Guest UserThis is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Sapa, located on a quiet street. The interiors are beautiful, and the room was beyond exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen was spotlessly clean and smelled delightful. Absolutely incomparable! I was checked in a little earlier than the official check-in time, and they gave me great recommendations on where to go and what to see. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. The staff are incredibly friendly. On my last day, I fell ill, and they surrounded me with such incredible care. It was so touching and, of course, very much appreciated. Wendy, in particular, helped me a lot. I am immensely grateful to her for everything she did for me. I had bad weather during my trip to Sapa, so I definitely need to come back and stay at this hotel again; I wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else. Best of luck to the owners and all the staff! I always remember you with gratitude.

I had a wonderful stay at Lestar Hotel Sapa! I stayed in Room 808, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the mist rolling over the mountains made every morning feel magical. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their kindness made me feel right at home.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The location was also perfect, close enough to walk to the town center, restaurants, and attractions, while still being peaceful and quiet.
Thank you to everyone at Lestar Hotel for making my stay in Sapa so memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful mountain town! 🌿🏔️💙

MachineGunCharlieCan I first mention the excellent Mai Anh Giang at reception who made my trip so memorable. Not only did she suggest things to do, she even let me try the local alcohol! I enjoyed swimming at night here and the view is awesome.
Unfortunately, there are no local shops nearby. So if you are half working/travelling like I was. You kind of need to go into town which is overpriced and actually lacking in basic stuff.
Another suggestion; at night it’s great to chill on the roof, but they don’t do cocktails. Just a small thing!

Farah ChinniWe had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Anna at the reception for her excellent Chinese-speaking skills, which made communication very easy, and to David for his fluent English and outstanding service. Both of them were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

NizyxnWe booked the Presidential Suite for 5 nights, zero regrets. We had a beautiful mountain view from the bathroom, there was a bath tub and toilet with bidet.
We were welcomed by complimentary juice and fruits. Breakfast was halal friendly - toast with butter and strawberry spread, fruits and vegetarian omelette (the lady chef delivers all the time 😋).
Halal restaurants were within walking distance from our hotel. And the hotel was so comfortable to the extent that we didn’t want to leave the room on most days!
Iron and ironing board is provided upon request, complimentary for 30 minutes, chargeable at 20,000 VND per hour thereafter, which no issues! There’s also laundry service for 50,000 VND per kg if you are keen!
Pro tip: if you are booking Grab, kindly drag the pin to “Eden Boutique Hotel” instead as we were dropped off below the hill on some occasions. The hotel is located on top of a hill, but all’s good - a little exercise wouldn’t kill hehe
Overall, from the receptionists, to the housekeeping team to the food and beverage team, amazing amazing service!
Will definitely consider booking Hotel Azalea Sapa again when we visit Sapa again. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for the warmth, professionalism and greetings!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. While we were there, it seemed there was a minor issue with the drain, causing a very unpleasant smell to enter the room from the bathroom at night. However, it was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it. The breakfast was very good and offered a great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

HazyzPros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Ideal location, less than 100 meters to the lake. Clean rooms, friendly english speaking staff. And breakfast was good, though finishing at 9am is a little earlier than usual.

Comfortable rooms with well prepared amenities.
Breakfast starts as early as 7am, can order from the menu too other than what were served. Very helpful and kind staffs, including Autumn and 2 very friendly guy staffs, who helped us to settle all the issues we encountered, helped buy fansipan tickets and helped to move our luggages. Thank you for the excellent service. Recommended for a stay in Sapa. Location is strategic too.
