When I checked in, I knew when I was leaving the hotel, so why did I have to go to the front desk to get my room card every day? In order to calm my mood, the front desk went back to the room with me. The result was even worse, my room was not tidied at all. Laundry room: The hotel said there is a laundry room. But the funny thing is, unless you live on the second floor, you can't go directly to the laundry room on the second floor with your room card. You need to go to the front desk and ask the front desk to put the card in the second floor for you before you can go to the laundry room. And the laundry room only has one washing and drying equipment. There was a queue of clothes when I went. This stay was a very bad experience. There is no way to complain.
