"Lovely hotel with a guard to reserve carpark lots for guest cars. We had issue finding a lot during mother day weekend. Rooms are clean n quiet. Price is not the cheapest amongst Austin height hotel but definitely worth it."

"Complimentary snacks and coffee are available for guests to help themselves. Overall, the location is convenient, with a Japanese restaurant and a Western restaurant right next door. There are also many dining options within a 5-minute drive, and it's close to a large shopping mall."

"This is my 2nd times staying in this hotel. Experience the same issue with the Water temperature is not hot at all but the room is huge and comfortable. This stay, the Kettle is dirty and seem like its not wash or replaced. The front desk service is excellent."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Selain itu, penghawa dingin sangat bising sehingga hampir mustahil untuk tidur dengan lena sepanjang malam. Yang lebih teruk ialah bantalnya. Bantal sangat keras dan terlalu tinggi, menyebabkan ketidakselesaan pada leher. Saya benar-benar tidak faham bagaimana tetamu boleh mendapatkan rehat yang baik dalam keadaan seperti ini. Saya telah menghubungi kaunter hadapan untuk meminta penukaran bantal, tetapi diberitahu bahawa semua bantal adalah sama dan tidak boleh ditukar. Jawapan seperti ini langsung tidak boleh diterima bagi sebuah hotel yang kononnya menyediakan keselesaan dan servis. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman ini sangat mengecewakan. "The price is quite expensive for boutique hotel. The hotel location also difficult to find because the logo is small and covered by other signboard which is more bigger. Hence i am with OKU person with wheelchair the entrance is not suitable for them, but the parking at basement got ramp to pu the wheelchair. The hotel counter located at ground floor. The room i get is bit small - for muslim traveller - is difficult for them to pray because of the room space is too small. But the hotel location is great with a lot of restaurant, fast food and hypermarket. "

"The hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations. The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured! "The hotel was located in a very quiet area but convenience stores are nearby. Quite near to setia tropika as well. At first glance it's a very quaint hotel but they have decent rooms. Ours was downstairs so we don't have to climb the stairs as they don't have any lift. Room smelled like cigaratte the whole time we were there and we can even hear the room beside us going and out of the bathroom and can even hear them shower hahah. So it's not noise proof. But it was an okay experience, attendant was pretty helpful."

No convenient store or minimart near to the hotel unless you drive to opporsite road, but no worries as there is vending machine at hotel lobby if you need to get some drinks or snacks. Fast check-in, room is clean and spacious. The room isn't well soundproofed, if you're sensitive to noise, you can bring your own earplugs."

It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a functional family-friendly unit. *Cleanliness: 4/5 Good* The unit was generally clean and well-kept. No major issues. Beds, bathrooms, and common areas were tidy on arrival. Good standard for a short stay. *Service: 4/5 Good* Check-in was smooth and the host/management was helpful when we had questions. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. *Location: 3/5 Average* The location was just average for us. It’s not in the main tourist belt, so you’ll likely need a car/Grab to get to key attractions. Additionally, building is located next to a busy road, especially during peak hours. The engine / exhaust sounds from vehicles were quite loud. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note for planning. *Amenities: 4/5 Good* The unit was well-equipped for a family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable 2D1N stay. Beds were comfy and the space worked well for our family. *Final thoughts*: Cube 8teens by Nest Home delivers good cleanliness, service, and amenities for families. Location is average if you want to be in the city centre, but overall it was a comfortable and fuss-free stay. ************* for a smooth trip. Would recommend for families who don’t mind driving out a bit and don't mind the noise."

"Stayed at 1 Million Hotel. Clean, modern, and good value for money. Rooms are small but comfortable, and the location is convenient with plenty of food nearby. Soundproofing could be better and parking is limited, but overall a solid budget stay."
