After a friendly phone call with the customer service lady, the young and handsome Xiao Wan was already waiting for me at the parking lot, making check-in smooth. The itinerary arrangements were professional, detailed, and thoughtful. The service team was vibrant and caring: Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhong, Xiao Ai, and Xiao Zhang were all wonderful and warm encounters. GGuest UserFor our two-night stay in Wuzhen, we chose 'Jintang'. Upon arrival at the scenic area, we were greeted by the handsome and steady 'Xiao Fan' at the entrance. He arranged a sculling boat for us, which took us along the waterway directly to Jintang. Pushing open the two-story antique wooden doors, we were met with a striking combination of vermillion and emerald green. It was a perfect blend of the ancient and the modern. As I savored a cup of crimson hibiscus tea, Xiao Fan had already completed our check-in. He also set up our facial recognition for entering and exiting the scenic area. Xiao Fan then led us through the hall and around the landscape to our room. The room featured dark green wallpaper adorned with plum blossoms, complementing a vermillion bronze bed. With the tea snacks and afternoon tea on the table, accompanied by refreshing green tea, our three-day Wuzhen journey officially began. A big thank you to the thoughtful service from the lovely ladies and gentlemen at Jintang, and especially to Xiao Fan!

AAipingI’ve never written a review after a trip before, but this time I’ve decided to seriously review every hotel I've stayed in. This is to give future guests more reliable information, as choosing hotels was the most time-consuming and effort-intensive part of planning this trip. Guest reviews were crucial for my decision-making, so I hope to help others in the same way. This was by far the most satisfying hotel of my entire trip, exceeding my expectations and definitely worth the money. Before arrival, a butler contacted me to ask for my arrival time and waited for me in the parking lot. They guided me into the scenic area and even provided a boat service to the hotel, allowing me to enjoy the scenery along the way – a wonderful start to my stay. The hotel lobby was incredibly stylish, truly giving off the vibe of entering a grand, opulent estate. The views were also fantastic, and the service was beyond words. Check-in was handled entirely by the butler, while I simply relaxed and enjoyed some tea. Breakfast was a la carte, unlimited, with a wide variety of choices, and the quality was excellent; everything was exquisitely prepared with good ingredients. The room design was very thoughtful and considerate, and they even prepared foot bath water for me. The butler was always available to arrange anything I needed. The Dan Cha Fan restaurant directly opposite the hotel was also very good. With views right from the window, enjoying a meal there was a truly great experience. If you’re not concerned about budget and prioritize quality, you should definitely choose this hotel. Its location is also very convenient. All in all, this isn't just one of the best hotels from this trip, but one of the few truly satisfying hotels I’ve stayed in across many travels.

2203893****I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

HHarold LHRFirst off, I'm someone who's quite particular about accommodation when I travel. So, when I came to Tongxiang, I chose the only five-star hotel available. Let's start with the positives: the location is great, the room cleanliness is excellent – the housekeeping staff are very diligent. Someone even opened the car door for me when I arrived. All the expected services were provided, and the room was more comfortable than I anticipated. Now for the negatives: I've lived abroad for many years and this was my first time in Tongxiang. In the morning, I asked if I could have breakfast in Tower A because what I eat isn't what I saw online, so I wasn't aware there might even be a difference in breakfast offerings between Tower A and Tower B. As an outsider, I didn't know; I just thought they were two separate buildings. The female receptionists all had good attitudes. However, there was one male staff member – I don't know if he thought I was being difficult for staying in Tower B, or what. I don't believe I'm overthinking his demeanor. I'd spoken with the front desk over the phone, and this gentleman, both before I returned to China and today during check-out, had a very arrogant attitude. I didn't get a good look at his name or ID badge because I was rushing to catch my flight, otherwise I definitely would have filed a complaint against him. Overall, the experience was good. The hotel facilities, environment, everything was great. You can tell it's a well-established 5-star hotel with a lot of care put into it.

JJuliettpyThe Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

TTiantangniao1976The owner is an ex-serviceman who arranged everything for us, from food to accommodation and transportation, perfectly from the moment we arrived in Wuzhen. He even organized our transfers from Suzhou to Wuzhen and from Wuzhen to Hangzhou, which were cheaper than taking a taxi ourselves. He made sure to arrange a very comfortable car because we had elderly people with us. When you're in Wuzhen, just ask the owner about places to eat and getting around, and you'll be all set. His own restaurant serves delicious, freshly made dishes – no pre-cooked meals. He even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I will definitely recommend this guesthouse to my friends; the owner's service is absolutely top-notch! 👍👍👍

Service: The hotel didn't offer a butler service, and no one informed us about the available activities. I had to ask about the travel photography, and only stumbled upon the tie-dye activity by chance. I have no idea what else there might have been. The welcome fruit in the room was just the three items shown in the picture, not the nougat and tea mentioned in other reviews. Maybe my membership tier wasn't high enough? >_< There was no pre-departure call, but I did receive a call asking for feedback after checking out. For the travel photography, they offered 5 free photos, and additional ones were 80 yuan each, with discounts for bulk purchases. The photographer did a good job. However, the 'fine-tuning' felt like a one-click edit; a hole in the umbrella prop was still visible in the retouched photos, which was quite sloppy >_<. When I inquired about buying all the original photos, I was told it was also 80 yuan per photo, so I decided against it. In the end, I bought 35 photos and got a 15% discount. On the positive side, The hotel itself is beautiful and very photogenic. The Sanbai Bar has a great atmosphere and isn't crowded. You can charge drinks to your room, and in-house guests get a 10% discount. Breakfast variety was also quite good, with cheese, ham, and salmon available. Several made-to-order items were offered à la carte, which helped avoid queues.
