"The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Daan Station. It is not close to the main road and there is no noise from cars in the morning. It is in its own corner and very comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff are very friendly and take the initiative to care about the needs of the guests, great 👍 The food in the restaurant is very good and has a wide variety. The restaurant provides 24-hour free hot water, cold water, and carbonated water, which is great!"

"This hotel is convenient if you are taking the 1819 bus from Taipei airport after a late night arrival, as it is right on the bus route, although you have to let the driver know you are getting out at the second to last stop and not the final stop at Taipei main station. It is next door to a Lawson convenience store, but this does not help with finding it the first time as there are several Lawsons nearby. Once you find it, it is easy enough to navigate and it is close to Shuanglian metro station, which makes it easy to get around the city. This is not a standalone hotel, but a couple of floors in what appears to be a commercial building. The room is fairly basic but is reasonable at the price. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is great if you can only check in during the small hours after a late flight. They also have a free coffee machine near the front desk, although only in the mornings. There are plenty of restaurants, food stalls, and places to get tea drinks nearby."

"Super convenient location, just at ximending. Amenities were average, we were given a change of room due to a missing sink. But overall we enjoyed the stay due to the convenience."

"A perfect place if you want peace with a hot spring environment. The hotel provides transport between the hotel & the train station as it's far & walking upslope. I love the peacefulness & my private personal hot spring bath. The room is clean & spacious with all the necessary amenities."

"This hotel is a practical choice. MRT at the doorstep. Rooms are big enough, and sufficiently clean. Service is acceptable given they seem understaffed. The receptionists also take care of guests room requests and will bring to you any additional cutleries or amenities. I appreciate the late check out to 12.30pm and the invite to the 2nd floor sitting area where some hot coffee/ tea is available.  Housekeeping was done once every two days which is fine. The towels are a tad old. They replenished bottled water. The only downside was the aircon which could not be controlled manually properly, at least for the room I was in. Every morning around 8am, the aircon is noisy cos it switches between temperature on its own.   The beds are comfy and provided good sleep."

"the location of this hotel is by far its best feature as the mass transit, railway and a central bus station is located close by (5 minute walk at most). rao he night market is also a 3 minute stroll down the street so that makes supper runs that much more convenient for hotel guests. however, we experienced a case of overbooking for our room when we arrived at the hotel at about 5:30pm only to be informed that the room would not be ready for another 1.5 hours as the guests before us had extended their stay. we ended up checking in at 7pm after room service was done, causing us to disrupt our reservation booking which we could no longer meet. the resolution offered was a 1 hour extension to our check out time which we did not need as it did not fit our itinerary and although the team was apologetic there was little done to appease and they offered no other forms of compensation or resolutions. it was honestly a very frustrating situation as we had travelled interstate expecting to freshen up to rush off to a reservation we had only to be stuck at the lobby for another hour. based on a few other reviews, it is evident that overbooking is quite common at this hotel which begs the question of why hadn’t there been any intervention to mitigate this yet? that aside the room we booked (river view) offered a comfortable stay for a couple with 2 luggages. amenities were well maintained and it was a comfortable stay for guests who were out and about most of the time. footnote - i must say i’ve experienced much more hospitable service from other boutique hotels in taiwan than i did here which seems to be commonly brought up as well. service meets my minimum standards but often times international travellers may need some/more assistance from concierge which this place is hesitant to offer."

"The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing was only average. However, for the price, you really can't complain. The location is great, just about 300 meters from the subway station. Even though it's right on a main road, it wasn't too loud."

"Pretty great lo locations! There is a small night market just two blocks away and have delicious fresh fruit juice. Have to find the stall that sells fresh green Guava juice for three cups for only 100 TWD. Love the shower as it’s made of maybe and it’s very spacious ! Great expensive brand for the shampoo, conditioner, and also body soap."
