GGuest UserI booked the hotel the night before, and the hotel staff proactively contacted me early the next morning to ask about my arrival time and sent me the dinner menu in advance. The service was very warm and welcoming, and they responded quickly to any requests I made. They even brought two large platters of fruit upon check-in. For such a remote location, the room facilities were quite good, and the experience was excellent. I especially want to highlight the hotel's unparalleled views; seeing the Grand Canyon instantly lifted my spirits. I would definitely come back for a few days if I have the chance; it's a great place to unwind and relax.

ZZhenniniI've stayed here multiple times now, so I'm quite familiar with everything, and overall I'm pretty satisfied. It's mainly convenient for getting to the South Campus of Inner Mongolia University. Although it's a bit of a walk, it's the only upscale hotel in the vicinity.

The room is fully equipped with smart devices; the electric curtains and sensor lights are incredibly high-tech, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's cleaned impeccably every day; even the carpet is spotless, without a single hair or stain. The subtle, pleasant scent of disinfectant is so reassuring. The front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services are all exceptionally attentive. This level of service deserves five stars!

The bathroom has no smell at all, the floor tiles have water and are not slippery, the water is drying fast, and the bathroom has a clothes rail. The air conditioner is Xiaomi, the electric water heater is Wanjiale, 80 liters, enough for two people to take a bath, and the wash basin also has hot water. The small courtyard is reasonably furnished. After a nap, sit in front of the room, blowing the breeze, drinking tea and chasing drama, it is too pleasant. His hot pot is also recommended. We stayed for five days 👍

GGuest UserThis was my fourth visit to Hohhot, and I've stayed at several five-star hotels here, but this was my first time at the Crowne Plaza. The moment I walked in, I regretted not choosing it sooner! The room was clean and tidy with an amazing view. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and it's especially family-friendly. The breakfast offered a great mix of Mongolian, Chinese, and Western dishes, with plenty of variety and good taste. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of Dazhao Temple, and several great restaurants like Zecheng Ice-Boiled Lamb are only 1-2 kilometers away, making it convenient for both getting around and dining. From now on, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hohhot!

The location of the hotel is super convenient, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, the surrounding food and business districts are complete, and travel for food is worry-free. The room was spotless, the bed was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was excellent, and the night was good until dawn; The bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is online. The most pleasant surprise is the service. The check-in at the front desk is efficient and fast. The staff is smiling throughout the whole process. The demand response is particularly timely.
