My son had already paid for the bill before entering the restaurant, but the breakfast charge was added again to the hotel bill. When I checked out, the receptionist did not confirm the charges with me. He initially only gave me the receipt of the total nights, and didn't mentioned a breakfast was charged to my room. I only learned about the breakfast charge after I requested a detailed receipt. If I didn't realized this mistake. It would have charged me twice for a breakfast."

The staff was attentive and welcoming. We only wished they could speak basic English at least. We had no trouble communicating with Google translate though. Location is okay, Hohhot is a widespread city with everything everywhere. It was easy to get a taxi anytime."

The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the blackout curtains provided excellent soundproofing, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. There's a convenience store and restaurants right downstairs, making it super easy to get around and do some shopping. For this price, the quality really exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Advantages: 1. The room is large and spacious, with two independent bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, and disposable toilet covers are provided. There is a full set of sofas, tables and chairs, so you don't have to worry about where to put your clothes. 2. There is bus No. 16 at the door that goes directly to the East Railway Station. I haven't studied other places. Because it saves time, I take a taxi to Hailiang Square and Chi Lechuan Artificial Grassland Park. There is also a parking spot for small electric vehicles at the door, which is more convenient. 3. There are specialty stores on both sides of the door when you go out. 4. The hotel front desk has disposable contact lens cases, brown sugar, etc. for free, which is quite atmospheric. 5. There are public washing machines and dryers on the third floor, and fitness equipment on the second floor, which is pretty good. Disadvantages: 1. It is estimated that the store is newly opened. There is decoration in the room, and you can smell it. The air conditioning is not good, and it is stuffy when you sleep at night. The bathroom floor will be very slippery if you spill water a little. 3. Because there are many parent-child rooms and many children, some parents neglect to manage their children, so it is really noisy in the restaurant, stairwell, and corridor. 4. The cleaning staff has a bad temper, always looks unhappy, and has no patience. When you want to ask something, the answer is don't ask me, I don't know, ask the front desk. 5. It is very inconvenient to swipe the card to go up and down the elevator. If the front desk does not give you two cards, it will be very inconvenient to insert one card into the room and go downstairs. Suggestions: 1. Separate half of the parent-child room and change it into a family room appropriately. It is best to put three sets of slippers and toothbrushes. 2. For a room with three people, there should be three breakfasts. I think it is rare to provide two breakfasts. In many big cities, three-person rooms at this price all have three breakfasts. 3. The attitude of service staff towards guests should be enthusiastic and proactive, and the service concept should be improved as much as possible. The most basic professionalism in the service industry should be possessed."

"Facilities: The amenities were pretty standard. The phone was broken, and there were mosquitoes at night. I couldn't find any mosquito coils, so I didn't sleep at all. It was fixed the next day, and they provided mosquito coils, which was better. The mattress was quite comfortable though. Hygiene: The hotel is relatively new, and the hygiene was acceptable. Environment: It's in the city center, so the environment was just average. Service: The staff attitude was quite good."

Inside the room was a table with tea service if you wanted."
