1. Wifi didnt worked throughout whole stay,
No Resolution so requested for compensation,
owner no respond
2. Since Wifi didnt worked, tried watch TV, also not working
3. Air-Con smelt so bad,
Only used the fan,
Didnt stay in apartment much
4. Using fan only mattress had issues too, the smell lingered on mattress too 😪
5. Master bedroom’s 🚿 area kept on flooding even though open drain cover
6. Sofa was very uncomfortable cos no more cushion, literally can feel the metal below the cushion

"Booked last min due to poor planning from my side for my company retreat & didn't expect much for this place,
The moment we checked in, we are really impressed, not only its clean, the decor is on point , the best part the pool is just outside our unit.
also there's washing machine & Dryer for this homestay too."

"What we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home."

"The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again.
Suggestion:
* The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was.
* beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on
* Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley.
* Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool."

"Easy instructions to get access. But a little inconvenient to shift the car if you are driving as the carpark needs card access too.
Building is 30floor high. Unit is in the middle. Near lift. Rooms are big and clean. Only downside is that the toilet is not equipped (no bath foam or shampoo, lack of hooks near the shower area for towel and clothes). Towels are provided.
Shower area has no door so the toilet floor gets wet. Would be better if the hooks are near the shower area instead of at the extreme end of the big toilet. Toilet area cleanliness can be better - saw a few hair at the corners.
Bed is comfortable. Enough pillows provided, not too soft.
Very convenient to access paradigm mall. Lots of food options, shopping and activities for the whole family. Would recommend staying here!"

YYiChaoThe ventilation fan lighting couldn’t be turned off and it’s very bright. Couldn’t get into sleep. Would suggest hostel to deactivate that light. Overall experience is great, however female toilet cleaness have to improve . Reasonable price for travelers stay.

AAnwarKhairulBeyond the looks, the room was incredibly functional. The a/c was perfectly efficient, keeping the room at an ideal temperature throughout my stay. As someone who relies on connectivity, the internet connection was a dream, consistently fast and reliable for both work and streaming! And speaking of entertainment, the TV connection was excellent, offering a wide range of channels with perfect clarity. The toilet and bathroom facilities were equally impressive. Very modern, spotlessly clean, with high-quality fixtures. It's often the small details in a bathroom that make a big difference, and this one hit all the marks.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

GGuest UserWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

GGuest UserAir cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene

TThiam WoonCleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
