"Hotel room is clean and bed comfortable. Hot water pressure is sufficient. However, hotel turn off air conditioning in the night making it very uncomfortable for guest to stay as room is stuffy. When contacted recep staff, he is unable to resolve the issue and whole night we cannot sleep (waking up multiple times ) and totally exhausted the next day. Was told they only turn on air conditioning 12 hrs a day but later the morning staff advised air conditioning spoiled which is weird because the night staff is not aware of such situation. Was then advised again that some guests think that air conditioning is too cold. Not acceptable for a 4stars hotel."

"I was very disappointed with this hotel experience. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations at all. The air conditioner was not working properly, so we had to open the window. However, it was extremely noisy and windy outside, making it impossible to sleep at night. The room also had a bad smell, which made our stay uncomfortable. Another problem was communication. Most of the staff could not speak English well, so it was difficult to ask for help or get information. The hotel location was also inconvenient. It was far away from shopping malls and busy areas, and it was very hard to catch a taxi because there were almost no taxis nearby. In addition, the hotel itself looked very old and poorly maintained. The swimming pool was not clean or enjoyable either. Overall, this hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating in my opinion. I would not recommend staying here."

"I visited Hohhot with a friend's family during the May Day holiday and stayed at the Yunya Hotel for 3 days. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Free parking, plenty of spaces. 2. Spacious and comfortable rooms. 3. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Cons: 1. The hotel bathroom used a household water heater. Because it wasn't displayed and there was no sign, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower. I called the front desk, and they told me to wait 15 minutes! Are you kidding me? I had to wait 15 minutes for the water to heat up before showering again? When I asked why there was no sign, they said they hadn't had time to put it up yet. Is this your hotel just opened? Unbelievable! 2. We had four rooms, all adjacent to each other. The two children's room was in the middle of the adults' room. That night, the front desk called the children's room to say that guest number 620 complained about the children being too noisy. The children were in room 19. If the children were loud, we could hear them completely from next door. But! Here's the important part! Rooms 620 and 619 are not adjacent or opposite each other; they are separated by two corridors! Therefore, the front desk staff had no idea about the room locations and made random phone calls to complain based solely on their guesses, and they were even self-righteous about it – I was truly astonished! 3. I requested room cleaning every day before leaving the hotel. I stayed for three consecutive days, and each time I returned, I found that the routine cleaning consisted only of changing the trash bags and making the bed. The toilet wasn't scrubbed, the table wasn't wiped, the used towels weren't changed, the hair in the shower drain was still there, and the hair that had fallen in the bathroom was untouched. Furthermore, the toiletries bottles provided by the hotel were extremely dirty, indicating they hadn't been cleaned in a long time! 4. The robot delivery service delivered food to the wrong room at night! 5. Before checking in, I asked if the hotel had a laundry room and a dryer. The hotel said yes, but the laundry room only had one household washing machine, no dryer. The front desk staff were unaware of the hotel's facilities and replied to guests without confirming. In short, I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered the room, but after checking in, I encountered numerous problems. The hotel's service and cleanliness really need improvement!"

The hot water was consistent 24/7, and all the electrical appliances worked perfectly. The front desk staff were efficient and polite, responding quickly to any requests. Overall, it was clean, reassuring, and great value for money. This will be my first choice for future trips, and I've already recommended it to friends."
