The location is very good, right in the downtown area, but the parking lot is a cooperative parking lot, and only during peak hours can people enter when Ou Yao and others appear. So I waited for half an hour before checking in that day. And it is not free parking but half-price parking. In addition, the room only has air conditioning but no heating, so the temperature is very cold in winter. I have to turn off the air conditioning to barely accept it.

This B&B is located in the Jiaoxi Hot Spring District. It has a good location and convenient transportation. Although there is no breakfast included, eating out is a pleasure in Taiwan, so it doesn’t really matter. Because it is a hot spring hotel, there is a private hot spring in the room, which is a big plus. However, the decoration style of the room is more childish and dreamy. It may be because the main customer base is families. For me who is traveling alone, it is a bit unsuitable. The colors and layout are a bit too cartoony. In addition, the mattress bedding smells a bit like old people's smell, which is not very comfortable, but you can only bear with it. Apart from that, the overall living experience is OK without any major problems.

Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

The hotel is located near the Jiaoxi Bus Station. You don't need to drive to and from Taipei. You can take a bus from the Taipei City Government Bus Station and it takes about an hour to get to Jiaoxi. The transportation is quite convenient. The rooms and bathrooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fun of hot springs. The hotel prepared a multi-course dinner. Although each dish was not large in size, it was still exquisite and delicious overall. Especially the Chinese seafood porridge in the breakfast option. The ingredients were good and you could taste the whole crab meat. It is highly recommended.

Very good overall accommodation experience, This time, our family has 2 adults and 1 elementary school student Stay in the 3F Zen Room for 3 people in Xiaolvqiu Building The most commendable part: From the entrance to the room, The air smells clean and fragrant! The overall cleanliness and tidiness is very high! The guests' indoor slippers are separated and not mixed, which is considerate. There is an elevator friendly, As soon as I entered the room, I saw that there was a dehumidifier and air purifier turned on, which was a plus. The room is fresh and bright. There is a wardrobe for hanging clothes, with 6 hangers provided. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. Hot water is available quickly. Bedside, dressing table, chair headrest, desktop, Window glass, windowsills, curtains, clean and dust-free! The corners of the bathroom are clean, without any dirt or water marks. I feel like the cleaning was done with real care. We care about the points when we stay, and this time we have all met them. Areas that we hope to improve: Upper and lower levels of wardrobe (luggage storage space) The curtain drains in the bathroom are easily neglected. Luggage rack or tabletop can be added.

The comfort/cleanliness of the family room for 4 people is average - the location is relatively close to Suao Port - it is more than 10 minutes' walk from Suao Railway Station, right? It's close! There are 7-11 supermarkets nearby - 7-11 + FamilyMart two supermarkets in the direction of the train station. There is a Lairfu supermarket behind the station! There are no disposable toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room! But there is one at the counter - if you don’t bring it, you can take it and use it! In the room - coffee/tea bags/bottled water/instant boiling pot/towels and bath towels are provided Comes with a quick boiling kettle - there is no adapter 3 to 2, you need to ask for an adapter at the counter! There is no adapter attached. After using it, the tenant has to take it and return it after check-out. Really bad! # I was even called to ask for ”adapters”~ It was very unpleasant! The housekeeping staff haven't tidied up the room yet~ The front desk is in a hurry to find it! Very funny! Disgusting! Very hot! 🙄🙄😤😡😡 The instant pot adapter should have been included with the item for guests to use! How could you do this and have to ask for it and return it! I don’t know why the hotel does this... I booked it after reading the reviews that the bed was very comfortable and the service staff was very nice. When I checked in, I found out that this is a pilgrim hotel. There seemed to be two pilgrimage groups that day. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are old, but basically The environment is clean. The bathtub is a very ordinary bathtub. There is a bath, but it really doesn't feel like a hot spring🤔. There is a small refrigerator, which is frozen and there are buns from guests who don't know how long ago😔. There are simple porridge and side dishes for breakfast. , toast, coffee, black tea, soy milk, very simple. I walked to the busy road last night and found that many hot spring hotels are also good. I checked and the price is not more expensive than Hongguan. I will go elsewhere next time. The bed is neat and tidy. It's not a stand-alone room but it has moderate softness and hardness. The service staff is very good. On the day of check-in, they helped us upgrade to a four-person room (originally booked for three people). We had to make a reservation for the hot spring pool (family style), but we gave up after 9.10 o'clock. Give this hotel 65 points

The hotel in good location, nearby a lot of shop buy souvenir. The room very big with hot spring pool. And the waiter very polite. Hotel environment very good and very clean.

The host Chris made us felt very welcomed with his selfless travel tips, scrumptious breakfasts, handwritten messages and exquisitely furnished accommodation. He even went the extra mile to review our itinerary for a better route or arrangement! He's highly responsive to our questions when we were outside, including helping us to arrange rides. There are also intimate small devices in the homestay, such as hot water in the room, and help to send postcards!
