This stay exceeded my expectations, absolutely five-star! The hotel's location is convenient, making it very easy to get around. The attention to detail was excellent. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and the room service was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and delicious options, making the overall value for money outstanding. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, with a comfortable environment, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Strangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

erin1227The room was spacious and bright, and you didn't need a key card to keep the power on. The hotel is located on the 15th floor of the building, facing the Yangtze River with a fantastic view. The parking lot had plenty of spaces, and once you registered your license plate, you could enter and exit freely. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge were complimentary, and they even provided coffee capsules and snacks daily. The hotel breakfast offered a decent variety, and overall, it was good value for money. During our two-day stay, some of the breakfast items were rotated. We were also upgraded to a river view room this time, which was much appreciated.

Anonymous UserCame to Yichang to see the Three Gorges and absolutely picked the right hotel! The location is incredible – super close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center, so catching an early boat was a breeze. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The river view from the room was so therapeutic; opening the window revealed a magnificent panorama of the river. Watching the sunset over the water in the evening really enhanced the ambiance. The newly renovated room was clean and elegant, and even though it's a new hotel, there was hardly any new-building smell, and the air purifier was a thoughtful touch. Miss Shuangshuang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in. Breakfast had a wide variety, including hot dry noodles, baozi, and various porridges. It was great to fill up before heading out to explore the sights – so comfortable!

Tony_CCThe front desk check-in service was professional and efficient. However, the hotel's pool changing rooms for both men and women were unclean, with many used towels left inside. The wellness front desk staff also seemed very unprofessional, making me wonder if they were just temporary summer hires. I'm not sure if the breakfast quality declined because of a tour group, but I personally felt there wasn't much variety, and the stations were scattered. The food counters weren't very clean either.

HelenLenThe room is very standard. Everything is very clean and nice. The toilet is very local tho. The owners are super nice! It’s an old couple with very good grisly attitude, who provide local simple breakfast and a ride to the airport.

Guest UserOverall, my stay was extremely satisfying. The hotel boasts a simple yet elegant design, with clean and well-maintained public areas, showcasing attention to detail. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation and was well-stocked with amenities. Staff member 6014 was particularly warm and courteous, making the check-in process efficient and quick, and always responsive to my needs. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. It's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Dave from SomervilleGreat location to catch local busses-which go everywhere. (Bus station platforms have a cash machine with dedicated turnstile to enter- look for it.) Easy/quick walking distance to stores/fruit vendors, even late. Reasonable walk to Yiling Square. (FANTASTIC restaurant up the street, taking a RIGHT exiting the hotel, walk up maybe 75 meters and it is across the street- modern design, bright lighting, excellent food, fun/awesome staff. Stores located in same direction); Very nice desk old lady, messages returned in reasonable time. Site has no English markings. Room appears to have been smoked in- scent of it, yellowing of all things- needs full cleaning and paint job. Bed otherwise comfortable. Bathroom adequate. Functional and affordable for solo male backpacker. Accessible to 3 Gorges Dam by going to the Tourist Center bus station, next to EAST HSR station. Local busses very useful, efficient, and cheap. I was able to get to the 3 Gorges Dam Tourist Center and return entirely by AMap Global app (essential in China) and busses, for less than $10USD.

The room is good, the location is excellent, and the price is good. The front desk is a bit unprofessional, the ladies are listless and expressionless, and all the sundries are piled up in a conspicuous place at the front desk, which looks a bit like a county guesthouse...

The scenery is nice and suitable for taking pictures, especially the sunset and sunrise. There were no stars in the sky that night we stayed. You can pick tea for free in spring, and the tea in summer is old. The navigation occasionally leads people to a small road, don't go, in fact, the whole way is an asphalt road around the mountain.
