"We were exhausted after climbing Tianchi Lake, so staying at the Changbai Mountain Dynasty Holy Land Hot Spring Hotel was a real smart decision! A soak in the hot springs instantly dispelled the chill and fatigue, and the steam room was incredibly relaxing for a detoxifying session. The kids had so much fun playing on the kiddie slide that they didn't want to leave. My family and I also had a massage, which was expertly done and really loosened up our sore muscles. It was the perfect place to recharge after climbing Tianchi Lake! The service was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room attendant even thoughtfully offered fruit snacks, which was a truly heartwarming and thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changbai Mountain, especially after visiting Tianchi Lake. A soak, steam, and massage here are a great way to wash away any fatigue and relax. The service was fantastic!"

"Our first night in Changbai Mountain was spent on the mountain itself. On our second day, we returned to Erdaobaihe Town and chose to stay at the Zhihe Hotel. The hotel offers a convenient pick-up and drop-off service. The staff handling the transfers were very diligent, confirming our schedule and even introducing us to the town, offering recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded our room. It was very spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the gently flowing Erdaobaihe River right from our window, which was incredibly relaxing. The hotel lobby provides complimentary limited-time beverages and some charming cultural and creative items. In the evening, we enjoyed the hot springs, which featured a unique 'Iron Pot Stew Yourself' experience. Breakfast was served at the Suspended River Restaurant, which is built over the river itself. It was there we even spotted the legendary lobby manager, the peacock. The hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rentals. We took advantage of this twice – once on the afternoon before our check-in day and again on the morning of our second day – and managed to explore most of what the town has to offer. The town's well-planned cycling paths are incredibly cyclist-friendly. If you're planning to stay in town, you absolutely can't go wrong with Zhihe."

"I came to Enduri this weekend to relax and breathe some fresh air. I stayed at the Floral Luxury Forest Hotel. As a fellow Northeasterner, I couldn't be more impressed. Every single staff member, from the front desk, receptionist, manager, and driver, was incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it! The amenities were excellent value, including afternoon tea, small desserts, and drinks, and the room also had a fruit plate. We went rafting and mountain biking, as recommended by the hotel. The kids had a blast. That evening, we soaked in the volcanic hot springs. The water, which is naturally mountain water, is sulphur-rich and quite pleasant! Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Unfortunately, family rooms weren't available, so we ended up with a king room with an extra bed, which made the space a bit tight. This hotel is a definite must-book if you're planning a trip to Heaven Lake at Changbai Mountain, as it offers a VIP transfer channel. They also provide complimentary high-speed rail shuttle service and free access to their on-site hot springs. The complimentary cookies, however, weren't to my taste. A breakfast buffet is included; the variety is decent, quite similar to what you'd find at other hotels of the same standard. We arrived in the afternoon and, being too tired to venture out to town, decided to have dinner at the hotel's second-floor restaurant. We opted for a Korean BBQ set menu, which was plenty for three of us. While the set menu dishes aren't typically free-flow, after a brief chat with the manager, they kindly provided an extra portion. The service was great, and the restaurant was quite busy. There's also a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices for drinks and alcohol."

"This is a hotel that's perfect for the top of Changbai Mountain. The park is incredibly spacious and quiet, with beautiful greenery, especially the deer park. We booked a duplex, which was beautifully decorated, with two bathrooms and two beds, and was very spacious! The pick-up and drop-off service from the train station was very thoughtful. The housekeeper and hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even proactively helping us with an emergency. Thank you so much! This was one of my most satisfying hotel stays in recent years. I particularly loved the hotel's interior and exterior, the layout, and the decor. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Changbai Mountain. My family of four was incredibly comfortable and satisfied! They even gave us a snack before leaving!"

"The service attitude was very good from the moment I checked in. The front desk staff Li Wei and Yu Yanjiao were very considerate. The housekeeper Chen Yuanyuan was very considerate in sending information about the scenic spots to the room. The room is clean and hygienic, and the facilities and equipment are complete. I called the front desk in the morning and the waiter came quickly, which was very considerate. Opposite the hotel is the Beauty Pine Park, which is very beautiful when it snows. Next time I come, I will order Jinshuihe again. The service is first-class."

"Better than expected, the hotel room is large enough, and there are many breakfast options. We went to have breakfast at almost 9 o'clock, and the food was sufficient and hot. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and did not rush us. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs on the 7th floor. Remember to bring a swimsuit! You can also swim. The hotel is in a great location. The main street is right outside the door. There are shopping malls, restaurants of all sizes around. It is within walking distance to Genting Market, Rice Station, and Enduri."

"Although there were a few minor hiccups when we first moved in, over the four days I've been there, I've come to appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism of the B&B. The owner, a native of Northeast China, is warm and welcoming, personally attentive, and the housekeeping service is truly thoughtful and considerate. He picked us up every time we went out. The driver, the front desk staff, the lobby staff, and the maintenance technician were all handsome and capable, especially helpful with luggage and patiently assisted us with any questions we asked. Even to scenic spots, the owner provided a free taxi, making taxis a necessity in Erdaohe Town. Knowing we had an early morning train, the owner even packed several hearty breakfasts. Nestled within the Enduli Cultural Park, the B&B offers convenient transportation and dining options, a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle. The courtyard is lush with greenery, and there's a hot spring and tea table for relaxation. The interior features a minimalist yet sophisticated Chinese wooden design. Fresh fruit, ginseng paste, birch water, and other delicious beverages are provided daily in the room. Enduli also hosts various daily folk performances, and the dining options within the scenic area are excellent. Staying here is a relaxing, relaxing, and comfortable experience."
