"Like here so much can stay inside wuzhen. I got a very nice owner, their homestay is Number 17. Owner is very friendly and their breakfast and any foods is delicious. Owner had gave me a free ice cream during my check in. If you finding homestay meals you can visit Number 19 & 20 too, they had very nice owner and nice foods too."

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way. Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay. Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting. The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay. In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway."

"We had a nice stay here. The hotel upgraded the room for us free of charge (initially I booked 1 room in folk house and 1 room in the building, they gave us two rooms in the building which are good looking and well equipped. Everything of the room is so new, neat and clean. And it’s so quiet, we had good sleeping at night. The hotel is located inside Wuzhen Xizha Scenic area so it’s very convenient to go around for exploring the old town. Nearby there are many restaurants, even a family mart, and the boat quay is within walking distance too. Landscape all around is wonderful. Just a minus point: breakfast is good but less meat, not so many dishes, i wish there are more choices 😄 Overally, I love the stay here. The staff of the hotel is enthusiastic and helpful."

"Very nice and clean hotel in  very good location. Around 10 minutes walk to Wuzhen Ancient Town (west side).  The room was quiet so we had a great night sleep. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice bath. The slippers, bathrobes were provided in the room. And all the toiletries are given during check in if needed. The services was super super nice, polite and helpful. They also send us some tips and recommendations about Wuzhen. On top of that we received little gift on our departure which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again if I visit Wuzhen again."

"My room was on the ground floor; the window directly faced a wall when the curtains were open, with only a small window looking out onto a shared patio. This room type wasn't entirely as depicted in the booking photos. Overall, it was decent. The positives include a convenient central location for easy access, L'Occitane toiletries (a nice touch, typical of a boutique hotel), and both the room and bathroom were quite spacious. The set-menu breakfast was also quite refined. As for drawbacks, the small window offered poor ventilation, the bed was immediately visible upon entering the room, and there were quite a few mosquitoes on the ground floor. Overall, it offers good value for money compared to similarly priced rooms within Wuzhen."

"Overall, the hygiene, facilities, and service were mediocre. **Cons:** 1. The hotel shares electric shuttle carts with the scenic area. This meant guests had to queue, wait, and even undergo ticket checks, just like regular tourists (despite being free for hotel guests). During peak hours, returning to the hotel often involved waiting in line for over 30 minutes. When departing from the hotel, the shuttle wouldn't leave until it was fully packed with other tourists, which was incredibly inconvenient. 2. Breakfast was acceptable, but it fell far short of the standard I'd expect from a five-star hotel. The dining area was also quite small, making it difficult to find a seat, especially during busy times. 3. The hotel itself is a beautiful ancient building with stunning courtyard views. However, there were no clear directions or signs provided by the hotel, so exploring its grounds felt like a hit-or-miss endeavor – you only saw what you stumbled upon. 4. For a five-star hotel, it was surprising that printing cost 2 RMB per page and required a trip to the scenic area's business center. The hotel's own printer wasn't even working. 5. If you wanted to order takeout, you had to take the electric shuttle all the way to the tourist service center to pick it up. It couldn't be delivered to the room, not even by hotel staff, let alone the delivery drivers themselves. 6. Regarding the room, the standard twin room I booked also fell short of five-star expectations. It wasn't particularly spacious, and for a hotel of this supposed caliber, the absence of a smart toilet felt outdated and unusual. **Pros:** 1. The hotel's environment is truly stunning, making it perfect for photography. 2. During breakfast, items were consistently replenished, so nothing ever ran out. 3. Services like accepting courier packages or borrowing marker pens were handled efficiently. However, these items had to be retrieved from a central service center, leading to a waiting period, unlike hotels outside the scenic area where direct front desk delivery is standard. 4. The accompanying photos were all taken within the hotel premises, which are genuinely beautiful!"

"I had a wonderful holiday with my wife at Waterside Resort in Wuzhen. The hotel is located right inside the beautiful Xizha Scenic Area, which made our stay extra special. The room 4090 was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning. Xizha is quite big, so we were really thankful for the buggy service that made it easy for us to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort if you’re planning a trip to Wuzhen!"

"There is one person in my family, one person in my family, one baby and one cat. It is really difficult to travel during holidays. I just decided to come to Wuzhen last night. It takes an hour to drive from home. My husband sighed, isn't it the same as Wujiang? But it is still very fragrant to lie in the hotel, and the air is full of the smell of freedom. 🌈 I strongly recommend this pet-friendly parent-child hotel [Wuzhen Wuwaiwu Shuxiang Mansion Hotel]. The price did not increase much during the May Day holiday. The pet cleaning fee is 68💰/pet/night, and a double afternoon tea is also provided, which is very conscientious. When checking in, I saw four or five puppies, which are really friendly. 🚗 There are not many parking spaces. We parked in the next location. There are staff to guide us. There is a large parking lot diagonally opposite the hotel🅿 ❤ There is a swimming pool, which is the favorite of the four-year-old boy. There are a lot of fallen leaves🍂 in the outdoor swimming pool. The manager brother helped to pick up the leaves. It is still a bit cold in this season. The children don’t mind the cold and played with a little brother for a long time. ❤There are hammocks❤ and small animals, it's no problem to spend an afternoon there."
