Facilities: The facilities are arranged normally, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the overall feeling is quite good.
Hygiene: Their hygiene is quite clean, and there is nothing dirty or moldy.
Service: The service is really good. For suggestions on sightseeing here, or help with pick-up and drop-off within the ancient town, it is really great. Maybe other hotels also have this, but the feeling of chatting with their family is very sincere and attentive.

The hotel is located in the food court at the intersection of Xinhua Road and Ziye Road. There are quite a few rooms, both in the buildings on the left and right. The environment is very good, the new house is antique, and the hygiene is very clean. The atmosphere during the Spring Festival is also very good, and you can also try Hanfu for free. The location is very convenient, right next to Exit 2 of the scenic area, a very eye-catching location. The beautiful and generous lady boss is very enthusiastic and helped to take me to the parking lot all the way, which is free. The room is very clean, and the bed and pillow are very comfortable and I slept very soundly. There is also a small electric donkey to borrow at the back, which can be borrowed and returned at any time, which is convenient for travel. Room was as expected, and the staff let us check in early in the morning when we arrived because the room was available. Everything was generally clean, except for some of the out-of-reach spaces. Interesting that they provided disposable bath towels, but that wasn't inconvenient.
Lots of small grocery stores and eateries along the same road, so it's convenient to get some food. And while it's geographically near the Xizha, it's still a distance from the entrance of Xizha. It's walkable (around 20min), but a Didi should get you to and fro the hotel quite quickly and affordably.

Okay.
I booked a 2-night stay in Ujeon
and I didn't like the noise, so I booked a place outside Ujeon.
The room condition was perfect.
The bedding was of a quality higher than a 5-star resort.
The view was a little disappointing, but I was satisfied.
I came here after planning a tight sightseeing trip
and changed to resort healing and rested as much as possible in the room.
If you have some free time, it's perfect to rest in the accommodation and then go to Seochaek around 3-4 o'clock and look around until night and come out to rest.
And if you booked the accommodation here and have a ticket, you can use exit 2. You don't have to go all the way to the main gate and it goes straight from Seochaek to the accommodation. I don't think there's a ticket booth at exit 2.
And you don't need to go to Dongchaek. There's nothing there.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side.
We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date.
I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area.
My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

The living room is very large, with a large refrigerator and washing machine, which is very suitable for family outings. I can free my hands from washing clothes by hand. The breakfast is also good. GGuest UserIt was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.
We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel.
For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.
With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.
It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.
Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on. I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.
Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.
The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.
When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.
We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).
As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

I booked a smallest room of hotel with no much exception because the bed is small but it was a nice surprise when it was a well furnished room with spaciuos bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast restaurant is romantic and I like all the items of the hotel like teacup or bowl. Highly recommended and I definitely book again when have change come back.

YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
