I booked a Hollywood twin room. Vivian was very nice and helped to upgrade it. She also arranged a room with a lake view. She responded to messages in a timely manner. The lobby was very fancy. The overall experience of staying here was very good. I recommend staying here! Let me first praise the advantages: 1. The room is large and well maintained. It is a little old, but it doesn't matter if you don't look closely. It is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room temperature is suitable, and the room facing the lake can see the sun rising, which is very comfortable. 2. The cleaner is very polite and delivers things quickly. She cleaned and folded the clothes for the renewal room, wiped the skin care products and put them in place, and left a note. 3. The attitude of the staff I met was very good, with a smile. When I picked up my luggage, I left the coffee there and forgot to take it. When I returned, I found that it was thrown away for me, but I immediately refilled the coffee in the lobby bar for me, which was also very delicious. 4. The hair dryer is very useful and my hair dries very quickly. The toiletries are easy to use. 5. The sound insulation is very good. It seems that there is a staff rest room directly opposite the room, but I have not been disturbed by the housekeeping or other guests for two nights. 6. Downstairs is the subway station and Cha Yan. There are taxis waiting at the door at any time. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Wuhan Station. I took taxis all the way in Wuhan. Taxis are fast and cheap. Things to be improved: 1. The washbasin in the room is too far away. You have to bow 45 degrees to prevent water from splashing everywhere. 2. The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. You can call the front desk separately to make up for it. The last one is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage, that is, you have to go down to get the takeaway by yourself. Wuhan is a good place. I will come to play next time~

Checking in was a breeze. Front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. Managed to put us all on the same floor. The rooms were clean and good size. Really like the free flow of little cakes and flower tea and coffee in the lobby. Location is also very good. Short walking distance to the walking street and plenty of choices for food. Overall is good. Highly recommended.

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

Location: Guanggu Center, convenient transportation and travel. Environment: The lobby is spacious, bright and clean. As soon as you enter the door, there is a faint fragrance that smells very good! Service: The service is very good, all kinds of problems can be solved well, and the front desk staff are careful. They are polite and will take the initiative to greet you. Parking is free. The room has free mineral water, wireless network, and TV📺 can be projected. The room is very comfortable to live in, and the sleep quality is very good. There are also red date tea, jasmine wolfberry tea, coffee and milk at the front desk, which are very considerate. It is also very convenient to order takeout, and the facilities are complete. I highly recommend this hotel! It is worth staying!

What a fabulous quirky boutique type hotel in a great location for exploring Hankou Bund Cultural Area, perfect spot for a stroll along the river park, the bund, the back streets and main stream shopping. Our room overlooked the Yangtze River so we had an amazing light show along the river bank every night till 10pm. The room was clean and bed large and comfortable, and we were happy for the bathtub (along with separate shower). Staff were amazing and despite our lack of Chinese they were very helpful and would always find us an English speaker if needed. Breakfast was wholesome and varied, with anything from Pastries to Re Gan Mian. The hotel had lots of facilities that we made use of, from the a fully kitted out laundry room (great as we'd been travelling a bit), gym and a fab rooftop bar with terrace. All round great experience and good value.

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

The most distinctive hotel in Wuhan, what a great experience? Right next to the Jianghan Customs Building, the hotel itself is also an old building, next to the Sumei Internet celebrity check-in restaurant, and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is next door, so comfortable! The young man welcoming guests at the door was tall, mighty, handsome, and polite, and sent a fruit plate to the room. The hotel has a unique location, warm and thoughtful service, rich and complete breakfast varieties, especially delicious, elegant surroundings, convenient travel, comfortable, clean and sanitary big bed, and good sleep quality. I will stay here again next time! Wuhan's first choice treasure hotel!

The hotel room was very nice and clean! Towels were changed every day. The laundry service was also very nice, they fold all your clothes and put them in bags. The location is near a lot of stores, restaurants and tourists attractions. Very much recommended and will definitely come back when I'm visiting Wuhan again!
