"For this price, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is super convenient, with a convenience store, restaurants, a pharmacy, and the Yishunxuan souvenir shop right downstairs. Tangweigou Hot Spring Park and its market are also nearby, and it's only about a 5-minute walk to Jiaoxi Station.
I was very satisfied with the room's cleanliness and the service. The twin room was spacious, with two extra-large double beds that were more than enough for two people – very comfortable. Don't expect much from the welcome drinks and snacks though, haha! We were lucky to encounter a staff member who spoke Cantonese, and she was incredibly helpful. A big thank you to her!"

"Good size bunk beds and comfortable beds. Twin room with window is not as nice as the single bunk beds with no windows due to loud renovation outside the hotel. Room need more clothe and towel hanging for drying with their in house dehumidifier in room. Hotel public areas needs upgrades & bettwr cleaning and wall papers are moldy and peeling off walls or stained. Great location. TV volume too low to enjoy or hear the broadcasts ! Too many small details missed or housekeeping needs more attention. Staff very nice! Hotel could be much batter if they paid more attention to the details. Hotel also rents by the hour which can be challenging to the overnight stay guests!"

The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks, plus a delightful surprise: high-quality facial masks replenished daily! There was also a selection of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. "The views are amazing, and the shared kitchen is super practical! They have a great variety of beautiful utensils, perfect for cooking simple meals. They even provide a corkscrew. On the first floor, the common area has a first-aid kit and plays soothing music. Besides a Marshall speaker and a Dyson hairdryer, they thoughtfully provide facial masks, sanitary pads, panty liners, and bath salts in the room. The tea bags are even Twinings! ✨ Breakfast is delivered to your room, and I highly recommend the Chinese breakfast (we both thought it was better). My only small suggestion would be to add conditioner, but overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!"

"There was stains on towel, but they replaced after. There wasnt any amenities and its very inconvenient that we had to check in in another building then walk back to this hotel. Especially tugging all the luggages. The building looks rather run down. Breakfast was cold and limited choices. The pros is the spring water in room and the big bath tub! Overall ok if its for a short stay. Just slightly pricey for a night."

"My first stay at Yamagata Hotel was fantastic. The two security guards at the entrance were incredibly friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease and lifting my spirits. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers, housekeeping, and cleaning crew, you could truly feel the meticulous and thoughtful service throughout Yamagata Hotel. The mini-bar and snacks in the room were all complimentary, which was a very generous touch! The hot spring bathtub in every room is huge and incredibly comfortable to soak in – you don't even need to leave the room! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality accommodation experience. It's definitely worth a return visit."

TTango GinaI was impressed by breakfast, no processed food, some are the most primitive and prototype food, roasted sweet potato roast pumpkin, pumpkin soup, carrot kiss fish porridge, scallion pancake roast chicken, boiled eggs, up to four kinds of fruit, plus milk tea orange juice and coffee series.
Regardless of the building, garden planning, room layout and restaurant furnishings, they are all European style, and the environment is very clean. I saw the service staff finishing the garden and facilities for two days and one night.
It was my first time to take my cat out and I felt good.

There's also a kids' play area on the second floor, which our children absolutely loved, and a great selection of children's books. We even wrote a bunch of postcards there and were able to mail them home for free as a souvenir – what a nice touch!

DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.

The restaurant area even preserved the original large trees, designing around them beautifully, and they are very well-maintained – fantastic! The bathroom and soaking tub in our room type this time were quite spacious, giving a very comfortable feeling. 👍
However, there was a thick layer of dust on some counter surfaces in the room and under the bed, which might need more attention from housekeeping.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market.
We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch.
There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated.
The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all.
Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Toilet toilet paper is flat toilet paper. You have to count the number of sheets yourself and it is difficult to know the thickness (it depends on your personal habits)
When we arrived, it was around 17:30 and the service staff asked you to have some snacks.
It’s actually past snack time and I’m just a little hungry😋
Indoors, we saw that there was no parking space in front of the hotel when we returned (renting a motorcycle) because the door was full of motorcycles. Unless we move the car, there is still room for one. Come out immediately and tell us that you can park in the opposite parking lot without moving the car. ＜Not far away within 50 meters＞
