GGuest User“Pillowed by the misty rain of Jiangnan, nestled in a tranquil haven for a while.” This truly felt like a home away from home during my stay. After a friendly phone call with the customer service lady, the young and handsome Xiao Wan was already waiting for me at the parking lot, making check-in smooth. The itinerary arrangements were professional, detailed, and thoughtful. The service team was vibrant and caring: Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhong, Xiao Ai, and Xiao Zhang were all wonderful and warm encounters. AaigooariesHighly highly recommended!! Saw a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try. Room was spacious and super clean, have everything we needed (they even have a pillow menu!!). Our 管家 was 小陈 and he was such a cheerful and helpful young gentleman! He waited for us right at where we alighted and guide us straight into the attraction site, their service allowed us to bypass all the hassle such as buying tickets and checking in luggages, which other tourists have to go through. 小陈 gave us a really detailed tour of the whole town the moment we arrived in our hotel, which we really appreciate. Both the dinner and breakfast were fantastic, dinner was well priced as well. The stay was not the cheapest but definitely one of the best experience during our trip!

LlouxiaoyiiI stayed one night at Wuzhen Hengyitang Health Guesthouse, and all I can say is: it was absolutely worth the trip! I really wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so I reluctantly had to book another guesthouse. First, I have to give a shout-out to our butler, Huangqi. He deserves all the praise. From the moment I arrived at the parking lot, he met me, helped with my luggage, and guided me into the scenic area. I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire time. During my stay, he helped me book a sound bowl healing session, and after the experience, I felt completely cleansed and incredibly relaxed. He also thoughtfully arranged a private boat ride for us. Gliding slowly through the archways in a sculling boat was an amazing experience. The hotel itself is also full of character. It's a renovated old house, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. What's particularly noteworthy is the opportunity to make traditional Chinese medicine sachets. There are pre-set formulas, or you can choose a few herbs you like, put them into a small fabric bag, and take it home to hang by your bedside. Smelling it every day brings a sense of calm. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was à la carte. With a health and wellness theme, the meals incorporated medicinal ingredients, making them both exquisite and delicious. In short, if you're planning a trip to Wuzhen, I wholeheartedly recommend Hengyitang, and even more so, I recommend asking for butler Huangqi. He'll make you feel like you're not just staying at a hotel, but that you've gained a friend in the area. Next time, I'll definitely book several nights in advance!

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hotel! It was within walking distance from the high speed train station. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food with elements of both Chinese and Western cuisine. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tongxiang.

HHarold LHRFirst off, I'm someone who's quite particular about accommodation when I travel. So, when I came to Tongxiang, I chose the only five-star hotel available. Let's start with the positives: the location is great, the room cleanliness is excellent – the housekeeping staff are very diligent. Someone even opened the car door for me when I arrived. All the expected services were provided, and the room was more comfortable than I anticipated. Now for the negatives: I've lived abroad for many years and this was my first time in Tongxiang. In the morning, I asked if I could have breakfast in Tower A because what I eat isn't what I saw online, so I wasn't aware there might even be a difference in breakfast offerings between Tower A and Tower B. As an outsider, I didn't know; I just thought they were two separate buildings. The female receptionists all had good attitudes. However, there was one male staff member – I don't know if he thought I was being difficult for staying in Tower B, or what. I don't believe I'm overthinking his demeanor. I'd spoken with the front desk over the phone, and this gentleman, both before I returned to China and today during check-out, had a very arrogant attitude. I didn't get a good look at his name or ID badge because I was rushing to catch my flight, otherwise I definitely would have filed a complaint against him. Overall, the experience was good. The hotel facilities, environment, everything was great. You can tell it's a well-established 5-star hotel with a lot of care put into it.

JJuliettpyThe Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWhen I first arrived, I got into a bit of trouble with my WeChat and taxi driver. The hotel staff heard the commotion and immediately came out and helped solve the problem. The room was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you need. The location is convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the scenic area. They also provided a taxi who showed me around town and took many many pictures of me for a great deal. Overall a great experience and would book again!

GGuest UserI stayed at Alila while visiting Wuzhen, and the hotel environment was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Any requests I had were promptly and enthusiastically addressed. Highly recommended! The hotel is also very close to Wuzhen, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. It's incredibly quiet, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel offers a travel photography service, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional, using disposable sterilized tools – highly recommend! The photographer was also super professional, providing a wonderful emotional experience. The shooting atmosphere was excellent, not awkward at all, and every shot looked like a masterpiece. Super highly recommended, I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!
