"The hotel's front desk staff were very welcoming, and the parking lot security guards were super friendly too. The hotel is very close to the train station, making it easy to walk everywhere. The room was a little old but extremely clean, and the bathrobes were both comfortable and cute. The hotel has private hot springs, with each room having its own soaking tub, filled with the same hot spring water, which was incredibly relaxing. The Sanyou Ramen restaurant downstairs is delicious, and hotel guests even get a discount."

"The location is great, about a 3-5 minute walk to Tangweigou Hot Spring Park. There's a free parking lot about a 3-minute walk from the hotel (though you can't drive out between 10 PM and 8 AM). Right across from the hotel, there's another parking lot available for NT$250, valid until check-out the next day. The hotel also offers bicycles for guests to borrow. The room was a bit small because they dedicated most of the space to a large, clean bathroom. The hot spring soak was very relaxing. Soundproofing was decent. On the second floor, there's a good selection of complimentary drinks and coffee. Given the price, I'd definitely consider staying here again! 👍"

"Hotel Hanmu has always been my favorite hotel. I make sure to stay here once a month. The environment is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. However, I was a little disappointed this time because my room was on a lower floor, and directly across the hallway was the staff's laundry and supply room. I was woken up around 7:30 AM by the constant 'ding-ding-ding' sound of the doorbell outside in the corridor. This was the most uncomfortable stay I've ever had here!"

"The room looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, Luodong Night Market, and Luodong Forestry Culture Park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and guidance, including suggestions for local restaurants. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again."

"This time, I opted for a sea-view room. Inside, you can soak in the hot spring while enjoying the ocean view, and there's a balcony to feel the breeze and take in both the sunrise and the night view. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. During late-night snack hours, there's a great selection of alcoholic beverages, plus a large screen to watch sports games. It’s perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway."

"Even though the surroundings aren't bustling, finding food nearby or a convenience store within a three-minute walk is no problem. The hotel, though a bit old-fashioned, is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious. The bathtub is small, but still good enough for a soak, which was comfortable. Since there weren't many guests, breakfast was changed to a set menu with four options. It looked good, was Instagram-worthy, and tasted pretty good too. You could also order more, so you could eat till you're full or just pick at things. If you book on an OTA on a low-price day, it's excellent value for money because of the many hotel amenities. I feel the management really puts in the effort."

"The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves."

"Thank you for upgrading us to a 6-person room. It had 3 large twin beds, a large hot spring opening, and a living room – fantastic! The water pressure was great, and soaking in the hot spring was wonderful. The Tangtangweigou foot bath is just a 3-minute walk away, and there's a shopping area nearby, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. The location is incredibly convenient. I've stayed at this hot spring community several times; it's always great."

"Aside from the regrettable spa facilities management, I'm satisfied with the room condition and location. Compared to nearby hotels, the customer service during check-in was quite lacking, and the breakfast was also disappointing for the price. However, if they can improve the spa management, which is their strong point, it's a hotel I would recommend."
