The capsule hotel is managed by an elderly couple. The reviews were mixed, between they're being nice vs being mean. What about how I thought? ”They're being very kind and trying hard to run the business for travellers convenience”. It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners? Not to forget..they're elderly, yet they did their best to help you with your stay with certain in house rules, which is manageable by the crowds they're having - solo/friends travellers - gamersalike Personally chat and understand that they're constantly tired and wired to the place and it's a very tiring job. Leave some kindness to the world and be kind to people around us, you will find wonderfulness. The rest I'll leave it up to yourself to judge.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. Very convenient location with walking distance to Jaya Grocer, 7-11 and even 南阳街(at night). Slept very well in the bed and loved the blanket.

Room is clean & is good, serve with simple breakfast. Has swimming & Hotspring pools. If looking for gym facilities, here will not be a good option, old equipment & water dispenser not functioning.

Beds, bathrooms, and common areas were tidy on arrival. Good standard for a short stay. *Service: 4/5 Good* Check-in was smooth and the host/management was helpful when we had questions. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. *Location: 3/5 Average* The location was just average for us. It’s not in the main tourist belt, so you’ll likely need a car/Grab to get to key attractions. Additionally, building is located next to a busy road, especially during peak hours. The engine / exhaust sounds from vehicles were quite loud. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note for planning. *Amenities: 4/5 Good* The unit was well-equipped for a family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable 2D1N stay. Beds were comfy and the space worked well for our family. *Final thoughts*: Cube 8teens by Nest Home delivers good cleanliness, service, and amenities for families. As soon as we opened the door, we noticed a subtle, pleasant scent with no strange odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, and both the pillows and mattress were excellent, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The room itself was spacious, with a simple yet tasteful design. The lighting was bright, the air conditioning was strong, the hot water was consistent, and the WiFi speed was fast, making it convenient for both relaxing and browsing online. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding. The room was meticulously cleaned daily, and mineral water, towels, and toiletries were replenished regularly – the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom was also spotless, with no water stains or unpleasant smells, making our entire stay feel very secure and comfortable.

It is a budget hotel with basic amenities. Have to use wifi in the hotel room. Toothbrush and coffee provided. Air-con is cooling. Street food available at night. Durian stall just opposite hotel. Good value 😉
