Cleanliness: Even though it's an older, established Chinese brand hotel, the cleanliness has always been exceptionally well-maintained. The room was full of thoughtful touches; as soon as I entered, I noticed the turndown service with milk 🥛, which immediately made a great impression. Service: The service was exceptionally gentle and friendly, truly making guests feel at home. When the security staff needed to move my car, they were also very polite and courteous, not making me feel uncomfortable at all. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Next time I'm in Hohhot, I'll definitely stay here again!

Booked this hotel for a last-minute trip, and overall, it was great. The service was very efficient; check-in was quick with no long waits, and any requests were handled promptly. The facilities are relatively new, the environment is clean and tidy, the room size is just right, and there's plenty of storage space. Housekeeping was timely, and the bathroom had no strange odors. A special thanks to Xiao Zhou from the front office; our room had a slight issue, and Xiao Zhou patiently and thoughtfully helped us resolve it. The service was incredibly considerate, and we were very satisfied! The hotel bar is also quite unique. This hotel is definitely recommended.
