I had a wonderful stay here. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, and even more spacious than I expected from the photos. Everything I needed was provided, making the stay super comfortable. I especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the natural surroundings. There was also a cute dog welcoming guests, which made the experience even more charming! I’d definitely come back and stay here again next time.

A trusted branding. I really like this hotel. Love the breakfast variety, space in room, toilet amenities and ventilation- no cigarette smoke smell which is great! Hotel staff super friendly and helpful too! Also love the laundry room. Very clean hotel. This hotel is also great for vehicles to drive in especially when there's heavy rain and ponding waters on the streets. Keeps my feet dry. Though hotel is slightly further from main attractions in Guiyang city, it's only 30 mins on average by didi to most places. I like the location due to my red eye flight- it's about 10 mins by didi to airport. Area is quiet and clean, near a school too. Super enjoyed the shopping at the The SASSEUR (Guiyang) Outlets (砂之船贵阳奥莱) too. That's also about 10 mins away. Hotel has lovely sunset too! If I return to Guiyang, I'll stay here again.

Traveling with my kids and parents, the hotel proactively upgraded us to a lake view room and even arranged a family room with an extra bed. Their thoughtful consideration and meticulous, patient service were much appreciated. We had an excellent last night's rest in Guiyang. It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel. We also enjoyed complimentary access to the hot springs, which was a lot of fun! The late-night snack was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are good, especially the shower, with great water pressure and hot water. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent; even small details like bathroom corners and carpets were very clean. Environment: The hotel is right next to Qianling Park, and the subway station is just outside, making it very convenient to get around. The breakfast is decent, offering local specialties like beef noodles, glutinous rice, and crispy pork fried rice. Service: Although it's an older hotel, the staff provides excellent service. For the price during the summer, this hotel is highly recommended.

Thanks for the wonderful stay at the end of March 2026. After a long trip through Guizhou we were absolutely delighted about the room and the services at the Holiday Inn Resort Qingyan. Breakfast offers all sorts of food, the chefs are very welcoming and offer a broad variety of soup, vegetables, bakery, cereals...whatever you wish it will be there. Don't miss the large and elegant swimming pool. Very relaxing after all the walks in Qingyan Ancient Town. The walk to the Ancient Town is very short, it leads you along the fields where farmers grow their products. Nice walk!! Just across the main Hotel entrance you will find a small shop with everything you may need - food and non-food Don't miss the close monastery with the tall pagoda! It's more than worth to see one Temple building after another surrounded by wonderful nature. All in all the Holiday Inn Resort gave us an unforgettable and relaxing time! Thanks to all Service personal, we don't know all names but would like also to mention great support by Vivian, Elena, Mia and Leo Li, who organized cheap and quick transfer to Guiyang. We will definitely come back one day!

What a hidden gem of a hotel! I was so impressed when I arrived; the scenery is absolutely stunning. You can even see the ancient town during the day. The room was fantastic, and the front desk service was amazing – they even upgraded our room type. Everything was super, and all the amenities in the room were top-notch quality. It made for a perfect day! The tea around the stove was also excellent, with a great variety. I truly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back!!

My experience during this trip to Guiyang for the Mayday concert was absolutely fantastic! I originally picked this hotel just for its close proximity to the Olympic Sports Center, thinking that even with traffic, it would only be about a twenty-minute walk. However, after checking in, I was met with one pleasant surprise after another! The moment I arrived at the main entrance, a bellboy enthusiastically came forward to help with my luggage. I quickly told him 'No need,' but he insisted on helping, which was incredibly thoughtful. At the front desk during check-in, the staff member noticed my outfit and proactively asked, 'Are you here for the concert?' I confirmed that I was, and to my delight, he informed me that the hotel had organized dedicated shuttle buses for concert attendees, offering round-trip transfers. This meant I wouldn't have to worry about finding a taxi or dealing with traffic jams during peak hours! On top of that, they even gave me a concert support kit containing a water pouch, bottled water, and tissues – truly exceptional service! The front desk staff also arranged my room based on my request and even added me to a dedicated group chat for concert shuttle services. The duty manager in the group was incredibly attentive, constantly seeking feedback from guests, coordinating pick-up and drop-off times and locations, and even thoughtfully sharing navigation pins. Everything was perfectly organized! My concert trip to Guiyang was truly made perfect by the Guiyang Century Golden Resources Hotel. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance to visit in the future!

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, from check-in to check-out, they were warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel also offers a thoughtful shuttle service to and from the station, so transportation was completely stress-free. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I will definitely choose Junyue Hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang. Highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

The hotel grounds are quite spacious, but apart from being large, there isn't much to praise about the garden view; the design is rather ordinary. 1. For a five-star hotel, it feels remarkably stingy. For such an expensive room rate, the mini-bar was completely empty. Honestly, a few cans of Coke or Sprite might not get drunk, but it's the gesture that counts. There weren't even any welcome fruits, something even a basic guesthouse provides. How can a big hotel be so dismissive of these small touches? 2. As a family-focused hotel, it's expected to have many children, but the swimming pool water was so murky it was uninviting. The hotel should consider adult guests more, perhaps by dedicating a separate lane. Plus, the outdoor pool closes quite early. Overall, for adults without children, the pool is practically useless. 3. Our flight was canceled late at night due to a typhoon, forcing us to rebook an earlier flight. We had to leave first thing in the morning. We had breakfast included, so we went to the breakfast area to ask for some food to go. The manager said we could only take simple items like eggs and bread, nothing else. Why? We paid extra for breakfast in our room rate, why are we restricted to just a few items? The restaurant manager then said we could take a little more, but only if we signed an agreement to avoid disputes… and we had to list everything we wanted to take. We were already in a rush, and then they gave us two small boxes, following us the whole time. In the end, just as she said, it was a very small amount. I really don't understand this policy. Many children, who don't even pay for breakfast, waste food by eating half and discarding half, with no one supervising. Yet, paying guests who genuinely need it are treated this way? 4. The buffet dinner was terrible value for money. Apart from some tiny crayfish, there was hardly anything else worth eating! While it's a good family hotel that's kid-friendly, as an adult looking for a relaxing vacation, you'll feel largely overlooked here.

It's beautiful and spacious, right within the ancient city walls. We felt completely at ease letting our kids run around in the courtyard. The breakfast was also quite substantial. There's really no need to venture out to any commercial streets, as the city wall is right outside the entrance. It was very pleasant to just stroll around at our own pace.
