"Unless you need a feeling of luxurious time at hotel, this accommodation is perfect on everything. Convenient location. Functional facilities. Friendly staffs.
Recommendable for a short stay in the centre of Tbilisi."
"Our stay at brosse hotel was good . front desk manager guided us super easily. hotel design was very modern and unique! also i have to mention the perfect location - central as it gets, you have every convinience store, restaurant and cafes near! i really enjoyed croissants on my breakfast, servers were super nice aswell! will be staying if i come to tbilisi again for sure!"
"Room was good enough for 2 people, it was clean and was made up everyday, wifi was good, not near the city center but bolt is inexpensive, not much restaurants nearby, but spar is 1 min away, we got a premium room on the 9th floor and view was amazing overlooking tbilisi!, breakfast was good but it was the same everyday ( stayed for 4 nights), would stay here again when in tbilisi"
"I stayed at Ibis Styles Tbilisi City Center and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and just a short walk from the airport bus stop. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Overall, a great value for a short stay in Tbilisi."
"Very pleased with mattress comfort. Each facility in bathroom sufficient and of reasonable quality. Most happy with helpful staff, friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tbilisi."
"The hotel is located in the new city of Tbilisi, a traditional American business hotel with a rich buffet in the morning. It is opposite Carrefour and a shopping mall. There is a cable car station about 200 meters ahead of the hotel. You can take the cable car up the mountain to enjoy the view."
"Wonderful place. Definitely acceded expectations.
Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.
Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive.
Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice.
But the most important - the people! Thank you for your hospitality! I’ll definitely see you next time!"
"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything felt brand new. The fantastic location made it incredibly convenient for getting around, being just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The surrounding area also boasted plenty of convenience stores and charming small restaurants, offering an authentic taste of local life."
"Great hotel
Huge room, wonderful balcony.
Located in a quiet area, on a hill (keep this in mind if you are with small children or elderly relatives).
It was no problem for us to go up/down to the city center or metro. There is a market along the way with super tasty vegetables, fruits, homemade cheese.
Breakfasts at the hotel are delicious but not fancy
The staff is very friendly"
"The hotel could be better if it wants to.
Our room was decent, but the bed was not up tp standard for this brand of hotel. The sheets were mismatched, and the bed was not properly done.
Glasses and cups were not properly cleaned.
The best part is the front desk staff, Saba. He is great and professional, and went the extra mile to show us the hotel features.
Breakfast was plenty and decent.
Location is about 15 minutes walk from the old city with grocery stores and cafes around
Good value for money hotel.
The pool area is ok for hanging out on a hot day.

Amazing
KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very new, a unique addition to the historic old town. The service was attentive. The only drawbacks were the limited breakfast variety and the average soundproofing in the rooms.
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
GGuest UserIf you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.
GGuest UserGreat experience in this cozy and wonderful hotel. We liked everything starting from interesting building of the hotel itself, spacious room and very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with live piano music or on the sunny terrace.
We were very happy choosing this hotel, great location near by with bar/restaurants street as well as park zone and just 10 mins walking distance to Liberty square
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
GGuest UserGreat Location.
Near a super Kebab takeaway Mr Schwarma.
Friendly staff spoke English.
Very Clean.
Good Buffet breakfast.
Arrive early or it gets cold.
Staff organised our Taxi.
Book taxi before Midnight or it is double price.
Beware of Pomegranate Juice vendors.
EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE RIPOFF.
AAnonymous UserThis is my second stay in this hotel. And this round booked a room with balcony and everything is good. The room was spacious and the staff are super friendly. Location was perfect!! Will definitely return back again.

Stay Dates: July 4 – July 6
Room Type: Standard Twin Room
Guests: 2 Adults
We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
