"The check in system was such a mess, we booked four rooms individually, but when I checked in, I got a room which had already checked in by my sister. I asked the front office to double check by using my name, but they insisted that they could NOT find my booking under my name. They only identified the booking by checking the booking confirmation number rather than by checking against the spelling of one's full name printed on the ID. The problem was solved in the end after I showed them my sister's room confirmation number, see how it ******, but I was not satifised with such a serious mistake that IHG group could encounter. Quite disappointed although the front office manager did apologize to me afterwards and gave the complimentary breakfast.
The room key card could not been placed together with my mobile phone, it was quite wired. I always travel to Beijing and other places, and it was the first time that the room key turned invalid when it stayed close to a mobile phone!

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt genuinely thoughtful and personalized. They readily answered all our questions, proactively helped with our luggage, and made us feel truly welcome and cared for.
Our Princess Suite was an absolute dream for our family. It was decorated so whimsically and cozily that our child was enchanted the moment they walked in. The generous space ensured a wonderfully comfortable stay for all of us.
Breakfast offered an incredibly diverse spread of both Western and Chinese options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty to satisfy both adults and children.
But the real highlight was its unbeatable location, right in the heart of the CBD. With countless dining and shopping options nearby, it was incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips, saving us a lot of time and effort.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family traveling with children. We'll definitely be back here on our next trip!"

"The location of the hotel is good, its near to three gorges visitor centre, which make it convenient for us to report for tour.
During my stay of 3 nights, it happened to be the servicing period for the air-condition system. Hence we stayed without any air-condition.
There is no laundry auntie to attend to the machines in laundry room, however the reception staff helped when we need assistance. The staff are friendly and helpful, just that facilities is not that great and the hotel look a little aged."

GGuest UserThe room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

MM231957****This store is very hygienic and has a great environment. The boss and his wife are also very friendly. They also arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as free breakfast. GGuest UserAfter returning to Yichang from Zigui, I continued to stay at the Liyi Hotel. It is located between the Three Gorges Visitor Center and Yichang East Station. The transportation is very convenient and parking is free. This time I continued to stay in each room and received a free Tremella soup. It is very delicious. First of all I stayed on the 9th floor for the first time and the 10th floor for the second time. The room type was the same. One of the doors on the 10th floor could not be locked. The hotel quickly solved the problem and changed it to a larger room + gave me a small gift. The hotel experience was very good. My family is also very satisfied and recommend it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, modern with state of the art technology. The lobby manager Ms Ma was marvelous. She helped us to get the shuttle car to send us the airport the day we left. She then made some follow up call to tell us that they found a cosmetic brush in the room of my colleague. She offered to keep it for us until our next stay. We thanked her for her kindness but told her to dispose of it. We really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will stay there for our next trip.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel within another hotel.The name outside is 民生酒店，but once you go thru the revolving door you will find the front desk straight ahead with the correct name. For some reason the hotel is from the 11th-13th floors. For a fee there is a typical Chinese breakfast buffet on the 5th. floor. It is two blocks from Aqua Plaza which has pool tables, movie theaters, restaurants and clothing stores. There is a Lanzhou la mian across the street and two nearby parks. Bus 12 will take you to Yiling Square and the Children's Park. Bus B68 will take you to the East Train Station. Great price and a place to refill water bottles is in the lobby.

KKeithThe hotel is situated right opposite from Sanxia Tourist Centre which is so convenience for us joining Yangtze river cruise. There also have lots of restaurant choices around, a big supermarket and shopping mall next to the hotel.
The hotel room is clean with a big picture window which offers a great view of the Yangtze river. The hotel also has a washing machine on-site (laundry detergent is also provided) and can store our luggage so that we can enjoy our last day in Yichang. However, please aware they not provide toiletries and no fringe on site.
The front desk staff is nice and suggest a nice local restaurant for our dinner. He also response very quickly on our enquiry via WeChat.
The room is definitely value for money.

Although it was not a tall hotel, I felt at home as soon as I stayed. The closeness of the host warmed my wandering heart. The price is so low and affordable. I am satisfied in all aspects. I was worried before I came. Because I also checked the comments when I booked the room, there was a guest who somehow vilified the store and insulted it. It was precisely because this comment inspired my curiosity. I came to find that it was the opposite, so I evaluated it truthfully. If you have the opportunity, come back next time and give a referral to someone who is away.
