GGuest User“Pillowed by the misty rain of Jiangnan, nestled in a tranquil haven for a while.” This truly felt like a home away from home during my stay. After a friendly phone call with the customer service lady, the young and handsome Xiao Wan was already waiting for me at the parking lot, making check-in smooth. The itinerary arrangements were professional, detailed, and thoughtful. The service team was vibrant and caring: Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhong, Xiao Ai, and Xiao Zhang were all wonderful and warm encounters. Thank you, and I wish everyone continued success!

AaigooariesHighly highly recommended!! Saw a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try. Room was spacious and super clean, have everything we needed (they even have a pillow menu!!). Our 管家 was 小陈 and he was such a cheerful and helpful young gentleman! He waited for us right at where we alighted and guide us straight into the attraction site, their service allowed us to bypass all the hassle such as buying tickets and checking in luggages, which other tourists have to go through. 小陈 gave us a really detailed tour of the whole town the moment we arrived in our hotel, which we really appreciate. Both the dinner and breakfast were fantastic, dinner was well priced as well. The stay was not the cheapest but definitely one of the best experience during our trip!

Hygiene: The room hygiene is very good, nothing to fault Service: The boss picked us up from Xizha in the evening and helped us pick up our luggage at noon and deliver our luggage the next day. He was really considerate! The service is very attentive!

2203893****I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

The location is incredibly convenient: turn right out of the door and you're at the entrance to Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, and the Science Museum is just a five-minute walk away. Parking is available downstairs, and it's also very easy to call for a ride. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional front desk service. They ensured we had plenty of drinking water daily, and anything we needed was promptly delivered to our room. Their attentiveness was truly remarkable.

JJuliettpyThe Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

ZZhujingxiaoxiannvI arrived around noon. There was a staff member at the entrance who helped with parking. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a very pleasant scent, and the elevator also smelled nice. The front desk attendant gave me a toiletry bag. After checking into the room, I took a quick look around. Although the room wasn't large, it was quite clean and had a small fridge, which is perfect for keeping drinks cold in hot weather. The only minor issue was that the shower hose kept getting tangled, making me think the water pressure was low, but unscrewing and reattaching it fixed it. I really appreciate that when you order takeout and input your room number, a staff member brings it up to you. The hotel is directly across from the entrance to Xizha Scenic Area, and there are many small shops and restaurants nearby.

LLuvmefoodThe owner of this hotel is helpful and attentive. He made sure we had everything. We only had to leave the luggage with him to be delivered to our room. The condition of the room is exactly what we saw in the pictures. Also, the restaurant that he manages downstairs serves one of the best noodles with shredded meat and preserved vegetables. Same with the noodles with tomato and fried eggs. Flavourful and savoury 😋 I'm posting the food pictures instead of the hotel room because of this 😊 I have only one minor negative thing to say - the pillow is a bit soft so make sure you ask for an additional pillow if you're not used to it.

GGuest UserI stayed at Alila while visiting Wuzhen, and the hotel environment was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Any requests I had were promptly and enthusiastically addressed. Highly recommended! The hotel is also very close to Wuzhen, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. It's incredibly quiet, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel offers a travel photography service, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional, using disposable sterilized tools – highly recommend! The photographer was also super professional, providing a wonderful emotional experience. The shooting atmosphere was excellent, not awkward at all, and every shot looked like a masterpiece. Super highly recommended, I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!
