The host Chris made us felt very welcomed with his selfless travel tips, scrumptious breakfasts, handwritten messages and exquisitely furnished accommodation. He even went the extra mile to review our itinerary for a better route or arrangement! He's highly responsive to our questions when we were outside, including helping us to arrange rides. There are also intimate small devices in the homestay, such as hot water in the room, and help to send postcards!

The breakfast is very good overall. Vegetarians have a lot of egg options. They also informed us if a thermos cup was left in the restaurant. The location is convenient for the station and within walking distance. This time I only used the room for bathing.

Everything is nice. The room is clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and efficient in assisting us to check in. The only downside is the hotspring inside the room. The hot pool design is a bit difficult for the elderly to get in.

There is a hot spring in the room, with plenty of water, which is very convenient for taking a bath; the service staff is very friendly; although the breakfast is a set meal, they are not afraid of you eating it, and they always encourage you to order more👍The first experience was very good, and I also bought a lucky bag and scented candles... It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

I made a special trip to Muen as a last-minute trip. If you haven’t been there, you wouldn’t know it. ⋯Hot springs♨️You will always experience hot springs again and again. You must experience them to know whether they are really as expected~

The tableware inspection must be stricter, after all, food safety and hygiene.
