilities. Our one-night stay was very comfortable. The kids' play area had a huge ball pit, which our children absolutely loved. We didn't get a chance to use the spa on the first floor, but it looked well-equipped and clean for a soak, which I imagine would be a great experience. We look forward to visiting again. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The Mu'en International (old building) feels a bit dated compared to the adjacent Mu'en Far Eastern (new building), which is noticeable in the in-room hot spring tub and shower facilities. However, the rooms in the old building are more spacious than those in the new one. Both buildings share the same breakfast area and parking lot. This time, I stayed in a 4-person room in the old building. The room was large, and so was the hot tub. Just a heads up, the slippers provided in the room aren't disposable, so if that bothers you, it's more convenient to bring your own.
