Tongxiang Hotels with Wifi

We’re doing a road trip from Hangzhou to Wuzhen then to Shanghai for recently and I must admitted staying at Wuzhen Homestay was our best decision. We only for a night but from checking in to checking out Homestay Staff was extremely helpful and friendliness that I have ever encountered. There’s a language barrier yet it didn’t stopped us from communicating. We booked a family which resided at the very end of Wuzhen Xizha (79A) but believe me it’s worth the walk. One could take a shuttle but we opted to stroll the main Xizha Street. Pending on your taste of food, breakfast from Xizha Homestay was one of the best we had. Very flavor full and size was more than I would imagine. Luggages were transferred from and to front desk for us. While we were checking out, the staff was helping to carry our heavy luggage down the staircase. We offered a gratitude but the staff declined. After several attempts, the staff finally accepted. Overall, I highly recommend Wuzhen Homestay for those whose want to stay in Wuzhen Xizha. We definitely will comeback and stay here again!

This is my second stay in Tongan within two months. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the tourism center. It’s walkable, so you don’t need to rely on a shuttle bus for check-in and check-out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though they’re located away from the main street. The breakfast options are also great, with a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you. I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Wang (王月） for her exceptional service. She picked us up from the shuttle bus, helped us with the check-in process, and introduced us to the app, map, and facilities within the room as well as the attractions nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.

The hotel (Wangjinli) is one of the furthest in from the XiZha entrance, near the Pagoda. This gives a little more privacy, where less public walking around the hotel vicinity. Shuttle service is included, so it’s easy to move around if you do not want to walk so much. Room is wide and clean. Bed is a bit dated, but it’s clean. Our room had a good view, enjoyed our stay. Would come again!

Our stay at the Wuzhen Tong’an Inn was nothing short of delightful. This review is specifically for Wuzhen Tong’an Inn, not the Waterside Resort. We were fortunate to have encountered a helpful lady at the visitor center who informed us that our original booking didn't face the Wuzhen grand canal but instead their own small private canal, which wouldn't offer views of the ancient boats. She assisted us with an upgrade to the Tong’an Inn, which provided not only beautiful scenery but also a prime location right at the heart of all the happenings. All Wuzhen guests head to one place for the breakfast buffet, which, conveniently, was right at our hotel. This was a significant advantage as the original booking would have required a 20+ minute walk, especially inconvenient in the rain and cold. Our room was a blend of ancient Chinese style, with fragrant old woods, and a modernized living quarter complete with a hot shower and smart devices. It was impeccably clean, providing a perfect balance of traditional charm and contemporary comfort. Everyone in Wuzhen was incredibly friendly. Special shout out to Mr. Ling, who helped us with our heavy luggage bags. He was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. It's unfortunate that we only booked two nights here. We would definitely love to stay longer in the future.

We had a great stay here! Loved the tatami-style room — simple, clean, and very cozy. Breakfast was amazing. The hostess was really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Near to Wuzhen West Scenic entrance.

The room was bigger than I thought, with a square outside the window, and the key point was that there was a big bathtub. The service attitude was also very good, and the waiter took the initiative to help us put disposable bath bags in the bathtub, which was very considerate! A perfect experience!

This is an excellent high quality hotel. The rooms are extremely well furnished and clean. They even upgrade me to suite on their accord. Had a comfortable stay so far. Just to note as it is rather exclusive and hence there is no convenience mart nearby. Had to take bugee to get thing nearby. The Chinese restaurant was classy and great customer service but the food might be so so only. Overall a great stay for the price paid.

This time, I decided to come to Wuzhen on the spur of the moment. I looked at several hotels and finally chose Shengting Hotel. As soon as I booked the hotel, the housekeeper contacted me to inquire about my needs and sent me a guide. When I arrived, the housekeeper was already waiting for us in the parking lot. The hotel's breakfast is a set meal, which is very rich and exquisite. The environment is very good and it is also very beautiful to take pictures. I like it very much. The hotel was rebuilt from the former Bajia Hall of the traditional Chinese medicine family. It is antique and very distinctive. We all had a great time and will stay here next time. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, fitness center, pool, restaurant, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, scenic views, or any other notable feature, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.
