Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Initially new can't contact the receptionist and we do not know how to check in the unit. We have keep call and contact trip.com to resolve the issue for us. Is a bit tedious. In the email,.it mentioned just contact via WhatsApp, however, we call multiple time but no one answered the call, until we call the hotline.

The stay really gave me a warm and homey feeling. The place was very cozy, clean, spacious, and well-equipped with almost everything we needed. Once we stepped in, we could feel a nice touch of classic and nostalgic charm, which made the whole place feel very welcoming. The facilities were excellent. There was a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, which was very convenient. The water dispenser was definitely one of my favourite parts. As an Asian-raised girlie, having warm and hot water available anytime felt so comforting. I drink a lot of water, so not having to buy bottled water from the supermarket was super convenient. The kitchen area was also well-prepared, with tableware, dishwashing liquid, and a large fridge. The bathroom was very spacious and came with body wash and shampoo. Another thoughtful detail was the sink outside the bathroom, with hand wash, a hairdryer, and a rack provided as well, which made removing makeup and getting ready much easier. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a steam iron, portable clothes rack, hangers, and a stand fan. There was also a ceiling fan in the living room. The location was great, and the customer service team responded quickly whenever I had questions. Overall, the whole place was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Disposable toothbrushes were also provided, which was another nice touch. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended! I rarely give 5-star ratings but Nest Home truly de served it!! I would definitely come back to Nest Home for my next visit.

The facility is new and clean , service is good .area is very quiet and large room area,, with relax balcony. Free parking space . 👍👍

Very convenient location with walking distance to Jaya Grocer, 7-11 and even 南阳街(at night). Slept very well in the bed and loved the blanket.

Room is clean & is good, serve with simple breakfast. Has swimming & Hotspring pools. If looking for gym facilities, here will not be a good option, old equipment & water dispenser not functioning.

It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a functional family-friendly unit. *Cleanliness: 4/5 Good* The unit was generally clean and well-kept. No major issues. Beds, bathrooms, and common areas were tidy on arrival. Good standard for a short stay. *Service: 4/5 Good* Check-in was smooth and the host/management was helpful when we had questions. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. *Location: 3/5 Average* The location was just average for us. It’s not in the main tourist belt, so you’ll likely need a car/Grab to get to key attractions. Additionally, building is located next to a busy road, especially during peak hours. The engine / exhaust sounds from vehicles were quite loud. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note for planning. *Amenities: 4/5 Good* The unit was well-equipped for a family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable 2D1N stay. Beds were comfy and the space worked well for our family. *Final thoughts*: Cube 8teens by Nest Home delivers good cleanliness, service, and amenities for families. Location is average if you want to be in the city centre, but overall it was a comfortable and fuss-free stay. ************* for a smooth trip. Would recommend for families who don’t mind driving out a bit and don't mind the noise.

The hotel location is easy to access. No convenient store or minimart near to the hotel unless you drive to opporsite road, but no worries as there is vending machine at hotel lobby if you need to get some drinks or snacks. Fast check-in, room is clean and spacious. The room isn't well soundproofed, if you're sensitive to noise, you can bring your own earplugs.

Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋
