"A very cosy and beautiful homestay. The lady boss was very friendly and gave us a lot recommendations on food and how to move around. Next to the gate of Wuzhen water town so was very convenient. Only issue is that is that the toilet area are using clear glass so a little inconvenient if not traveling as couple. There is still a curtain to draw."

Unfortunately, there were no spots left for the next day's cruise when we checked in, so I had to book it myself later through the mini-program. 2. **Breakfast**: * We booked the 588 RMB 'Breakfast Cruise'. I later found out from the inn's promotional material that this package includes xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), but these were not served during our actual meal. * The inn's breakfast is a buffet. While the variety wasn't extensive, each of us found dishes we liked. The food was replenished promptly and in ample quantities. The children's breakfast costs about 45 RMB per person, which is decent value for money. 3. **Room Experience**: * The twin beds were moderately firm and could be combined. When combined, it was suitable for a family of three (including a 13-year-old child). When separated, a single bed felt a bit small and cramped for two people. * Our room was located near the end of the corridor in Building 1. Initially, entering through the main gate required a long walk. After asking a staff member, we learned about a back entrance, which is conveniently located next to the Water Pavilion Restaurant (making dining easy) and offered much quicker access. * There were very few places to hang wet clothes (like underwear) in the room. The bathroom had no suitable hanging area, and wet clothes couldn't be put into the wardrobe, which was a clear drawback. I didn't confirm if the inn has a laundry room and did not use any related facilities. 4. **Price and Value for Money**: We stayed for 3 nights, averaging 1908 RMB per night. Initially, I thought the holiday price was a bit steep, but our experience after checking in was satisfactory. Compared to the inn's rooms with balconies, I believe the standard twin room offers better value for money, and a price increase during holidays is to be expected. 5. **Service Highlight**: During our stay, the inn proactively provided a plate of fruit every day. This thoughtful detail enhanced our overall positive impression. 6. **Location and Additional Experience**: * The inn is close to the 'Morning Tea Cruise' area, allowing for a scenic walk in the morning (fewer people early on, making it ideal for photos) before returning for a meal. The water in Wuzhen is quite clean. * The advantage of the 'Breakfast Cruise' is that you can enjoy the meal while cruising, avoiding the long queues that can occur during holidays. 7. **Nearby Dining**: There are several restaurants close to the inn, offering a good variety of dining options within easy reach."

"Just checked out today and I'm so grateful for the friendly and caring staff. We stayed in a two-bedroom family room, which was spotlessly clean and had a small courtyard with a beautiful view. Waking up to the birdsong in the morning felt like being back in nature, and life seemed to slow down. It's also very close to Wuzhen. During the holiday, it was too crowded and hard to get a ride back home, so the owner drove to pick us up. What a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended!!!"

The service is exceptionally professional: from the moment you step into the service center through check-in, and even for guidance on exploring the area and finding local specialties, dedicated staff are on hand to assist, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Staying within the scenic area offers numerous advantages: entrance tickets, shuttle buses, traditional sculling boat rides, and breakfast are all complimentary! I cannot recommend it highly enough!"

"The journey was quite a hassle: we had to park at the visitor center, then take a shuttle to the guesthouse pick-up point, and finally, the guesthouse owner had to come and get us. It was a very hot day, and this whole process was genuinely tiring. However, thankfully, the air conditioning was already on when we entered the room, which instantly melted away a lot of our frustration. The room we stayed in was called ”Zen Tea Play.” It was a bit small, and while the high ceiling beams had some dust, it was evident that the fixtures and amenities were of good quality. The bathtub, shower, and sink were all Arrow brand, and even the toothbrush and toothpaste felt comfortable to use. The kettle was quiet, the teapot had a stainless steel interior, and Lipton tea bags were provided – all perfectly acceptable for a guesthouse. We had an elderly family member whose medication needed refrigeration. Since there was no fridge in our room, the front desk staff very kindly stored it in their office and delivered it back to us promptly the next morning, which was incredibly helpful. Staying within the ancient town was very convenient; it was less crowded and quieter in the mornings and evenings. The only drawback was the mosquitoes by the river, which led to a restless night, though the room did provide mosquito repellent spray."
